For conditions such as carbuncles and sores (Yong Ju), abdominal abscesses, back carbuncles (Fa Bei), visceral toxins, horse-riding carbuncles, and fish-mouth sores, if taken once according to this prescription within the first three days of onset, they will immediately dissipate. If the toxic pathogenic factor is vigorous, taking it for three consecutive doses will ensure complete resolution. Take one egg, pour it into a bowl and beat evenly, add 2 qian of Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas), steam it in hot water until cooked, and take with good wine. Drink the wine according to tolerance, and finish eating the egg.
For early-stage back carbuncles, carbuncles, sores, and toxins, applying this externally causes immediate dissipation; for those already formed, applying it three times reduces the swelling, expels the toxin, and leads to healing, achieving results quickly. Pound them together into a paste. Apply around the periphery of the lesion, leaving the top of the sore exposed without application. Cover the medicine with oil paper and change it every two hours (one shichen). It has miraculous effects in detoxification and has been tested repeatedly with success.

While still hot, quickly shape into pills the size of wu zi (loquat seeds). Take 15 pills per dose with warm water or cold wine. Pain stops after several doses. For fistulas, grind the yellow skin from inside a chicken gizzard into powder and insert it into the hole.
