此名子痈，迟则成功溃烂致命，其未成脓时，用枳橘一个，川楝、秦艽、陈皮、赤芍、
甘草、防风、泽泻各一钱五分，一服即愈。此林屋山人经验方也。
若破烂，肾子落出，有方见后。沉香、紫苏、苏木、南星各五钱，老香橼一个，切碎，
雄猪尿泡一个洗净，将药入尿泡内，好酒四五斤，煮烂，捣为丸梧子大。酒送下四五十丸，
药尽，全愈。
又方∶照上薏苡仁、陈壁土方治之，最妙。
名肾囊风，又名绣球风，已破者为肾囊痈。用阉过公猪肉四两（取猪生肾囊之处更妙）
，胡椒十粒，煎汤洗之，一日数次，数日即愈。屡试如神，此仙方也。
又方∶包盐蒲包一块，周遭约一二尺宽，水洗之，洗毕，将水存留，炖热再洗，一日数
次，三日即愈。有人患此二十余年，洗至三日断根。蒲包取有盐卤者方效。
又方∶新荷叶一张，连须葱头七个，煎汤，先熏后洗，屡试神验。
又方∶茄子一枚，连根、叶煎汤，熏洗一周时，说壳如旧，甚验。
陈葫芦烧灰性，搽掺患处，立愈。
又方∶银青散（见痈毒诸方）最为神效。
照上疝气肿大如斗各方治之，亦妙。
灶心土，研碎炒热，铺凳上，再以川椒、小茴香研末，撒在上面，将阴囊熏荡，冷则再
炒，三次即愈。
又方∶棉花子，煎汤洗之，即愈。
又方∶橄榄核七个（烧枯，研末）土茯苓少许（研末），加冰片和匀，以纱袋盛之。先

This condition is named *Ziyong* (Testicular Abscess). If left untreated, it will eventually lead to ulceration and be fatal. When the pus has not yet formed, use one each of Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange) and Juzu (Tangerine Seed), along with Chuanlianzi (Sichuan Chinaberry), Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla), Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel), Chishao (Red Peony Root), Gancao (Licorice), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), and Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), each 1.5 qian. One dose results in a cure. This is an empirical formula from Linwu Shanshan.
Yiyiren (Coix Seed) 4 liang, stir-fried with soil from old walls, boiled in water to make a paste. Several doses result in resolution. This is a secret formula from a Daoist priest.
If the wound is already ulcerated and the testis protrudes, refer to the formulas listed later. Chenxiang (Agarwood), Zisu (Perilla Leaf), Sumu (Sandalwood), and Nanting (Arisaema Cum Bile) each 5 qian; Lao Xiangyuan (Citron) 1 piece, chopped clean; one male pig bladder, washed clean. Place the herbs inside the bladder, add 4–5 jin of good wine, boil until soft, mash into pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 40–50 pills with wine. After finishing the medicine, complete recovery occurs.
Another formula: Treat according to the above Yiyiren and old wall soil method; this is most excellent.
Xionghuang (Realgar) and Baijian (Alumen) each 2 liang, Gancao (Licorice) 1 liang. Decoct in water and soak/wash frequently; this leads to a cure.
Named *Shennangfeng* (Scrotal Wind), also known as *Xiuxiu Feng* (Embroidered Ball Wind). If already broken, it is called *Shennangyong* (Scrotal Abscess). Use 4 liang of castrated male pork fat (preferably from the scrotal area), 10 grains of Hu jiao (Black Pepper). Decoct in water to wash the affected area several times a day; it cures within a few days. Repeated trials prove its efficacy like a divine prescription.
Another formula: Use a bag made of rush grass containing salt, approximately 1–2 chi wide around the periphery. Wash with water. After washing, retain the water, reheat, and wash again. Do this several times a day; it cures in three days. Someone suffering from this for over twenty years was cured after three days of washing. The rush grass bag must contain salt brine to be effective.
Another formula: One fresh lotus leaf, seven green onion heads with roots. Decoct in water. Fumigate first, then wash. Repeated trials show miraculous efficacy.
Another formula: One eggplant, including root and leaves. Decoct in water. Fumigate and wash for one week. Swelling subsides as if returning to normal; very effective.
Chen Hulu (Old Gourd) burnt to ash, applied to the affected area; immediate cure.
Another formula: Yinqing San (Silver Green Powder) (see formulas for carbuncles and toxins); this is extremely effective.
Treat according to the various formulas above for hernia swelling as large as a dou; this is also excellent.
Zaoxintu (Furnace Heart Earth), crushed and stir-fried hot, spread on a stool. Then grind Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper) and Xiaohuixiang (Fennel Fruit) into powder, sprinkle on top, and fumigate the scrotum with the heat. Re-stir-fry when cool. Three treatments lead to a cure.
Another formula: Cotton seeds, decoct in water to wash; this leads to a cure.
