带下病者，由劳伤血气，损动冲脉、任脉，致令其血与秽液兼带而下也。冲任之脉，为
经脉之海。经血之行，内荣五脏，五脏之色，随脏不同。伤损经血，或冷或热，而五脏俱虚
损者，故其色随秽液而下，为带五色俱下。
此由劳伤血气，损动冲脉、任脉。冲任之脉，皆起于胞内，为经脉之海；手太阳小肠之
经也，手少阴心之经也，此二经主下为月水。若经脉伤损，冲任气虚，不能约制经血，则与
秽液相兼而成带下。然五脏皆禀血气，其色则随脏而不同。肝脏之色青，带下青者，是肝脏
虚损，故带下而挟青色。
