通治痔疮，随症加味。制研桃仁、炒枯皂子、制苍术、秦艽、防风各一钱，炒川柏、归
尾、槟榔、泽泻各五分，煨大黄钱半，空心热服，少顷以美膳压之，免其犯胃，忌生冷发物
痛甚加羌活、郁李仁一钱；肿甚加防己、猪苓、枯芩；痒甚加芥穗、 本、生 、甘草、
活、麻黄五分；小便短涩加赤苓、车前子；如已成脓加葵花、青皮、木香；血甚加地榆、
花、白芷、芥尾，倍黄柏；大便秘结加麻仁、枳壳。
主治血痔。生地、熟地各钱半，制苍术、炒川朴、地榆、枯芩、川连、川柏、人参、白
术、当归、泽泻、陈皮、防风、甘草各一钱，乌梅引。
治肠风下血，一切痔疮。防风、秦艽、当归、生地、白芍、川芎、白芷、赤茯苓、连翘
各一钱，槟榔、甘草、地榆、槐角、枳壳、栀仁、制苍术各六分。
治酒毒粪后出血等症。切碎苦参一斤（酒蒸晒九次），炙枯地黄四两，共研极细，蜜为

治痔已通肠成漏。姜汁炒胡连、炙黄刺 皮各一两，共研末，拌麝香二分，再研匀，煮
面糊丸麻子大。酒水每下一钱，日二服。服后脓水反多，是药力到也，勿惧。追毒已尽，旋
服闭管丸。
治痔漏有管毒尽服此。黄连一两， 石决明、炙山甲、炒槐花各五钱，共研末，蜜丸麻
子大。米汤下一钱，日二服。漏管自闭，如漏之四边有硬肉突起者，丸内加炒僵蚕二十条，
前后二丸，可治通身诸般漏症，服之可免刀针药线之苦。
To treat Zang Du (Visceral Toxin) in the Yin aspect, take hair, blood vessels, goose feathers, deer horns, Pangolin Scales (Squama Manis), and centipedes (each calcined to ash while preserving efficacy), grind them evenly into powder, mix with wine, and administer 2 qian orally.
For the general treatment of hemorrhoids, modify the prescription according to symptoms. Processed and ground Peach Kernels (Persicae Semen), scorched and withered Gleditsia Sinensis Seeds (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus), processed Atractylodis Rhizoma (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), and Saposhnikoviae Radix (Saposhnikoviae Radix) each 1 qian; stir-fried Phellodendri Cortex (Phellodendri Cortex), Angelicae Sinensis Radix caudex (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Caudex), Areca Seed (Arecae Semen), and Alisma Rhizome (Alismatis Rhizoma) each 0.5 qian; baked Rhubarb (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 1.5 qian. Take hot on an empty stomach, followed shortly by a nutritious meal to protect the Stomach from irritation. Avoid raw, cold, and triggering foods. If pain is severe, add Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) and Prunella Fructus (Prunellae Fructus) 1 qian; if swelling is severe, add Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Polyporus (Polyporus), and scorched Scutellariae Radix (Scutellariae Radix); if itching is severe, add Schizonepetae Spica (Schizonepetae Spica), Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix (Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix - inferred from "Ben"), raw Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), and live Ephedra Herba (Ephedrae Herba) 0.5 qian; if urine is scanty and difficult, add Red Poria (Poria cum Rubo) and Plantaginis Seed (Plantaginis Semen); if pus has formed, add Sunflower Head (Helianthi Annui Caput), Green Tangerine Peel (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), and Aucklandiae Radix (Aucklandiae Radix); if bleeding is severe, add Sanguisorbae Radix (Sanguisorbae Radix), Flower (Flower - likely Honghua/Safflower inferred), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Mustard Seed Tail (Sinapis Semen Cauda), and double the dosage of Phellodendri Cortex (Phellodendri Cortex); if constipation occurs, add Hemp Seed (Cannabis Semen) and Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus).
Main indication: Blood Hemorrhoids. Raw Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) each 1.5 qian; processed Atractylodis Rhizoma (Atractylodis Rhizoma), stir-fried Magnolia Bark (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Sanguisorbae Radix (Sanguisorbae Radix), scorched Scutellariae Radix (Scutellariae Radix), Coptidis Rhizoma (Coptidis Rhizoma), Phellodendri Cortex (Phellodendri Cortex), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Alisma Rhizome (Alismatis Rhizoma), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Saposhnikoviae Radix), and Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) each 1 qian. Use Smoked Plum (Mume Fructus) as a guide.
Treatment for Intestinal Wind with bloody stool, and all types of hemorrhoids. Saposhnikoviae Radix (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Raw Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix), White Peony Root (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Red Poria (Poria cum Rubo), Forsythiae Fructum (Forsythiae Fructum) each 1 qian; Areca Seed (Arecae Semen), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Sanguisorbae Radix (Sanguisorbae Radix), Sophorae Flos (Sophorae Flos), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Gardenia Seed (Gardeniae Semen), and processed Atractylodis Rhizoma (Atractylodis Rhizoma) each 0.6 qian.
Treatment for alcohol toxicity causing post-defecation bleeding and other symptoms. Cut bitter Sophora Root (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) 1 jin (steamed and sun-dried nine times with wine), roasted and withered Rehmannia Root (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) 4 liang. Grind extremely fine, and form small pills with honey.
Treatment for hemorrhoids that have penetrated the intestine forming fistulas. Stir-fried Houttuyniae Rhizoma (Houttuyniae Rhizoma) with ginger juice, and roasted Astragali Cortex (Astragali Cortex) each 1 liang. Grind into powder, mix with 0.2 fen of Musk (Moschus), and grind evenly. Make pills using wheat paste, sized like hemp seeds. Administer 1 qian with wine or water, twice daily. Increased discharge of pus after taking the medicine indicates the drug's efficacy reaching the lesion; do not fear. After all toxins are expelled, subsequently administer Bi Guan Wan (Tube-Closing Pill).
Treatment for hemorrhoidal fistulas when toxins are exhausted. Coptidis Rhizoma (Coptidis Rhizoma) 1 liang, Halituss (Concha Argo), roasted Pangolin Scales (Squama Manis), and stir-fried Sophorae Flos (Sophorae Flos) each 5 qian. Grind into powder, make pills with honey, sized like hemp seeds. Administer 1 qian with rice soup, twice daily. The fistula tract will close spontaneously. If hard flesh protrudes around the four sides of the fistula, add twenty stir-fried Bombyx Batryticatus (Bombyx Batryticatus) to the pill mixture. Two pills administered sequentially can treat various fistula conditions throughout the body, avoiding the suffering of surgical knives, needles, and medicinal threads.
