Dadun (Great White) is located at the inner side of the big toe, near Yinbai. Dadu (Grand Common) is in the depression distal to the metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe. Taibai (White Metropolis) is below the medial malleolus bone prominence. Gongsun (Ancestral Grandson) is one cun distal to the joint, adjacent to Shangqiu (Earth Market). Xuehai (Sea of Blood) is clearly above the patella. Jimen (Blood Gate) is located three cun on the medial aspect of the thigh, within the muscle interval; carefully examine the arterial pulse between the tendons. Chongmen (Chong Gate) is five cun below Daheng. Fushé (Abdominal Residence) is treated at 3.3 cun. Fujie (Abdominal Knot) is 1.3 cun below Daheng. Daheng (Great Horizontal) flanks the umbilicus and must be remembered. Fu'ai (Abdominal Mourning) is half a cun away from Riyue, directly connected with Shidou (Food Hole). Shidou, Tianxi (Heavenly Stream), and Xiongxiang (Chest Village), along with Zhourong (Zhou Prosperity), are each placed at 1.6 cun. Dabao (Great Wrap) is three cun below Yuanli. This constitutes the Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian.
The Shaoyin Heart Meridian begins at Jiquan (Extreme Spring Palace). It follows the arterial pulse between the tendons in the axilla. Qingling (Green Spirit) is three cun above the elbow joint. Shaohai (Lesser Sea) belongs to the Heart Meridian, posterior to the elbow joint. Lingdao (Spirit Path) is one cun posterior to the palm. Shaochong (Lesser Surge) is at the tip of the little finger.
Shaose (Lesser Marsh) is at the tip of the little finger. Qian Gu (Front Valley) is on the lateral side, anterior to the joint tendon. Hou Xi (Rear Stream) is found in the depression posterior to the joint. Wangu (Wrist Bone) is measured below the bone anterior to the wrist. [Text fragment unclear/omitted]. Tianzong (Heavenly Ancestor) is in the depression below the bone. Bingfeng (Holding Wind) has an empty space when the arm is raised. Qu Yuan (Curved Ridge) is sold at the shoulder blade curve. Waishu (Outer Pivot) follows one cun from Dazhui. Jianzhong (Middle Shoulder) is two cun lateral to Dazhui. Tianchuang (Heavenly Window) details the arterial pulse under the cheek. Tianrong (Heavenly Reception) is posterior to the curved jaw below the ear. Quanliao (Cheekbone Hollow) is measured at the facial corner. Tinggong (Auditory Palace) is as large as a chickpea in the ear tragus. The Hand-Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian ends here.
Yongquan (Gushing Spring) is taken with the foot flexed and toes curled. This is the starting point of the Kidney Meridian. Ran Gu (Running Valley) is below the large bone posterior to the ankle. Taixi (Great Stream) is raised above the heel posterior to the ankle. Zhaohai (Reaching Sea) is sought five fen below Taixi. Fuliu (Returning Flow) extends one cun. Zhubin (Guest of Yin) is distinguished at six cun. Yinggu (Yin Valley) is viewed at the auxiliary bone inside the knee. Henggu (Horizontal Bone) is shaped like a recumbent moon. Dahe, Qi Xue, Siman, and [Jie - likely error or variant] are exhausted. Zhongzhu and Huangshu are directly flanking the umbilicus. Five cun are divided into six acupoint spaces. Shangqu, Shiguan, and Yindu connect. Tonggu and Youmen are listed one cun apart. Youmen is half a cun flanking Juque. Bulang, Shenfeng, and Lingxu visit. Shencang, Zhongshu, enter Shufu. Each is 1.6 cun without overlap. To know where Shufu is, measure two cun beside Xuanji.
The Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian: Jingming (Bright Eyes) is at the inner canthus. Cuanzhu (Piled Bamboo) is in the depression at the eyebrow head; this point prohibits moxibustion but allows needling. Qucha (Curved Difference) appears in two points in the Copper Man figure. Tianzhu (Heavenly Pillar) is treated at the hairline posterior to the neck. It is in the depression on the outer edge of the large tendon. Measuring five cun lateral to the spine: The first is Dashu (Great Pivot), the second Fengmen (Wind Gate). Feishu (Lung Pivot) is at the third vertebra; Jueyin (Absolute Yin) at the fourth. Xinshu (Heart Pivot) is discussed below the fifth vertebra. Duyu and Geshu are of equal grade. The sixth and seventh are established sequentially. There is no point below the eighth vertebra. Ganshu (Liver Pivot) corresponds to the ninth vertebra. Danshu (Gallbladder Pivot) at the tenth, Pishu (Spleen Pivot) at the eleventh. Weishu (Stomach Pivot) is described below the twelfth vertebra. Sanjiaoshu, Shenshu, and Qihai Shu are at the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth vertebrae. Dachangshu, Guanyuan Shu, and Xiaochangshu are at the sixteenth, seventeenth, and eighteenth vertebrae. Shangliao, Ciliao, Zhongliao, and Xialiao. One Liao fits in one space. Four Liaos rely on visual observation of four spaces. Two points flanking the spine in the waist-hip region. Five points extend five cun to Huiyang. Fang (Square) is two cun lateral to the coccyx. Back row three starts with Fufen. It begins below the second vertebra. Three and a half cuns measure from the spine. If measuring three cun lateral to the spine. Pohu (Soul House) is sought below the third vertebra. Shentang (Spirit Hall) is searched below the fifth vertebra. Gaohuang (Emaciated Ancestor) is taken in the space between the fourth rib and intercostal space. (One theory: below the third vertebra, above the fourth. Another theory: five fen below the fourth vertebra, three fen above the fifth.) Below the curved shoulder blade bone, about the width of a finger. Di Xi (Sighing Joy) can be guarded at the sixth. Ge Guan (Diaphragm Pass) is at the seventh, Hunmen (Soul Gate) at the ninth. Yanggang, Yishe, and Weicang participate at the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth vertebrae. Huangmen (Emaciated Door) corresponds to the thirteenth vertebra. Pugen (Root Support) is in the depression posterior to the calcaneus. Shenmai (Note: Text repeats Shenmai description or refers to another point, context suggests Shenmai location relative to nail bed) accommodates a fingernail thickness above the ankle. Jinggu (Original Bone) presses against the large bone on the lateral side. Shugu (Stream Bone) accommodates the depression posterior to the base of the metatarsal. Tonggu (Common Valley) faces the depression anterior to the base of the metatarsal. Zhiyin (True Yin) is at the corner of the toenail on the little toe.
