Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe), Scolopendra (Shanwugong), Old Man's Beard (Laogongxu), Trichosanthis Radix (Tianhuafen), Terminalia Chebula Retz. (Wuyi), Mushroom Slice (Gupian), Lotus Seed Pod (Baihe Xin), Angelica Dahurica (Chuan Baizhi), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zhuya Zaojiao) (sliced, stir-fried), Paeoniae Rubra Radix (Chishao) (all equal parts), Huai Wu (one large one, roasted), Hong Neixiao (double the amount), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (add one part for every fifteen wen value).
Grind into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with Schizonepeta tea or clear tea water. For rapid purgation, mixing with wine is effective. If no effect is seen after taking it for days, it may be because cooling herbs caused blood stagnation.

Crush into coarse powder. Take two qian each time, decocted with Juncus effusus (Dengxincao) and fresh Rehmanniae Radix. If there is tidal fever, add Lophatheri Herba (Dan Zhuye) to decoct, take warm. For upper jiao disorders, take before meals; for lower jiao disorders, take on an empty stomach.
