The medicine has expelled the Wind, but the Qi stagnation persists.

This medicine is generally applicable, does not damage the body, promotes digestion, disperses fullness, regulates the Middle Jiao, and descends rebellious Qi; it is particularly suitable for Hongjiaojiao.
Huang Ju Pi (Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae, 4 liang), Gan Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens/Secum, 3 liang)
Grind the above two herbs into fine powder. Simmer with half a jin (500g) of honey until it becomes a paste. Form into pills the size of *Wutong* seeds. Take 30 pills each time before meals with Ginger Decoction.

Take the aforementioned Mu Gua, peel it, slice it, soak in hot water, add a little Ginger Juice, and submerge in a well to cool thoroughly before consumption, similar to eating fresh Mu Gua. Take leaves of Ricinus communis (Bimazi Ye). Chop, crush, steam, and apply thinly to the affected area. Change 2-3 times daily until swelling subsides. In winter, if Bimazi leaves are unavailable, take Shuo Du (Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus stems/leaves - *contextual plant*), crush it, and mix with wine lees in a ratio of 3 parts Shuo Du to 1 part wine lees. Steam until cooked and hot, then apply as a compress to the swollen area as before. Change twice daily until swelling subsides. This method also treats stubborn Bi syndrome (Arthralgia).
