又方∶本门内甘蔗上青草梢及尖槟榔两方可以通用。牛膝方更为奇妙。
又方∶小便不通门外治数方，亦可通用。
又方∶萝卜切片，用白蜜泡半刻，瓦上焙干，再泡再焙，连制三次，不可过焦，用盐开
水细细嚼服，日服数次，甚效。
又方∶葵花根，水煎数滚，即服，不可久煮。其效如神。
又方∶家麻根五钱，水煎服，即通，大妙。
生天门冬捶汁半盏，服之即愈。
又方∶冬瓜加淡豆豉煮食，一日三五次，七日必愈。
治法见前阴门。
少年不可用。八味丸（见内外备用诸方）加牛膝、车前，服之如神。
大蒜、淡豆豉、蒸面饼，等分和捣融为丸梧子大。每服三四十丸，三日必愈。
一切淋症属虚者，并小便不利皆治。白豆蔻（连壳）、砂仁（去壳）、白胡椒、真川椒（不
真不效）以上四味，各等分，共研末。每用一二钱入小布袋内，以好汾酒（顶上烧酒亦可）

阳物及肾囊稍觉辣痛，热水洗净自安。一人因骑马受热而得淋症，日久变成砂淋，痛不可忍
，九月不愈，后用此方治之，三日断根，屡试神验。砂淋本系热症，初起似不宜此热药，久
则虽热亦虚，非此不能愈也。
加减地黄汤∶熟地六两，山萸肉、真山药各四两，芡实、丹皮、云苓各二两，莲须一两
，龙骨（生研，水飞，净）三钱，鱼鳔四两（蛤粉炒成珠），共研末，蜜为丸如梧子大。每

益肾汤∶梦遗，人以为心气之虚，不知非心也。盖肾水耗竭，上不能通于心，中不能润
于脾，下不能滋于肾，故相火上灼，有燥脾土以致玉关不闭，无梦且遗，徒责之梦中冤业，
谁任其咎。法当大剂补肾，而少佐以补心、益肝、益脾之品，自然渐渐成功、不止而止也。

此方之所以奇妙而入神也。
保精汤∶遗久则玉关不闭，精尽而亡，世人往往用涩精之药，所以不救。倘于未曾太甚

玉锁丹∶治肾经虚损，心气不足，思虑太多，真阳不固，溺有余沥，小便白浊如膏，梦
中频遗，骨节拘痛，面黑饥瘦，盗汗虚烦，食减乏力。此方性温不热，极有神效。五倍子一
斤，白茯苓四两，龙骨二两，为末，水糊丸梧子大。每服七十丸，食前用盐汤送下，一日三
服。
猪肚丸∶专治梦遗及肌肉消瘦，服之遗止发胖，神效莫测。白术八两（饭上蒸熟），苦

Good Yin Xiao (refined Mirabilite, main component sodium sulfate): Take 2 qian per dose. For Lao Lin (lin syndrome caused by overexertion), dissolve and take with decoction of sunflower seeds; for Xue Lin (lin syndrome with blood in urine) and Re Lin (lin syndrome with heat signs), dissolve and take with cold water; for Qi Lin (lin syndrome due to qi stagnation), take with decoction of Mutong.
Another prescription: The two prescriptions mentioned above—green grass tips from sugarcane within this section and sharp Areca nut—are interchangeable. The Niuxi (Achyranthes Root) prescription is even more miraculous.
Another prescription: Several external treatment methods for urinary retention outside the gate can also be used interchangeably.
Another prescription: Slice radish, soak in white honey for a moment, bake on tiles until dry, then soak again and bake again. Repeat this process three times, being careful not to burn it too much. Chew slowly with salt water, take several times a day. It is very effective.
Another prescription: Sunflower root, boil in water for a few boils, then take immediately. Do not boil for a long time. Its effect is like magic.
Another prescription: Jiamagen (root of domestic hemp), 5 qian, decoct in water and take. Urination will clear immediately. Very wonderful.
Fresh Tianmendong (Asparagus Root) crushed juice, half zhan, take it and recover immediately.
Another prescription: Boil winter melon with Dan Dou Chi (fermented soybean) and eat. Three to five times a day, must recover in seven days.

Garlic, Dan Dou Chi (fermented soybean), steamed wheat cake, equal parts, pounded and melted into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30-40 pills each time, must recover in three days.
Treats all lin syndromes belonging to deficiency, and also difficulty in urination. Baidoukou (White Cardamom, with shell), Sharen (Amomum Fruit, without shell), Bai Hujiao (White Pepper), Zhen Chuanjiao (True Sichuan Pepper - ineffective if not genuine). These four ingredients, each in equal parts, grind together into powder. Use 1-2 qian each time, put into a small cloth bag, simmer in good Fenjiu (Fen Wine, top-shelf liquor can also be used)... The penis and scrotum feel slightly spicy and painful, wash clean with hot water and they will settle down naturally. One person contracted lin syndrome from riding a horse in the heat, which turned into Sha Lin (gravel/stone lin) after a long time, unbearable pain, not cured for nine months. Later treated with this prescription, cured in three days, tested repeatedly with miraculous results. Sha Lin is originally a heat syndrome, initially it seems inappropriate to use such hot medicine, but after a long time, even if there is heat, there is also deficiency. Without this, it cannot be cured.
Jiajian Dihuang Tang (Modified Rehmannia Decoction): Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 6 liang, Shanyurou (Cornus Fruit), Zhen Shanyao (Chinese Yam) each 4 liang, Qianshi (Euryale Seed), Danpi (Moutan Bark), Yunling (Poria) each 2 liang, Lianxu (Lotus Stamen) 1 liang, Longgu (Fossilized Bone, raw ground, water-washed, pure) 3 qian, Yubiao (Fish Bladder) 4 liang (fried with clam powder into pearls). Grind together into powder, make pills with honey the size of Sophora seeds. Every morning...
Yishen Tang (Kidney-Benefiting Decoction): Dream emission. People think it is due to deficiency of Heart Qi, but do not know it is not the Heart. It is because Kidney Water is exhausted, unable to connect to the Heart above, unable to moisten the Spleen in the middle, and unable to nourish the Kidney below. Thus, Minister Fire burns upward, drying the Spleen Earth, leading to the failure of the Jade Gate to close, resulting in emission without dreams. Who bears the blame for merely blaming karmic debts in dreams? The method should be to use large doses to tonify the Kidney, with a small addition of herbs to tonify the Heart, benefit the Liver, and benefit the Spleen. Naturally, success will come gradually, and stopping will happen naturally. Baojing Tang (Essence-Preserving Decoction): Prolonged emission leads to the failure of the Jade Gate to close, essence is exhausted, and death ensues.
