For the above nineteen prescriptions, medicinal materials must be genuine and authentic, weights must be accurately measured, absolutely do not arbitrarily add or subtract. If the disease condition is severe, after finishing the nineteen prescriptions, it is advisable to take another cycle, and efficacy will naturally appear. Moreover, the medicinal properties are extremely mild and stable, so even excessive intake causes no harm. Do not consume foods incompatible with the medicine, such as avoiding beans when taking Hou Po, or avoiding sheep blood when taking Ban Xia.
