Treatment for Dulu (nursing engorgement) and Ru Yong (breast abscess). After childbirth, mothers should frequently express milk and avoid accumulation. If not expelled, milk cannot flow again; stagnant milk generates internal heat, leading to warmth, hardness, swelling, pulling pain, extreme thirst, urgent breast pain, and tenderness to touch. This condition is called Dulu, distinct from Ru Yong.
At the onset of Dulu, moxa the Yuji points (LU10) on both hands, 14 moxa cones per point, to cut off the pulse of the abscess. Then allow the infant to help massage the breast with their hand, causing milk to flow out abundantly, resembling pus.

If nursing does not relieve the blockage, repeatedly knead to expel the milk. Alternatively, have an older child rinse their mouth with cold water and suck out the milk, then spit it out. Do not suck directly without rinsing, as this may cause sores on the nipple due to cold entering the milk ducts. (Cited from *Waitai Miyao*, Vol. 34)
