玉茎者，即宗筋也，乃肾脏之主。又十二经络之总会马口，端属手少阴心经。肾脏阴虚
火郁，心肝二脏之火复会于此。始时茎头马口痒碎，渐生坚肉，业已年余。今夏破溃翻花，出
数次，火郁日久，必致外越，血得热而妄行。经云∶实火可泻，虚火可补。且龙雷之火不宜直
折，脉细数，阴分大伤，急当峻补真阴，兼介类潜阳之法。俾龙雷之火得以归窟，而外患方保无虞。
