Radix Angelicae Sinensis Tail (Guizhi) and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shengdi), along with Areca Seed (Binglang) and Poria Cocos with Red Mycelium (Chiling), serve as the four main ingredients. Modifications can be made according to the condition.
For head injuries, add Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), and Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi). For chest injuries, add Aurantii Fructus (Zhiqiao), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), and Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), which are remarkable. If the injury is in the Zhongwan area, quickly add Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu). For bilateral hypochondriac injuries, use Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu), followed by Gentianae Radix (Longdan) and Tangerine Peel (Qingpi). For waist injuries, add Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong), Psoraleae Fructus (Guzhi), and Foeniculi Fructus (Da Hui). For upper jiao injuries, add Linderae Fructus (Wuyao) and Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Lingxian), ensuring effective results. If there is an injury to the anus, Muxiang should not be omitted. For injuries at the abdominal corners, Qingpi and White Peony Root (Baishao) are suitable. For hand injuries, Cinnamon Twig (Guizhi) and Five-leaved Acanthopanacis Cortex (Wujiapi) are used. If the legs are injured, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) and Quince Fruit (Mugua) are appropriate. For constipation, Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) is timely. For dysuria, Plantaginis Herba (Cheqiancao) assists. If there is flushing, excess syndrome, and swelling, Sanguisorbae Radix (Zhainan) has a more remarkable effect. For chronic injuries, seven Peach Kernels (Taoren) are suitable. One qian of Ramie Stem (Zhuma), burnt to ash while retaining its nature, is added. One green onion stalk serves as a guiding agent, along with one cup of child's urine. Boil in a bottle of raw wine; do not delay taking the medicine. As long as this formula is followed without error, how could it be ineffective?

Frankincense (Ru Xiang, 2 qian), Myrrh (Mo Yao, 2 qian), Realgar (Xiong Huang, 2 qian), Toad Venom (Chansu, 4 fen), Aconitum Carmichaelii Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu, 2 fen), Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian, 1 fen), Moschus (She, 1 fen), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 2 qian), and Sulfur (Liuhuang, 5 qian).
The first eight ingredients are ground into powder. The sulfur is melted in a pot, then the previous powder is added and mixed evenly. It is placed on a bluestone slab and pressed flat with a level object to a thickness similar to a coin, then cut into rice-grain-sized pieces. When applied to the affected area, burning one or two grains will lead to recovery. However, before burning, slice a piece of Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix (Fuzi), soak it until wet, place one qian of the powder on top, make a hole in the center for the medicine, using the Fuzi as a barrier.

Aconitum Carmichaelii Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu), Aconitum Kusnezoffii Radix (Caowu), Frankincense (Ru Xiang), Myrrh (Mo Yao) (each 1 qian), Sulfur (Liuhuang, 1.5 qian), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu, 0.7 qian), Pangolin Scale (Shanjia, stir-fried until scorched), Datura Metel Flower (Yaoyanghua, each 1.5 qian), Moschus (She, 3 fen), and Moxa Wool (Airong, as needed).
Grind all together into powder. Place one sheet of cotton paper, cover with two or three layers of oiled straw paper. Spread the medicinal powder evenly on top, rolling it tightly like a firecracker. When treating the affected area, use seven layers of straw paper as a barrier. Place the medicine in a bamboo tube, ignite the red end, press it firmly against the affected area, and remove it immediately. The medicinal properties will penetrate inward, achieving miraculous effects.
