人为百毒所中伤，其脉洪大者生，微细者死。又曰∶洪大而迟者生，微细而数者死。
大凡百毒所中，用甘草、绿豆水煎服之，能解百毒。
又方 不问一切诸毒，急宜多灌香油无虑。
解毒丹 治砒毒。若饮食中者易治，酒中得者难治。若在胸中作楚，可吐，急用胆矾三分研水
灌之即吐。若在腹中，宜下，后服此。
黄丹 水粉 青黛 焰硝 绿豆粉（各等分）
上为细末，以小蓝按水调下。腹痛倍黄丹、豆粉，井花水调下。
解砒毒神方 用江西豆豉一两、干蚯蚓一两为末，凉水调服，不拘多少，立效。又宜用黄连煮水，
取汁去渣熬成膏，用黑牛胆停对加蜜少许，调稠得所，入瓷瓶内。每用凉水化下，入口即活，虽不言，但
心口动者，还治得。又宜硫黄四钱、绿豆粉五钱，共为末，冷水调服，缓缓服之。冬月温水服。如肚痛，
再加一服。待不痛，用鸡毛探吐。吐后，用温温稀粥啜下。四五日不可食饭 。
误吞木屑，抢喉不下，死在须臾，用铁斧磨水灌下即效。
误吞铜钱、铜物，多食核桃、或荸荠，其铜自烂。
误吞针，蚕豆煮热，同韭菜吃下，针同菜从大便而出。
误吞水蛭，宜食蜜即化为水。又宜用田泥作丸，如樱桃大，每一丸，白水下，水蛭即抱泥同下。一方用
浓茶多服亦效。
误吞金银铜钱等物不能化者，以砂仁浓煎汤服之，其物自下。
白衣丸 治男、妇、小儿误吞麦芒、针刺、铜钱、杂鱼等骨哽在喉中及喉闭肿痛，死在须臾。
乌贼鱼骨 白茯苓 砂仁 山豆根 甘草 僵蚕（各五钱） 管仲（一两五钱） 硼砂 麝香 珍珠
象牙 脑子（各少许）
上为细末，飞罗白面打糊丸，如梧桐子大，用蚌粉为衣，阴干。每用二丸，冷水浸化，频频咽服。又
将一丸口噙化尤妙。
治误食粉毒 用伏龙肝水为末，百草霜为衣；淋秆灰水送下即解。
一男子，偶然低头往暗处藏身，不言亦不答，以饮食俱背人窃食，人见之则食不下。诸人以为中邪，
用三牲祭之，其物经宿，乃妻食之，病亦如是。诸医莫识。余思必中鼠
涎，盖鼠有大毒，用吴茱萸塞入猫口，以猫涎自出，将茱萸令夫妇服之，悉愈。
一药室家人，正锉药，忽仆地，不省人事，诸人以为中风痰厥，乃讯于余。余曰∶此非病也，必药气
熏蒸中于药毒，令与甘草煎汤灌之立醒。
一妇人，将烧酒贮在锡壶内，经旬取服，止饮一小钟，即醉闷不省，众莫识其症。余曰∶此中铅毒也。
令以陈土搅水澄清，入甘草煎汤灌之即醒。
人被各种毒物所伤，脉象洪大的可以生还，脉象微细的会死亡。又说：脉象洪大而迟缓的可以生还，脉象微细而数疾的会死亡。
另一个方子：不问一切诸毒，紧急时应当大量灌服香油，无需顾虑。
解毒丹：治疗砒霜中毒。如果是饮食中砒霜毒，容易治疗；如果是饮酒过程中摄入砒霜，则难治。如果感觉胸中疼痛难受，可以用催吐法，紧急时用胆矾三分研成粉末用水调服，立即就会呕吐。如果毒物在腹中，应当用泻下法，之后再服用此药。
以上药物研成细末，用小蓝菜按水调服。如果腹痛，加倍使用黄丹和豆粉，用井花水调服。
解砒毒神方：用江西豆豉一两、干蚯蚓一两研成粉末，用凉水调服，不拘数量，立刻见效。又适宜用黄连煮水，取汁去渣熬成膏状，用黑牛胆汁兑入并加少许蜂蜜，调至稠度适中，装入瓷瓶内。每次用凉水化开服用，入口即活，即使不说话，只要心口有动静的，还能救治。又适宜用硫黄四钱、绿豆粉五钱，共研为粉末，冷水调服，缓缓服用。冬季用温水服用。如果肚子痛，再加服一次。等到不痛了，用鸡毛探喉催吐。吐完后，用温热的稀粥喝下。四五天内不可吃饭。
误吞木屑，卡在喉咙咽不下去，很快就会死亡，用铁斧磨出的水灌下去就有效。

有一个男子，偶然低头往暗处藏身，不说话也不回答，以饮食都在别人背后偷偷吃，被人看见就吃不下去。众人认为是中了邪气，用三牲祭祀它，那食物过夜后，他的妻子吃了，病也是这样。众医生都不认识。我思考一定是中了鼠涎，因为老鼠有大毒，用吴茱萸塞入猫口，让猫涎流出，将吴茱萸给夫妇二人服用，全都痊愈。
一个药房的家人，正在切药，忽然倒地，不省人事，众人认为是中风痰厥，于是向我询问。我说：这不是病，一定是药气熏蒸导致中于药毒，让他与甘草煎汤灌下，立刻醒来。
一个妇人，将烧酒贮存在锡壶内，经过十天取出服用，只喝了一小杯，就醉闷不省人事，众人不认识这个症状。我说：这是中了铅毒。让她用陈土搅水澄清，加入甘草煎汤灌下，立刻醒来。
When a person is injured by various poisons, if the pulse is surging (Hong), survival is possible; if the pulse is faint and thin (Wei Xi), death ensues. It is also said: if the pulse is surging and slow, survival is possible; if the pulse is faint, thin, and rapid, death ensues.
Generally, when poisoned by various substances, decocting Licorice Root (Gancao) and Mung Bean (Ludou) in water for oral administration can detoxify hundred poisons.
Another prescription: For any kind of poison, urgently administer large amounts of sesame oil orally without hesitation.
Jiedu Dan (Detoxification Pill): Treats Arsenic poisoning. If ingested through food, it is easy to treat; if ingested during drinking alcohol, it is difficult to treat. If there is pain and distress in the chest, induce vomiting. Urgently grind 3 fen of Chalcanthite (Danfan) with water and administer orally to induce immediate vomiting. If the poison is in the abdomen, use purgation first, then administer this medicine.
Red Lead (Huangdan), White Lead Powder (Shuifen), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Saltpeter (Yanxiao), Mung Bean Powder (Ludou Fen) (equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with water from Isatis root (Xiao Lan An) and take orally. If abdominal pain occurs, double the dosage of Red Lead and Mung Bean Powder, mix with well water (Jinghua Shui) and take orally.
Divine Prescription for Resolving Arsenic Poisoning: Use 1 liang of Jiangxi Fermented Soybean (Jiangxi Douchi) and 1 liang of dried earthworm (Qian Qiuyin), grind into powder, mix with cool water and take orally, no fixed amount, effect is immediate. Alternatively, boil Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) in water, extract the juice, remove dregs, and simmer into an ointment. Mix with bile from a black ox, add a little honey, adjust to appropriate thickness, and store in a porcelain bottle. Each time, dissolve in cool water and take orally; life returns immediately upon entry. Even if the patient cannot speak, as long as there is movement at the heart region, it can still be treated. Alternatively, use 4 qian of Sulfur (Huangqi) and 5 qian of Mung Bean Powder, grind together into powder, mix with cold water and take orally slowly. In winter, take with warm water. If abdominal pain occurs, take another dose. Wait until pain subsides, then induce vomiting using chicken feathers. After vomiting, drink warm thin porridge. Do not eat rice for four or five days.
If wood splinters are accidentally swallowed and stuck in the throat unable to go down, death occurs shortly. Grind an iron axe with water and administer orally for effectiveness.
If copper coins or copper objects are accidentally swallowed, eating many walnuts or Chinese water chestnuts (Biqi) will cause the copper to rot naturally.
If needles are accidentally swallowed, boil broad beans (Candou) hot, eat them together with Chinese chives (Jiucai); the needle will exit with the feces along with the vegetables.
If leeches are accidentally swallowed, consuming honey is suitable as the leech will turn into water. Alternatively, make pills from field mud, size of a cherry. Swallow one pill with plain water; the leech will cling to the mud and pass out together. Another method: taking strong tea in large quantities is also effective.
If gold, silver, copper coins, etc., which cannot be digested, are accidentally swallowed, decoct Amomum Fruit (Sharen) strongly and take the soup; the objects will pass out naturally.
Baiyi Wan (White Garment Pill): Treats men, women, and children who have accidentally swallowed wheat awns, needles, copper coins, fish bones, etc., causing obstruction in the throat, or throat closure with swelling and pain, where death may occur suddenly.
Cuttlefish Bone (Wuzheiyu Gu), Poria (Baifuling), Amomum Fruit (Sharen), Kudzu Root (Shandougen), Licorice Root (Gancao), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan) (each 5 qian), Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn (Guanzhong) (1.5 liang), Borax (Pengsha), Musk (Shexiang), Pearl (Zhenzhu), Ivory (Xiangya), Borneol (Naozi) (small amounts each).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, use sifted white flour paste to make pills, size of Sophora seeds (Wutongzi), coat with clam powder (Bangfen), dry in shade. Take two pills each time, soak in cold water to dissolve, and swallow frequently. Alternatively, hold one pill in the mouth to dissolve, which is even better.
Treating accidental ingestion of lead powder poison: Use Dragon's Liver Earth (Fulonggan) water mixed into powder, coat with soot from burning stalks (Baicaoshuang); send down with water from leached stalk ash to resolve the toxicity.
A man, while accidentally lowering his head to hide in a dark place, did not speak nor answer. He ate food secretly behind others' backs; if seen by people, he could not eat. Others thought he was bewitched and sacrificed three animals to appease him. The food remained overnight, and his wife ate it, resulting in similar illness. Physicians could not identify the cause. I reasoned that he must have been poisoned by rat saliva, as rats possess great toxicity. I used Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu) stuffed into a cat's mouth to collect cat saliva, then gave the Evodia Fruit to the husband and wife to take, and both recovered completely.
A servant in a pharmacy, while chopping herbs, suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness. Others thought it was wind-stroke with phlegm syncope and consulted me. I said: This is not a disease, but likely poisoning by herb fumes. Decoct Licorice Root (Gancao) in water and administer orally; he woke up immediately.
A woman stored distilled liquor in a tin pot. After ten days, she took it out to drink. Having consumed only a small cup, she became drunk, confused, and lost consciousness. Others could not recognize the symptoms. I said: This is lead poisoning. Have her stir old soil in water to clarify, add Licorice Root (Gancao), decoct in water, and administer orally; she woke up immediately.
