The nasal tip (nose apex) and its sides first turn red, then purple, and after a long time become black. This condition is most lingering and difficult to cure. Apply fresh *Dioscorea opposita* rhizome (Water Chestnut) as needed.

Another prescription: Take one tael of *Lithargyri Litharge* (Mituoseng), grind it into fine powder, and mix with human milk or honey to form a thin paste. Slightly steam it every night until warm, apply to the face, and wash off the next morning. After half a month, the skin will return to normal.

This also belongs to the category of rosacea and acne vulgaris. Use equal parts of *Sulfur* (Liuhuang) and *Natrii Sulfas* (Piaoxiao), grind them into extremely fine powder, and apply before going to bed.

Grind *Forsythiae Fructus* (Lianqiao Ren) into powder. Take three qian each morning, taken down with decoction. Additionally, grind *Sulfur* (Liuhuang) into powder, mix with water, and apply to the affected area.

Decayed yellow chicken manure and lychee flesh are mashed together and applied; healing occurs immediately.

Ya Xuan (Gum Disease/Alveolar Pyorrhea) is also known as Chi Nu (Tooth Bleeding). Grind *Gleditsia Sinensis* seed (Wutongzi) into fine powder and insert it into the tooth gap; bleeding will stop spontaneously.

Another prescription: Applying *Cinnabar* (Baicaoshuang) can stop bleeding.

Another prescription: Decoct *Lycii Fructus* (Gouqizi) in water, rinse mouth slowly, and swallow; this stops bleeding. The roots of *Lycium chinense* (Gouqizi Gen) can also be used. Alternatively, decoct *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong), *Ophiopogonis Radix* (Maidong), or *Phellodendri Cortex* (Huangbai) for rinsing or drinking. Each formula has been verified effective by others, so they are recorded here.

Additionally, burn *Myrobalanus Chebula Retz.* (Wubeizi) to ash, grind into powder, and rub on the affected area.

Dry *Luffae Caulis* (Sigua Manteng) in the shade, calcine it using fire to preserve its nature, grind into powder, and rub into the tooth gaps; bleeding stops immediately.

Boil equal parts of *Onosma Bracteatum* (Wasong) and *Alumen Alum* (Bai Fan) in water, and rinse the mouth slowly.

Burn *Sinapis alba* root (Jiecaigen) to carbonize it while preserving its nature, grind into powder, and frequently apply to the affected area.

Take one qian each of *Phellodendri Cortex* (Huangbai) and *Indigo Naturalis* (Qingdai), and two fen of *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian); grind them together into fine powder and apply to the affected area.

Roast *Ascaris lumbricoides* (Huichong) on tiles until dry, grind finely, add a small amount of *Indigo Naturalis* (Qingdai) and *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian), grind uniformly, and insufflate into the lesion.

Another prescription: Equal parts of *Indigo Naturalis* (Qingdai), *Phellodendri Cortex* (Huangbai), *Alumen Calcined* (Kufan), *Myrobalanus Chebula Retz.* (Wubeizi, stir-fried), *Vitriolum Cupri* (Tongqing), *Borax* (Pengsha), and *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Kaikou Chuanjiao, stir-fried) are ground together into fine powder.

Because the condition has persisted for a long time, multiple bones (exostoses/spicules) may have formed, or the gums may swell, pus may exude from the tooth gaps, or there may be unexplained facial swelling and pain. Remove the pits from *Melia Toosendan* fruit (Lianshu Guo), mash it, and apply to the affected area. It heals after several applications; it can also expel the multiple bones. This is truly a miraculous secret formula; do not underestimate it.

Take five fen of *Picrorhizae Rhizoma* (Huhuanglian), five li of *Calcanite* (Danfan), and five li of *Camelliae Semen* (Ercha); grind into powder and rub on the teeth for extreme efficacy.

Stir-fry *Sophorae Flavescentis Flos* (Huaihua) slightly, grind into powder, dip a fingertip into the powder, and apply to the jaw joint/tooth margin. Stop when bleeding ceases.

Additionally, bleeding from the tooth root is named Ya Xie (Tooth Leakage). Decoct *Cassiae Semen* (Caocuoming) in water, hold in the mouth, and it will heal immediately.
