The dominance of the winning qi follows the Way of Heaven. The Yellow Emperor asked: "What kind of diseases do they cause?" Qibo replied: "When Jueyin (Liver and Pericardium) governs the heaven, if the guest qi is dominant, there will be tinnitus, tremors, and dizziness, and in severe cases, coughing; if the host qi is dominant, there will be pain in the chest and hypochondrium, and stiffness of the tongue making speech difficult."
