Moxibustion on the Navel Method: Some people maintain a youthful complexion in old age because they perform one moxa cone (Zhuang) on the center of the navel annually. (From *Zisheng Jing*) ○ In our dynasty, Vice Minister Han Yong, while suppressing the Dateng Gorge rebellion, captured a bandit over a hundred years old who was remarkably robust. Upon inquiry, he stated that in his youth, suffering from frequent illnesses, an eccentric person taught him to moxa the center of the navel annually, after which he remained healthy. (From *Huiyuan*)
Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Spermatorrhea and Nocturnal Emission: Acupoints such as Xinshu (BL-15), Baihuanxu (BL-30), Gaohuangshu (BL-43), Shenshu (BL-23), Zhongji (CV-3), and Guanyuan (CV-4) may be selected for either acupuncture or moxibustion. (From *Bencao Gangmu*) ○ For loss of essence and seminal emission: Zhongji (CV-3), Hehergu, and Taichong (LR-3) are indicated. (From *Bencao Gangmu*) ○ For spermatorrhea due to deficiency and exhaustion: Dahé (KI-4) and Zhongfeng (LR-4) are suitable. (From *Bencao Gangmu*) ○ For spermatorrhea caused by exhaustion of the five zang organs, moxa one point at the end of Qugu (CV-2), seven cones per side. This point is located in the center of the pubic symphysis, curved like the center of a crescent moon. (From *Bencao Gangmu*) ○ For turbid urine and spermatorrhea, take Shenshu (BL-23); for nocturnal emission, take Sanyinjiao (SP-6). Moxa each with 49 cones; the effect is miraculous. (From *De Xiao Fang*)
