Treats cold qi in the abdomen, with borborygmus (intestinal rumbling) like thunder, severe cutting pain, rebellious fullness in the chest and hypochondrium, and vomiting.
Fuzi (one piece, processed), Gancao (one tael), Dazao (ten pieces), Banxia, Jingmi (each half sheng). Use eight sheng of water,
boil until the rice is cooked and the decoction is ready.
Fuzi Jingmi Tang consists of Banxia, Gancao, and Dazao; it benefits the stomach, unblocks yang, and warms the kidney. (This is a formula that benefits the stomach, unblocks yang, and warms the kidney. The focus lies on
Banxia, Gancao, Jingmi,
and Dazao,
addressing rebellious fullness and vomiting.)
Treats severe cold pain in the heart and chest, vomiting with inability to eat, abdominal fullness, qi rushing upward causing the skin to bulge out with visible heads and feet-like shapes, and pain throughout the upper and lower abdomen that cannot be touched.
Shujiao (two he, stir-fried to remove moisture), Ganjiang (four taels), Renshen (two taels). Use four sheng of water, boil to obtain two sheng, strain, add Yitang (maltose)
one sheng, simmer slightly.
Dajianzhong Tang builds middle jiao yang. (It greatly builds the yang of the middle zang organs to overcome rebellious yin evil.) Shujiao and Ganjiang (warm the middle and dispel cold), Renshen and Yitang. (Establish the

(From *Shengji Zonglu*) Treats "turbid qi in the upper part leads to abdominal distension."
Wuzhuyu (washed and stir-fried), Guangui, Houpo (processed with ginger juice), Ganjiang (processed, each two taels), Shujiao (stir-fried to remove moisture), Chenpi
(remove white pith), Baizhu.
Strain and take warm.
*Shengji* Wuzhuyu Tang contains Baizhu and Houpo, along with Shujiao, Ganjiang, Chenpi, and Guangui, totaling seven herbs. Turbid qi in the upper part causes abdominal distension; this is also due to the reversal of yin and yang. (*Suwen: Yin Yang Yingxiang Dalun* states "cold qi generates turbidity; turbid qi in the upper part leads to abdominal distension," which is indeed a case of yin-yang reversal.) Announce the five yangs to drive away turbid yin,
when turbid qi descends and stomach qi harmonizes, abdominal distension will naturally subside. (This is a method of warming, dispersing, and descending turbidity. Wuzhuyu enters the Liver meridian, Guangui enters the Heart meridian, Ganjiang enters the Spleen meridian, Juhong enters the Lung meridian, and Shujiao enters the
Kidney meridian. All are substances with thick aroma and light nature, aromatic and opening in character, used to announce the five yangs and disperse turbid yin; further combined with Baizhu and Houpo to warm and harmonize the middle and stomach,
so that turbid qi descends and stomach qi harmonizes, abdominal distension is immediately resolved, truly possessing the miraculous speed of shadow following form or echo following sound.)
