杏仁 防风 黄连 赤芍药 归尾（各五钱） 铜青（一钱） 薄荷（三钱）
上 碎，每服二钱，极沸汤泡，乘热先熏后洗，冷则再换热用，日两三次。一方入白盐少许，开目沃沸洗，
盐亦散血。
雷岩丸 治男子妇人，肝经不足，风邪内乘，上攻眼目，泪出羞明怕日、多见黑花、翳膜遮睛、睑生风
粟、或痒或痛、隐涩难开，兼人患偏正头风，牵引两目，渐觉细小，视物不明，皆因肾水不能既济肝木。此药久服大修
肾脏，能添目力于人。服药多不知根源，往往不效。
枸杞子 菊花（各二两） 巴戟（酒浸一宿，去皮心） 肉苁蓉 牛膝（各一两） 川椒（三两，去目）
黑附子（青盐二钱，以泔水同皂荚水浸去皮根）
上为细末，浸药水煮面糊为丸，每服十丸，空心温酒下。
又方 治肝虚，或当风眼泪，镇肝明目。
上用腊月犍牛胆盛黑豆，不论多少浸，候百日开取食，后夜间吞三七粒，神效。
万寿地芝丸 治目能近视，不能远视，食之能治风热。
天门冬（去心） 生姜（焙，各四两） 甘菊花（二两） 枳壳（炒，三两）
上为末，每服一百丸，食后茶清或酒下。
Xingren (Apricot Seed), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Chishao Yao (Red Peony Root), Gui Wei (Angelica Sinensis Tail) (each 5 qian), Tongqing (Chalcanthite) (1 qian), Bohe (Mint) (3 qian).
Crush the above herbs. Take 2 qian per dose, steep in boiling water. First fumigate with the steam, then wash with the liquid while hot. Replace with fresh hot solution when it cools down. Apply two to three times daily. Another prescription adds a small amount of Baiyan (White Salt); open the eyes and pour boiling water for washing; salt also disperses blood stasis.
Lei Yan Wan (Thunder Rock Pill): Treats men and women suffering from insufficiency of the Liver Meridian, internal invasion of Wind Pathogen attacking upwards to the eyes. Symptoms include tearing, photophobia, frequent perception of black spots, nebula covering the pupil, wind millet on eyelids, itching or pain, and difficulty opening the eyes due to astringency. It also treats lateral or frontal headache affecting both eyes, causing gradual blurring of vision. These conditions are caused by Kidney Water failing to nourish Liver Wood. Long-term use of this medicine greatly repairs the Kidneys and enhances visual acuity. Many who take the medicine do not understand the root cause, hence often ineffective.
Gouqizi (Goji Berry), Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower) (each 2 liang), Bajieji (Morinda Officinalis Root) (soaked in wine overnight, remove skin and heart), Rongshong (Cistanche Stem), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root) (each 1 liang), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper) (3 liang, remove seeds), Heifuzi (Prepared Aconite Root) (soaked in water mixed with 2 qian Qingyan (Blue Vitriol) and soap pod water, remove skin and roots).
Grind into fine powder. Use the soaking liquid to cook wheat paste for making pills. Take 10 pills per dose, swallow with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Another Prescription: Treats Liver Deficiency, or tearing induced by wind, to calm the Liver and brighten the eyes.
Store Heidou (Black Soybean) in the gallbladder of a castrated ox collected in the twelfth lunar month. Soak for one hundred days, then take out and consume. Swallow 7-8 pills at night thereafter; miraculous effect.
Wanshou Dizhi Wan (Ten-Thousand-Year Earth Seed Pill): Treats myopia (ability to see near but not far); ingestion can treat Wind-Heat.
Tianmendong (Asparagus Tuber) (remove heart), Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) (baked, each 4 liang), Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower) (2 liang), Zhike (Bitter Orange Fruit) (stir-fried, 3 liang).
Grind into powder. Take 100 pills per dose, swallow with tea infusion or wine after meals.
