银花、防风、蝉蜕、炙山甲各五钱，共研碎，听用。先用烂羊肉一斤，取清汤二碗，兑海一
碗，入前药末，煎至剩汤一碗，空心蒸熟肉淡食令饱，随饮前汤，被盖卧取大汗，切忌露风
治梅疮高肿稠密，湿热盛，形气实者。芥穗、防风、连翘、防己、银花、槐花、花粉、
皂刺、白芷、木通、木瓜、白藓皮、大风藤、制苍术各一钱，甘草、翻白草各五分，大黄二
钱，土茯苓四两，酒引。服后静卧，以取汗下。
治梅疮肿痛溃烂，形气尚强者。升麻、皂刺各一钱，土茯苓四两，麻油一匙，煎服。毒
生项以上，加白芷，生咽喉加桔梗，生胸腹加白芍，生肩背加羌活，生下部加牛膝，甚者十
剂必效。
Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 3 qian, Zaoci Spina (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina), Yujin (Curcumae Longae Rhizoma), Poxiao (Natrii Sulfas) and Dafengzi (Aleuritidis Fructus) each 1 qian. Decoct with wine and take orally to induce purgation.
Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix), Cao (herb name incomplete in source), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Cang'erzi (Xanthii Fructus), Manjingzi (Viticis Semen), Weilingxian (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Beixixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma - Northern origin), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Jiesui (Schizonepetae Spica), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) in equal parts. Sun-dry and grind into a fine powder. Make pills with wheat paste, sized like mung beans. Take 3 qian per dose, administered with water and wine, twice daily.
Treats Big Feng (Leprosy/Morbus Leprae) and collapsed nasal bridge. Baihua Tougucacao (Impatiens balsamina), Sheng Zhima (Sesamum indicum), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Heidou (Sojae Semen Nigrum), Kaotao (uncertain herb, transliterated), Baitang (Saccharum), Huaimi (Sophorae Flos).
Treats early-stage Yangmei Chuang with excess pulse and symptoms. Zhi Mahuang (Honey-fried Ephedrae Herba) 1 liang, Weilingxian (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) 8 qian, Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 7 qian, Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Zaoci Spina (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina), Yinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum), Zhi Shanjia (Fried Manis Squama) each 5 qian. Grind together into powder for use. First, take 1 jin of rotten lamb meat, extract 2 bowls of clear broth, mix with 1 bowl of seawater. Add the above powder, decoct until 1 bowl remains. Eat steamed meat blandly until full on an empty stomach, then drink the decoction. Cover with blankets and lie down to induce profuse sweating. Strictly avoid exposure to wind.
Treats Yangmei Chuang with high swelling and density, abundant damp-heat, and strong physical constitution. Jiesui (Schizonepetae Spica), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Yinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos), Huafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Zaoci Spina (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus), Baixianpi (Dictamni Cortex), Dafengteng (unidentified vine, likely related to toxic herbs), Zhicangzhu (Prepared Atractylodis Rhizoma) each 1 qian, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Fanbaicao (Potentillae chinensis Herba) each 0.5 qian, Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 2 qian, Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma) 4 liang. Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Zaoci Spina (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina) each 1 qian, Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma) 4 liang, Mayou (Sesami Oleum) 1 spoon. Decoct and take orally. If sores appear above the neck, add Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix); if in the throat, add Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix); if on the chest and abdomen, add Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba); if on shoulders and back, add Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix); if in the lower body, add Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix). In severe cases, ten doses will surely be effective.
