文蛤散
治大肠寒，肛门脱出不收，用力过多，及小儿叫呼久，痢后，皆使脱肛。
五倍子
上为末，水煎汁浸洗，更入白矾、蛇床子尤佳。洗后用赤石脂为末，以少许掺在芭蕉上，

上用木贼一味，为末，掺肛上。
槐花散
治脱肛。

上等分，炒香黄为末，用羊血蘸药，炙热食之，以酒送下，或以猪膏去皮，蘸药炙服。
钓肠丸

上为末。每服三匙，水一大碗，煎热淋洗。
灸法∶病寒冷脱肛出，灸脐中，随年壮。脱肛历年不愈，灸横骨百壮。又灸脊穷骨上，

立效丸
百药煎研为末。每服三钱，煮稀白粥搅匀服之，立愈。糊丸，米饮下亦可。
黑丸子
专治久年痔漏下血，用之累验。
干姜 百草霜（各一两） 木馒头（二两） 乌梅 败棕 柏叶 乱发（各五分）

文蛤散
治疗大肠寒证，肛门脱出无法收回，因用力过度，以及小儿长时间啼哭、痢疾之后，均会导致脱肛。
五倍子
将上述药材研成细末，用水煎煮取汁浸泡清洗患处，若再加入白矾、蛇床子效果更佳。清洗后使用赤石脂研成的细末，取少量涂抹在芭蕉叶上，频繁地敷于患处。
槐花散
治疗脱肛。
槐花、槐角
将上述药材等分，炒至香黄后研成细末，用羊血蘸取药物，烤热后食用，并用酒送服；或者用猪脂去皮，蘸取药物烤熟后服用。

治疗肛门或因洞泄（严重腹泻），或因用力过度，导致脱出无法收回。
[缺失名称]皮（一个，烧至存性）、磁石（碎）、桂心（各半两）
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用二钱，用米汤在空腹时调服。治疗女性阴挺（子宫脱垂），加鳖头一枚，烧成灰后研入药中。
香荆散
治疗肛门脱出，成人和儿童均可治疗。
香附子（一两半，炒去毛）、荆芥穗（二两）
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用三匙，用一大碗水，煎热后淋洗患处。
灸法：病因为寒冷导致的脱肛，灸脐中穴，壮数随患者年龄而定。脱肛多年不愈，灸横骨穴一百壮。又灸脊穷骨上方，七壮。
钓肠丸
治疗新旧各种痔疮，肛周肿痛，或生疮瘙痒，时常有脓血。
栝蒌（二个，烧至存性）、[缺失名称]皮（两个，锉碎，在罐内烧至存性）、白矾（）、绿矾（枯）、胡桃仁（十个，锉碎，炒）、枳[实/壳]
将上述药材研成细末，用醋和面糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，空腹及睡前，用温酒送服。病程久远不愈者，服药十日可见效。
橘皮汤
治疗气痔。
橘皮、枳壳（炒）、川芎、槐花（炒，各半两）、槟榔、木香、桃仁（浸去皮，炒）、紫苏茎叶
将上述药材锉散。每次服用三钱，用水一盏半，生姜三片，红枣二枚，煎服。
立效丸
百药煎研为细末。每次服用三钱，煮稀白粥搅匀后服用，可立即痊愈。也可制成糊丸，用米汤送服。
黑丸子
专门治疗多年的痔漏下血，使用此方屡验有效。
干姜、百草霜（各一两）、木馒头（二两）、乌梅、败棕、柏叶、乱发（各五分）
将上述药材分别烧成灰并保留药性，再加入桂心三钱，白芷五钱，共同研成细末，用醋糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。空腹时服用三十丸，用米[汤送服]。
Wenge San (Clam Shell Powder)
Treats cold of the Large Intestine, prolapse of the anus that cannot be retracted, caused by excessive straining, prolonged crying in infants, or following dysentery, all of which lead to rectal prolapse.
Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, 五倍子)
Grind the above into powder. Decoct with water, take the juice to soak and wash the affected area. Adding Alum (Bai Fan, 白矾) and Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子) is even better. After washing, use Red Kaolin (Chishizhi, 赤石脂) ground into powder, apply a small amount onto a plantain leaf, and frequently apply it to the anus.
Yang Mutzei San (Upright Equisetum Powder)
Take only Equisetum ramosissimum (Mutzei, 木贼) from the above, grind into powder, and sprinkle on the anus.
Huaihua San (Sophora Flower Powder)
Treats rectal prolapse.
Sophora Flower (Huaihua, 槐花), Sophora Fruit (Huaijiao, 槐角)
Take equal parts of the above, stir-fry until fragrant and yellow, then grind into powder. Dip the medicine in sheep blood, roast until hot, and eat. Take down with wine. Alternatively, use pork lard with skin removed, dip the medicine in it, roast, and take.
Diaochang Wan (Intestine-Hooking Pill)
Treats as above. (Formula see under "Various Hemorrhoids" category.)
[Missing Name] Pi San ([Missing Name] Skin Powder)
Treats anus prolapse due to severe diarrhea (Dongxie, 洞泄) or excessive straining, resulting in prolapse that cannot be retracted.
[Missing Name] Skin (one piece, calcined to retain efficacy), Magnetite (Cishi, 磁石, crushed), Cinnamon Heart (Guixin, 桂心) (each half tael).
Grind the above into powder. Take two qian each time, mix with rice drink, and take on an empty stomach. To treat uterine prolapse in women, add one turtle head, calcined to ash and ground into the medicine.
Xiangjing San (Cyperus and Schizonepeta Powder)
Treats anal prolapse; applicable to both adults and children.
Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfuzi, 香附子, 1.5 taels, stir-fried and de-haired), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjisui, 荆芥穗, 2 taels).
Grind the above into powder. Take three spoons each time, decoct with one large bowl of water until hot, and wash the affected area.
Moxibustion Method: For prolapse caused by cold, moxa the Zhongwan (Shenque, CV8) point, with the number of moxa cones corresponding to the patient's age. For chronic prolapse not healing for years, moxa the Henggu (KI11) point, 100 cones. Also moxa above the coccyx, 7 cones.
Diaochang Wan (Intestine-Hooking Pill)
Treats various old and new hemorrhoids, swelling and pain around the anus, or sores with itching, often with pus and blood.
Trichosanthes Fruit (Gualou, 栝蒌, two pieces, calcined to retain efficacy), [Missing Name] Skin (two pieces, chopped, calcined in a jar to retain efficacy), Alum (Baifan, 白矾), Green Vitriol (Lvfan, 绿矾, calcined), Walnut Kernel (Hetaoren, 核桃仁, ten pieces, chopped and stir-fried), Zanthoxylum Fruit/Zedoary Rhizome? (Zhi, 枳 - likely Zhi Shi or Zhi Ke).
Grind the above into powder, make pills with vinegar and flour paste, size of sophora seeds. Take twenty pills each time, on an empty stomach and before bed, with warm wine. For long-standing cases not healing, take for ten days to see effects.
Heiyu Dan (Black Jade Pellet)
Treats as above. (Formula see under "Blood Loss" category.)
Jupi Tang (Citrus Peel Decoction)
Treats Qi-type hemorrhoids.
Citrus Peel (Jupi, 橘皮), Aurantium Fruit (Zhike, 枳壳, stir-fried), Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Sophora Flower (Huaihua, 槐花, stir-fried, each half tael), Areca Seed (Binglang, 槟榔), Costus Root (Muxiang, 木香), Peach Kernel (Taoren, 桃仁, soaked, peeled, stir-fried), Perilla Stem and Leaf (Zisujingye, 紫苏茎叶).
Chop the above into fragments. Take three qian each time, decoct with one and a half cups of water, three slices of ginger, and two red dates.
Lixiao Wan (Immediate Effect Pill)
Grind Fermented Medicinal Brick (Baiyaojian, 百药煎) into powder. Take three qian each time, mix well with thin white porridge and take; immediate cure. Can also be made into pills with paste and taken with rice drink.
Hei Wan (Black Pill)
Specifically treats chronic hemorrhoidal fistula with bleeding; this formula has proven effective repeatedly.
Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 干姜), Charred Grass (Baicaoshuang, 百草霜) (each one tael), Wood Mushroom (Mutouman, 木馒头, two taels), Smoked Plum (Wumei, 乌梅), Rotten Palm Fiber (Baizong, 败棕), Biota Leaf (Boye, 柏叶), Tangled Hair (Luankun, 乱发) (each five fen).
Calcine each into ash retaining efficacy, then add Cinnamon Heart (Guixin, 桂心) three qian, Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi, 白芷) five qian, grind together into powder, make pills with vinegar paste, size of sophora seeds. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach, with rice [drink].
