用雕骨烧灰，每服二钱，酒下，在上食后，在下食前，骨即接。
又方∶黄麻（烧灰）、头发灰各一两，乳香五钱，每服三钱，温酒下。立效。
自然铜三个烧红（醋炙七次），古铜钱三个烧红（醋炙七次），土鳖虫二个（阴阳瓦炙干），
麝香三分，共为细末，每服七厘，用酒调服。

To treat bone fractures and tendon ruptures, even cases of severed throat, combine with the above formula for treatment; immediate recovery is achieved. Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) 1 liang 5 qian, Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) 1 liang, Drynariae Rhizoma (Gusuibu) 1 liang, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu) 8 qian (roasted over fire), Chaenomelis Fructus (Mugua) 2 qian, Frankincense (Ruxiang) and Myrrh (Moyao) each 5 qian, Beeswax (Huangxiang) 1 liang, ancient copper coins 7 pieces (processed in wine seven times), all ground into powder together.
Another prescription: Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Eucommiae Cortex (Wujiaopi), Frankincense (Ruxiang, defatted), Sappan Wood (Sumu) each 3 qian, Pyritum (Zirantong) 3 fen (stir-fried in vinegar seven times, crushed), Eupolyphaga Steleophaga (Tubiechong) 7 pieces [text missing here, usually refers to processing method].
Also includes Frankincense (Ruxiang, defatted), Dragon's Blood (Xuexie), Silver Essence (Yinjing), Crotonis Fructus (Qianjizi), Catechu (Ercha), Gold Essence Stone (Jinjingshi), Myrrh (Moyao, defatted), Safflower (Honghua), Amber (Hupo), Cinnabar (Zhusha) each [text missing, usually equal parts or specific dosage].
Additionally, paste formula: First, set the broken bones properly, or fix them with bamboo chopsticks, fir bark, or bamboo strips. Then apply the medicinal powder as a paste over the area. Replace the paste when it dries; healing occurs within about a month.
Ground beetle (Ketouchong), buckwheat flour, black small sheep horn, Frankincense (Ruxiang), and Myrrh (Moyao) in equal parts, ground into powder together, mixed and applied to the injured area.
Burn eagle bone to ash, take 2 qian per dose, washed down with wine. For fractures in the upper body, take after meals; for those in the lower body, take before meals; the bones will unite.
Another formula: Hemp stem (Huangma, burned to ash) and hair ash each 1 liang, Frankincense (Ruxiang) 5 qian. Take 3 qian per dose, washed down with warm wine. Immediate effect.
Divine formula for treating trauma and setting bones: More than ten Eupolyphaga Steleophaga (Tubiechong), freshly crushed to extract juice, taken with boiling yellow wine. Effective.
Mix honey and scallion white thoroughly, apply thickly to the site for immediate effect. Strictly avoid ingestion; swallowing is fatal and incurable.
Pyritum (Zirantong) three pieces, heated red-hot (calcined in vinegar seven times), ancient copper coins three pieces, heated red-hot (calcined in vinegar seven times), Eupolyphaga Steleophaga (Tubiechong) two pieces (dried on yin-yang kiln), Moschus (Shexiang) 3 fen. All ground into fine powder. Take 7 li per dose, mixed with wine.
Another formula: Ancient copper coins 5 qian (quenched in vinegar forty-nine times), Drynariae Rhizoma (Gusuibu) 2 qian (de-haired, baked), Frankincense (Ruxiang) 3 qian (defatted), Myrrh (Moyao) 3 qian [text missing]. Take one [text missing, usually qian or fen] per dose.
Another formula: Use Eupolyphaga eggs from the bottom of an old wine jar, any number, bake dry and grind into powder. Wu Zhu coins quenched in vinegar seven times and ground into powder. Mix in equal parts. Take 1 fen per dose, delivered with good wine to induce sweating.
