或锻石煎汤时时洗之，其毒自去。或以白鸭血搽之。或用白鸭粪和鸡蛋清调搽，更妙。或照

凡蚕啮人，毒入肉中，令人发寒热。以家用苎麻叶捣汁涂之，神效。

仙鹤其毒在顶。养鹤之家，其鹤或傍树枝，或卧丛草，将头搔痒，遗有顶毒粘在树间，
人或不知，误以手摸脚踏，登时赤肿疼痛异常，急以青松毛和糯米饭同捣敷之。立愈。

溃烂，照前人咬伤甘草诸方治之。或照痈毒诸方治之。
又方∶肿痛欲死者，用雄鸡破开敷之。或照前蜈蚣咬伤方治之。
用二味拔毒散（见痈毒诸方）敷之。其效甚速。

Earthworm, also known as Qu Shu (curved worm) or Di Long (Ground Dragon). In cases of poisoning from earthworms, the condition resembles leprosy (Leprosy), with loss of eyebrows, or the body making sounds at night. Immediately wash the affected area frequently with salt water decoction or a decoction of calcined gypsum (Calcined Gypsum), and the toxin will naturally dissipate. Alternatively, apply white duck blood to the site. Or mix white duck feces with egg white for application, which is even better. One may also treat it according to the formula for centipede bites mentioned earlier.
When silkworms bite humans, the toxin enters the flesh, causing chills and fever. Apply juice extracted from crushed ramie leaves (Ramiae Cortex) commonly used in households; this yields miraculous results.
Another prescription: Mix musk (Musk) with honey and apply to the affected area; this is also effective. Or treat according to the formula for centipede bites mentioned earlier.
The sting of Wulong Ci (also known as Huo Ba Jiao) penetrates into the mud. If a person steps on it with their foot, it is more toxic than a snakebite, causing swelling from the foot up to the thigh, yet it remains curable.
The toxicity of the crane (Xian He) is concentrated at its crown. Those who raise cranes know that when cranes lean against tree branches or lie in thick grass, scratching their heads, they leave toxic residue from their crowns on the trees. If people are unaware and mistakenly touch or step on it, immediate severe redness, swelling, and pain occur. Urgently crush pine needles (Pine Needles) together with glutinous rice flour and apply the paste to the site; recovery is instant.
There is a substance called Fox Ci (Fox Thorn), which consists of sperm fluid from mantises during mating in midsummer, contaminating various objects. After drying for a long time, it becomes toxic. If human hands or feet accidentally touch it, this ailment occurs. Initially, red-purple spots appear, the skin becomes dry, and there is stifling swelling and pain, leading to insomnia. If the lesion ulcerates after ten days, the wound widens daily. For initial lesions not yet ulcerated, wash with a strong decoction of dandelion root (Taraxaci Radix) kept warm. If fresh dandelion is available, crushing it for juice application is even better. Internally administer Huanglian Jiedu Tang (Coptis Decoction for Detoxification), and one will recover. If already ulcerated, treat according to previous formulas using licorice for bites. Or treat according to formulas for carbuncles and toxins.
Another prescription: For severe swelling and pain, apply a split rooster to the affected area. Or treat according to the formula for centipede bites mentioned earlier.
Apply Erwei Baidu San (Two-Ingredient Powder for Extracting Toxin) (see formulas for carbuncles and toxins) to the affected area; the effect is very rapid.
