One sheng of sesame seeds is ground and roasted, soaked in five sheng of wine for one night, and drunk at will.
Additionally, for peeling skin on palms and fingers with exposed flesh and unbearable pain and itching, known as *Ezhangfeng* (Goose Palm Wind, a type of tinea manuum), wash frequently with hot tofu residue; it takes effect after several times.

Loofah fruit including seeds are burned until carbonized but retaining medicinal properties (*cunxing*), ground into powder, taken with one or two qian washed down by wine, covered with blankets to induce sweating, which will relieve obstruction.

Hibiscus mutabilis root is chopped, decocted with wine, and drunk as much as possible, leading to the resolution of swelling.

This is the *Zhibao Dan* (Precious Pill) for treating *Ruyong* (Mammary Abscess). Compounding it to help others brings great merit. Fifty liang of dried dorsal fin of fresh *Sciaenidae* fish (Croaker) roasted and finely powdered, and one hundred liang of dried, brittle small green citrus peel ground into powder. Mix these two powders thoroughly, use rice water to make pills the size of paulownia seeds, and store in porcelain bottles. Take three qian per dose, accompanied by one large scallion white head (or three small ones), delivered with aged wine. Drink wine according to tolerance, lie down drunk under covers, and recover upon sweating. Avoiding wind is essential. For early-stage cases not yet suppurated, one dose cures.

Decocting the root of *Achyranthes bidentata* (Niuxi) with wine is extremely effective.
Another prescription: Mash fresh dandelion (*Taraxacum mongolicum*) with roots, extract juice, mix with wine, and drink. Apply the residue to the affected area for cure. If fresh ones are unavailable, decoct dried dandelion with wine. This also treats mammary boils with miraculous effect.

One qian 5 fen of pangolin scales roasted yellow and crispy with wine, and 4 qian 5 fen of cicada sloughs fried thoroughly in sesame oil and dried on new tiles, are ground together into powder, divided into four doses, and taken with wine mixed. Three doses guarantee recovery.

One live crab, mashed and taken with yellow wine, resolves the swelling.
Another prescription: Scrape off the grime from an old wooden comb, mix into ointment, apply to the site, and pain stops immediately.

One jin of scallion whites mashed to extract juice, taken in two doses mixed with aged yellow wine. Externally, decoct one liang of malt with a little shrimp paste, wash the area with the soup, and comb frequently with an old comb.
