川椒壳、枯矾、樟脑、松香、轻粉，共为末，和淡猪油杵融，取青布包药为条，将老松
节劈至半开，纳布条于松节内，用火烧燃滴油，将瓷盘盛接，候冷搽患处，极效。并可治诸
疮毒。
或出血如疥，或痛痒，或干湿作痒，似虫非虫，外治不效，此气虚也。宜服煎剂，蜜黄
三两，当归二两，防风二钱，漂苍术一两，麦冬一两，酒芍一两，银花二两，熟地、玄参
各一两，生甘草、荆芥、花粉各三钱，枣皮五钱，水煎服，十剂可愈；切勿减轻分量。
独核肥皂一荚，将砂糖填满其中，入巴豆两粒，扎好，以盐泥涂封，煨 存性为末，加
槟榔一钱，轻粉五分，研匀，用香油调敷，敷时先剃头，用灰汤洗过，又用热水再洗，然后
拭干搽药。
又方∶用生黄豆炒黄为末，香油调搽。
又方∶荞麦面炒黄一两，硫磺五钱，研细和匀，或羊油或羊髓油调搽。
又方∶羊粪晒干，研细过绢筛，用老鼠煎油调搽，三五次即愈，且能生发。
又方∶芒硝二钱、牛膝三两，以上二味用水煎，加童便半杯兑服，立愈。
又方∶用烧酒曲捣碎为末，真麻油调敷疮上，或以布纸遮隔，干即除去再敷，连敷数次
，其疮自退，三月后长发更甚矣。
又方∶用杏仁炒熟，不拘多少，乳香、没药各一钱，共捣如泥，先以花椒水洗过头疮，
每日擦抹三次即愈。
Chuanjiaoqiao (Sichuan Pepper Shell), Kunfan (Calcined Alum), Zhangnao (Borneol), Songxiang (Pine Rosin), and Qingfen (Calomel) are ground together into powder, mixed with Danzhuyou (Light Lard), pounded until melted and blended. Green cloth is used to wrap the medicine into strips. Old pine joints are split open halfway, the cloth strips are inserted into the pine joints, and ignited to drip oil, which is collected in a porcelain dish. After cooling, apply to the affected area; it is extremely effective. It can also treat various sores and toxins.
If bleeding resembles scabies, or there is pain and itching, or dryness and wetness alternating causing itching, resembling insects but not actually present, and external treatments fail, this is due to Qi deficiency. It is suitable to take a decoction: Huangqi (Astragalus Root) 3 liang, Danggui (Angelica Sinensis) 2 liang, Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root) 2 qian, Paocangzhu (Processed Atractylodes Rhizome) 1 liang, Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 1 liang, Jiubaishao (Wine-processed White Peony Root) 1 liang, Yinhua (Honeysuckle Flower) 2 liang, Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root) and Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root) each 1 liang, Shenggancao (Raw Licorice Root), Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), and Huafen (Trichosanthes Root) each 3 qian, Shanzhuyu (Cornus Fruit) 5 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Ten doses will cure it; do not reduce the dosage.
One pod of Duhexi (Soapberry), filled with white sugar, with two Baidu (Castor Bean) seeds placed inside, tied tightly, coated and sealed with salt mud, roasted until "preserving nature" (partially carbonized/retaining efficacy), then ground into powder. Add Binglang (Areca Seed) 1 qian and Qingfen (Calomel) 0.5 fen, grind uniformly, and mix with Xiangyou (Sesame Oil) for application. Before applying, shave the head, wash with ash water, then wash again with hot water, dry thoroughly, and apply the medicine.
Another prescription: Roast raw Huangdou (Soybean) until yellow, grind into powder, mix with Xiangyou (Sesame Oil) for application.
Another prescription: Qiaomaimian (Buckwheat Flour) roasted yellow 1 liang, Huangsu (Sulfur) 5 qian, ground finely and mixed evenly, or mixed with Yangyou (Sheep Fat) or Yangsuiyou (Sheep Marrow Oil) for application.
Another prescription: Sheep manure dried and ground fine, sifted through silk gauze, mixed with Laoshu jianyou (Rat-rendered Oil) for application. Three to five applications will cure it, and it promotes hair growth.
Another prescription: Xiaosha (Mirabilite) 2 qian, Niuxi (Achyranthes Root) 3 liang. Decoct these two ingredients in water, add half a cup of Tongbian (Child's Urine), mix and drink. Immediate cure.
Another prescription: Shaojiuqu (Distiller's Yeast) crushed into powder, mixed with Zhenmayou (True Sesame Oil) and applied to the sore. Alternatively, cover with cloth or paper; remove when dry and reapply. Continuous application will make the sore recede naturally, and after three months, hair growth will be even more abundant.
Another prescription: Xingren (Apricot Kernel) roasted熟 (cooked), quantity as needed, Ruxiang (Frankincense) and Moyao (Myrrh) each 1 qian. Pound together into a paste. First wash the scalp sore with Huajiao (Sichuan Pepper) water, then rub three times daily until cured.
