(Primary location is the Bladder. Originates from *Suwen: Bi Lun* [Treatise on Bi Syndrome in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic].)
Pressing the lower abdomen at the Bladder region causes internal pain, with a sensation as if scalded by hot water. Urination is difficult and astringent, extending upwards to manifest as clear nasal discharge. The direct pathway of the Foot-Taiyang (Bladder) meridian enters from the vertex, circulates through the brain, and its Qi descends to irrigate the nose, causing persistent clear nasal discharge.
Shenzhuo Tang (Kidney-Attaching Decoction) is indicated for: treating Bao Bi syndrome (Bladder Bi syndrome), characterized by difficulty in urination and clear nasal discharge.
Ingredients: Chifufu Ling (Red Poria, peeled) and Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (each 4 liang); Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried) (3 liang); Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (2 liang, processed).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into powder. Take 5 qian per dose, add 2 zhan of water, decoct until 1 zhan remains, strain, and take warm. Administer three times daily.
(Primary location is Bi syndrome. Originates from *Suwen: Bi Lun*.)
Despite drinking large amounts, urination is impossible; stool is unformed, undigested food residue passes through, leading to panting and diarrhea with undigested food (Sunxie).

Yang Qi is abundant while Yin Qi is deficient. Yang heat encounters Yin cold, resulting in Bi syndrome. Internal organ heat causes a feeling of stifling oppression and restlessness.

(Primary location is Xu Lao syndrome [Deficiency Consumption]. Originates from *Suwen: Wei Lun* [Treatise on Flaccidity Syndromes].)
Endless thoughts, unfulfilled desires, mental indulgence in external stimuli, and excessive sexual activity lead to Wei syndrome (Flaccidity syndrome) and Baiyin syndrome (White Turbidity). Excessive loss results in white essence flowing out with urine, termed Baiyin, thereby causing deficiency and weakness.
Shizhen Wan (Secretifying True Essence Pill) is indicated for: treating Baiyin syndrome, characterized by continuous urination, insecure essence retention, post-micturition dribbling, or nocturnal emission during dreams of sexual intercourse.
Ingredients: Longgu (Fossilized Bones, 1 liang, separately ground); Hezipi (Pericarpium Terminaliae Chebulae, 5 large fruits); Suosharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus, 0.5 liang, peeled); Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 liang, finely ground, used as coating for one portion).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into powder. Form pills using wheat paste, sized like mung beans. Take 1 pill per dose, administered with warm wine on an empty stomach; cold water may also be used. Do not overdose. If constipation occurs, administer with Scallion White Decoction or tea.
