守中丸 治风虚头眩脑转，目系急，忽然倒仆。
人参 白术 甘菊 枸杞子 山药（各二两） 白茯苓（十两，去皮） 麦冬（三两） 生地
黄（二十斤，绞去汁）
上为细末，先用生地黄汁于银器内，入酥三两，白蜜三两，同煎，逐旋掠取汁上金花令
尽，
得五升许，于银器内拌炒前七味药，渐渐令干，入白蜜同捣数千杵，丸如梧子大，每服五十
丸，空心温酒送下。服百日后，五脏充满，肌肤滑泽。此药须择四季旺相日，或甲子日修合
，亦名五芝地仙金髓丸。
防风饮子
《本事》治风眩头晕川芎散。
山萸肉（一两） 山药 人参 甘菊花 小川芎 茯神（各半两）
上为细末，每服二钱，酒调下，不拘时，日三服。
《本事》钩藤散
钩藤 陈皮 半夏 麦冬 茯苓 茯神 人参 甘菊 防风（各半两） 甘草（一分） 石
膏（一两）
上为粗末，每服四钱，水一盏半，姜七片，煎七分，去渣温服。
沉香磁石丸 治上盛下虚，头目眩晕，耳鸣耳聋。
沉香 青盐（并别研） 蔓荆 甘菊（各五钱） 巴戟 胡卢巴 山药（炒） 川椒（去目，
炒） 磁石（火 醋淬，细研水飞） 山萸肉 阳起石（火 ，研） 附子（各一两，炮）
上为细末，用酒煮米和丸，梧子大，每服五十丸，加至七十丸，空心盐汤下。
Shouzhong Wan (Guarding the Center Pill): Treats dizziness and vertigo due to wind deficiency, a sensation of head rotation, tension in the eye meridians (connections between eyes and brain), and sudden collapse.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Gan Ju (Chrysanthemi Flos), Gou Qi Zi (Lycii Fructus), Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) [2 liang each], Bai Fu Ling (Poria) [10 liang, peeled], Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Radix) [3 liang], Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix) [20 jin, juice extracted].
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. First, place the juice of fresh Rehmannia root in a silver vessel, add 3 liang of butter (Su) and 3 liang of white honey, and boil together. Stir continuously until the foam on the surface disappears completely, reducing the volume to approximately 5 sheng. Then, stir-fry the first seven herbs in this juice in the silver vessel until gradually dry. Add white honey and pound the mixture for thousands of strokes. Shape into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, swallowed with warm wine on an empty stomach. After taking it for 100 days, the five zang organs will be filled with essence, and the skin and muscles will become smooth and lustrous. This medicine must be prepared on days when the four seasons are prosperous or on Jia-Zi days. It is also known as Wuzhi Dixian Jin Sui Wan (Five Herbs Immortal Golden Marrow Pill).
Fang Feng Yin Zi (Saposhnikoviae Decoction): From *Ben Shi Fang*, treats wind-induced vertigo and dizziness; also known as Chuan Xiong San.
Shan Yu Rou (Corni Fructus) [1 liang], Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix), Gan Ju Hua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Xiao Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) [each 0.5 liang].
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with wine. Time is not restricted; take three times daily.
*Ben Shi Fang* Gou Teng San (Uncaria Powder):
Gou Teng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis), Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Ban Xia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum), Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Fu Ling (Poria), Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix), Gan Ju (Chrysanthemi Flos), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) [each 0.5 liang], Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [1 fen], Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum) [1 liang].
Grind the above herbs into coarse powder. Take 4 qian per dose, with 1.5 sheng of water and 7 slices of ginger, decoct until reduced to 0.7 sheng. Strain and take warm.
Chen Xiang Ci Shi Wan (Aquilariae and Magnetite Pill): Treats dizziness and vertigo of the head and eyes, tinnitus, and deafness caused by excess in the upper and deficiency in the lower.
Chen Xiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Qing Yan (Natrii Chloridum) [both separately ground], Man Jing Zi (Vittaginis Fructus), Gan Ju (Chrysanthemi Flos) [each 5 qian], Ba Ji Tian (Morindae Officinalis Radix), Hu Lu Ba (Trigonellae Semen), Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried), Chuan Jiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, remove eyes, stir-fried), Ci Shi (Magnetitum, calcined and quenched in vinegar, finely ground and washed with water), Shan Yu Rou (Corni Fructus), Yang Qi Shi (Leucogypi Concha), Fu Zi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) [each 1 liang, processed].
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Use rice paste boiled in wine to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, increasing to 70 pills if necessary, swallowed with salt water on an empty stomach.
