The *Cantong Qi* (Treatise on the Kinship of the Three) states: "Things of the same kind facilitate efficacy; those not of the same seed find it difficult to apply skill." Although this refers to alchemical methods, when applied to treating diseases, it yields miraculous results. I have examined the myriad precepts of health preservation by ancient and modern practitioners, and none is more crucial than the phrase "using humans to supplement humans," which aligns with the *Neijing* (Classic of Internal Canon): "For those whose physical form is deficient, warm them with Qi." I briefly recount a few items here; achieving recovery without medication brings joy, demonstrating the completeness of a physician's skills!
Wherever there is pain in the shoulders, back, limbs, joints, wrist bones, or areas where tendons converge, it mostly belongs to phlegm coagulation and Qi stagnation. Regardless of gender, select an individual with vigorous spirit and long Qi. Have them place their mouth against the affected area, allowing Qi to enter through a layer of silk cotton. They should neither exhale nor blow, but exert force to push the Qi in until it penetrates deeply. Continue until warmth turns to heat, then switch to another person, continuing until recovery is achieved.
Those who are frequently ill but good at self-care should have their soles massaged by servants every night until they become extremely hot, which is highly beneficial. The acupoints Zusanli (ST36) and Shenshu (BL23) must not be omitted.
For lower back pain due to Kidney deficiency, rub the area with the palms of the Shaoyin channel (Kidney channel), repeating over ten thousand times each session. Alternatively, one can direct Qi into the Shenshu (BL23) acupoint. For those with coldness in the Dantian (Elixir Field), rubbing and directing Qi into the umbilical region is particularly potent.
Patients suffering from Wei-Bi syndrome (flaccidity and numbness) should lie close to a robust and healthy person for extended periods. Over time, the vital Qi harmonizes and permeates, causing the pathogenic Qi to dissipate secretly.
The elderly are especially suited to lying close with young women. My relative, Commander Yu, practiced this method and remained healthy well into his nineties.
For minor ailments with localized pain, have a strong man rub the area until hot, or apply pressure and massage to shift the Qi and Blood, thereby dispelling the disease.
Consuming human breast milk greatly benefits Heart Qi, nourishes the brain, treats Xiao Ke syndrome (wasting-thirsting syndrome), and addresses Wind-Fire patterns. It is particularly suitable for the elderly. When taking a dose, plug the nostrils with fingers, press lips against teeth to rinse, mixing the milk with saliva. Then, inhale inward through the nose, guiding the Qi from Mingtang (Hall of Brightness, located between the eyebrows) into the brain, before slowly swallowing. Five to seven inhalations constitute one cycle. If swallowed without rinsing, what difference is there from merely affecting the stomach and intestines?
Danxi stated: "The art of sexual supplementation requires the heart of a sage and the bones of an immortal to practice correctly." This implies that sages can control desires with reason, while immortals, by nature, remain detached from emotions even when facing beautiful scenes. In the world today, some use this as an excuse to indulge in lust, treating it as a 'mud-water golden elixir' passed down secretly, ultimately leading to death and ruin. This is deeply abhorrent! Deeply abhorrent!
