凡人病发疹时，触受秽气，病愈之后，遂变遗浊，不分昼夜，合目则遗。诸医或补或利
或涩，或用升提等法，毫不一效，此方服之而愈，屡试如神。木贼、川芎各五钱，粉葛一两
，蛇蜕二寸半（新瓦焙枯），挂壁尖五钱（取米店内佳），共研细末，好酒为丸。每服三钱，

大肠头出寸余，痛苦难忍，干则自落，又出，名曰截肠，肠尽则不治。初截时，用盆盛
真芝麻油，坐入浸之，另饮火麻仁汁数升而愈。
肛门主肺，肺热即肛塞肿缩生疮。好白蜜一斤，猪胆一枚，取汁和匀，微火煎干，作丸
三寸长，候冷，涂油纳入肛门，卧下少时，必里急后重，通泄而愈。
又方∶鸡内金（即鸡肫皮）烧存性，为末，干敷，其效如神。

Whenever a person suffers from a rash and is exposed to foul pathogens, after the illness subsides, it may transform into "Yi Zhuo" (involuntary discharge of essence or urine), occurring day and night, triggered simply by closing the eyes. Physicians have employed tonifying, draining-dampness, astringent, or ascending methods, yet none yielded any effect. This formula cures the condition; tested repeatedly, its efficacy is miraculous. Mu Zei (Equiseti Herba) and Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) each 5 qian, Fen Ge (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) 1 liang, She Tui (Bombyx Batryticatus) 2.5 cun (roasted on a new tile until charred), Gua Bi Jian 5 qian (obtained from high-quality rice stores), all ground into fine powder. Form pills with good wine. Take 3 qian per dose.
The rectum prolapses more than one cun, causing unbearable pain; when dry, it falls off spontaneously, then protrudes again. This condition is called "Jie Chang" (Rectal Prolapse). If the entire intestine prolapses, it is incurable. At the initial stage of prolapse, sit in a basin filled with pure Sesame Oil (Sesami Oleum) to soak the area, and simultaneously drink several sheng of Hemp Seed Juice (Cannabis Semen Juice) to recover.
Take 5 qian of Nisum Powder (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus Powder), mix with water, and ingest for spontaneous recovery.
The anus is governed by the Lung. Lung Heat causes anal blockage, swelling, retraction, and ulceration. Take 1 jin of White Honey (Mel) and one Pig Gallbladder (Vesica Buis Suillae). Extract the juice, mix thoroughly, and simmer over low heat until dry. Form into three-cun long suppositories. After cooling, apply oil and insert into the anus. Lie down for a short while; urgency and tenesmus will occur, followed by evacuation and recovery.

Insects infest the anus, causing anal rupture and intestinal perforation, with constant pain and itching, and fistulas forming on the sides. Use 7 Qi Lang (Scarabaeus Siccus, also known as Dung Beetle), 5 qian of fresh Cow Manure, and 1 liang of fatty Mutton (Ovis Aries Meat). Roast until yellow, pound together into a paste, form into pills the size of lotus seeds, warm them, wrap in cotton, and insert into the anus. Within half a day, insects will be expelled in the stool; repeated applications lead to recovery.
Another formula: One Toad (Bufo bufo gargarizans) and 2 fen of Chicken Bone, burned to ash, applied topically, yields great efficacy. Avoid eating toads for life.
