胡粉（一分） 砒霜（半分） 大草乌（一个生用） 硫黄（一分别研） 蝎梢（七枚）

上为末，先以羊蹄根蘸醋擦动，次用药少许擦患处。
乌头丸
治宿患风癣，遍身黑色，肌体麻木，痹痛不常，草乌头一斤。刮洗去皮，令极净，
摊干。用清油四两、盐四两，同药入铫内，炒令深黄色，慎出剩油。只留盐并药，再炒令黑
色，烟出为度。取一枚劈破，心内如米一点白者恰好，白多再炒。趁热罗为末，醋糊丸如梧
桐子大。每服三十丸，空心，温酒下。然草乌性差热，难制，五七日间以乌豆煮粥解毒。
遍身牛皮癣方
川乌 草乌（去皮尖） 何首乌 白芷 苏木（各等分）
上截小片，腊月猪脂油煮焦，候冷，入盐少许，瓷器收。时常挑一匙，空心酒调下。
又方
雌黄末入轻粉，猪脂调抹。

斑蝥（灯上烧，米醋内淬，再烧再淬，凡三两次，就烧为灰存性）
上用红枣一枚汤泡，剥去皮核，与药同研烂。先以手抓破癣，然后搽药。不可犯好肉，

以上药物研成细末。先用羊蹄根蘸醋擦拭患处使其发红，再取少量药末涂抹在患处。
乌头丸
治疗长期患有的风癣，全身皮肤变黑，肌肉身体麻木，痹痛时发时止。草乌头一斤。刮洗干净并去皮，使其极其洁净，摊开晾干。用清油四两、盐四两，与药物一同放入锅中，炒至深黄色，注意倒出多余的油。只留下盐和药物，继续炒至黑色，以冒出烟为度。取一枚药物劈开，如果中心像米粒一样有一点白色即为合适，白色过多则需继续炒制。趁热筛成细末，用醋糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，空腹，用温酒送服。然而草乌性偏热且难以炮制，在五到七天内用黑豆煮粥以解其毒。
遍身牛皮癣方

以上药材切成小片，在腊月用猪脂油煎煮至焦黑，待冷却后，加入少许盐，装入瓷器中保存。时常取一匙，空腹用酒调服。
又一方
斑蝥（在灯上烧，在米醋中淬炼，再烧再淬，共三两次，烧成灰但保留药性）
以上述方法处理后的斑蝥灰，配上一枚红枣，用水浸泡，剥去皮核，与药灰一同研烂。先用手抓破癣疾部位，然后涂抹药物。不可接触到健康皮肤，恐怕引起损伤。
昨叶荷草散
治疗各种癣病，无论是风湿还是气血不和所致，以及相互传染而生的癣病均可治疗。

Hu Fen San (Lead Carbonate Powder)
Treats all types of tinea (fungal skin infections), with miraculous efficacy.
Hu Fen (Lead Carbonate, 1 fen) Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide, 0.5 fen) Da Cao Wu (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root, raw, 1 piece) Liu Huang (Sulfur, 1 fen, ground separately) Xie Shao (Scorpion Tail, 7 pieces) Xiong Huang (Realgar, 1 fen).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. First, dip the root of Rumex japonicus in vinegar and rub it on the affected area until redness appears. Then, apply a small amount of the medicine to the lesion.
Wu Tou Wan (Aconite Pill)
Treats chronic wind-tinea, characterized by blackening of the whole body, numbness of muscles and limbs, and intermittent bi-syndrome pain. Cao Wu Tou (Aconitum Carmichaelii Dehiscent Root, 1 jin). Scrape clean, remove the skin, ensure extreme cleanliness, and spread out to dry. Use 4 liang of refined oil and 4 liang of salt, put them together with the drug in a wok, stir-fry until deep yellow, carefully pour out excess oil. Keep only the salt and the drug, continue stir-frying until black, stopping when smoke appears. Take one piece, break it open; if there is a tiny white spot in the center like a grain of rice, it is just right. If there is too much white, stir-fry more. While hot, sieve into powder, use vinegar paste to make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 30 pills each time, on an empty stomach, with warm wine. However, Cao Wu has a hot nature and is difficult to process; for five to seven days, cook porridge with black soybeans to detoxify.
Formula for Generalized Psoriasis (Bi Shen Niu Pi Xuan Fang)
Chuan Wu (Aconitum Carmichaelii Dehiscent Root) Cao Wu (Aconitum Carmichaelii Dehiscent Root, remove skin and tip) He Shou Wu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix) Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Su Mu (Sappan Wood) (equal parts).
Cut the above herbs into small pieces, boil in lard from the twelfth lunar month until charred, wait for cooling, add a little salt, store in porcelain ware. Frequently take one spoonful, mix with wine and take on an empty stomach.
Another Formula
Grind Ci Huang (Orpiment) into fine powder, add Qing Fen (Calomel), mix with lard and apply.

Ban Mao (Mylabris, burn over a lamp, quench in rice vinegar, repeat burning and quenching two or three times, burn to ash but preserve its nature). Take one red date, soak in water, peel and remove pits, grind together with the medicine until pasty. First scratch the tinea with hands to break the skin, then apply the medicine. Do not touch healthy skin, lest it cause damage.
Zuo Ye He Cao San (Zuo Ye He Grass Powder)
Treats all types of tinea, regardless of whether caused by wind-dampness, qi-blood imbalance, or contagious transmission.
Zuo Ye He Cao (Herba Siegesbeckiae, 1 liang, dried on tiles) Ku Fan (Alumen, 1 qian) Xiong Huang (Realgar, 0.5 qian).
