子宫的排除出口极易，子宫癌、子宫颈癌、乳癌的治疗，不管肿瘤有多大，不要做化学治疗、放射治疗、手术治疗，只要加强心脏的功能，即可使肿瘤癌细胞消失，治疗痊愈与否的问题，在于正确的诊断，如前面十项造成子宫癌、乳癌、子宫颈癌、红斑性狼疮之分析，了解子宫与乳房的关系，了解子宫与内脏的关系，依病辨证论治，则子宫癌、乳癌、子宫颈癌、红斑性狼疮的治疗，与感冒的医疗相同，其痊愈问题迎刃可解也。
今日妇女为避孕、剖腹产及子宫切除的泛滥而做各种手术，造成身体健康的严重伤害，乃因子宫切除的手术不会令妇女死在手术台上，即谓之子宫癌的治疗成功，五十年后将再也见不到百岁婆了，妇女何辜？陷妇女的健康于十八层地狱的科学乃妇女的劫数也。
乳癌的发生，以欧美较盛，因他们不知道用麻油鸡酒与生化汤在生产婴儿之重要性，东方人拜中医之赐，多少减少了妇女的乳癌病患，但近年大力推销预防的结果，病患亦有逐渐上升的趋势，皆拜△△洋谋财害命防癌基金会的猖獗所赐。
(一）鼻咽癌与淋巴腺癌的病因 (二)鼻咽癌、淋巴腺癌的治疗感冒时的鼻涕、痰、鼻咽癌、淋巴腺癌、肺癌、尿毒症……事实上都只是同一种疾病，皆因消炎降火气伤心、肾、内脏，致感冒的风暑寒湿燥火之气，被引入不同经络，而产生不同症状的经络病变而已。
感冒：鼻涕、痰是水气、痰湿凝结于鼻腔、喉咙，水气凝结在太阳、阳明经络。详见为什么会感冒治不好？篇鼻咽癌、淋巴腺癌：水气鼻涕、痰湿凝结于少阳经，为耳下、淋巴、鼻咽之痰湿、瘀血结核。
肺癌：水气、痰湿、瘀血凝积于少阴经心、肾、太阴经络而成肺积水，横膈积水。详见肺癌篇尿毒症：水气、痰湿凝积于心下即胃口少阴经心、肾、太阴经脾、肺而成水肿。
鼻子、皮肤是我们身体呼吸空气进出的道路，空气蕴含风暑寒湿燥火之气，冬天我们可以看到热热的水蒸气从鼻子呼吸进出，五脏调理五气不适，致水蒸气凝结在鼻子是为鼻涕，凝结在喉咙是为痰。
喉咙痛、鼻涕痰并非鼻子的发炎，须分清风暑寒湿燥火以调治，则能获得健康痊愈。详见为什么会感冒治不好？篇今日一般的医疗不分风暑寒湿燥火，一概以鼻子的发炎、喉咙的发炎－急性的发炎、慢性的发炎而作消炎的治疗，其结果呢？
心属火，肺属金金如锅子，心火衰弱，无力将肺金锅子内之水气蒸发成水蒸气从鼻子排出，致鼻子的鼻涕、喉咙的痰，被消炎而从太阳经络转移到少阳经胆而凝结。
我们用力擤鼻涕时，可以感觉到鼻子可以通到耳朵，在鼻子、喉咙被消炎到此路不通时，鼻涕、痰就会移往耳下集结，故耳下、颈部的结核乃鼻涕，痰从太阳的经络移往少阳经络，鼻子因消炎过度致血管破裂而流血－心虚不能摄血，鼻子流血又被止血，致瘀血与痰湿、风寒在鼻咽中蓄结，无法排出而在鼻咽中腐败，致发出恶臭。
今日之鼻咽癌、淋巴腺癌，乃因心火衰弱，致湿痰包括风暑寒湿燥火、死血入少阳经而已，即心脏衰弱，心火无力将肺金中之水份加热成水蒸汽排出，或凝成痰或鼻涕，而随经络蓄结于耳下之水分即是鼻咽癌、淋巴腺癌。
了解鼻咽癌、淋巴腺癌即感冒之风暑寒湿燥火之气，被饮食或治疗用消炎药将风寒鼻涕或痰引入少阳经络耳下。
治疗鼻咽癌、淋巴腺癌主要在诊断，要认清其结核、硬块是风暑寒湿燥火之气为属何者？就像感冒是伤风、伤寒，还是伤暑湿热与瘀血结核之判断。
结核、硬块肿瘤若仍发烧、恶寒则仍属表证，与感冒同治，袪风、散寒即可痊愈。
若消炎过头，发烧、恶寒已过，硬块、结核不散，即须以温散或补散攻兼施，则未有不能痊愈者。

内经云：舌乃心之苖，此以窍言也。部份言之，五脏皆有所属。以症言之，五脏皆有所主。如：
2。阴血虚热－眼如烟触，体倦少食，或午后热甚。
3。中气不足－口舌生疮，脉洪疾速，而见虚脉。
8。脾经湿热－舌本作强，腮颊肿痛。
９上焦胸横膈以上有热－痰甚作渴，口舌肿痛。
病因多端，当临时制宜详见万病回春－口舌篇。
心为声音之主，肺为声音之门，肾为声音之根，风寒暑湿燥火之气，气血痰热，邪气有干于心、肺，病在上脘，随证治疗，邪气散则天籁鸣矣！
惟肾虚，不能纳诸气以归元，故气奔而上升，肾虚不语，即丹田无力致声音痧哑，当补肾则声音恢复而喉癌痊愈。
今日耳鼻喉科治口腔疾病皆以消炎为主，炎即火，火为心，消炎消不下去，致束手无策而动手术。
口腔糜烂、溃疡、轻易出血、疼痛、硬块或肥厚、白色斑点、咽喉炎、出血、咀嚼及下咽困难，奇证百出，皆因不能以前述证状而辨证论治所造成之后果，却对病患作切骗片检查，见显微镜观察为恶性，或藏有癌的异常细胞来欺骗病患，再作谋财害命的手术、化疗或放射线疗法，以置病患于万劫不复的境地，甚至有在切除肿瘤后，将颈部的淋巴结及口腔内的淋巴腺等做彻底清除干净的手术。
若能依前述十一项的诊断，对症下药则根本就没有口腔癌、喉癌、食道癌之疾病，更没有癌细胞的发生。
喉癌属肺之气寒或热，食道癌多为食饮寒冷、酒积，是为风寒痰饮蔽塞咽喉，致食不能入，久则为风寒与瘀血的凝聚而吞咽困难，辨证而治，痊愈不难，电疗、化疗、手术……误人性命多矣！
六、脑肿疡、脑癌与脑病的治疗三例
多少少女在十三、四岁月经开始来潮时会头晕、头痛、呕吐，被断层扫瞄检查为脑肿瘤，而被动脑肿瘤手术的呢？事实上，都是月经正要来时，被抗生素消炎伤心肾，治疗只要补心、肾，调月经，待月经正常，头痛、脑癌、脑肿瘤即消失而痊愈。
范姓女生，从十四岁始头痛至十七岁，求医治疗不曾间断，最后二个月，头痛发作时之证状为头痛、呕吐、眼睛看不见，甚至昏迷不醒人事，住某教学医院，断层扫瞄检查为脑肿瘤，欲动手术治疗，但家属打听到脑肿瘤手术的许多病患，无论老少，很少活过两年的纪录而拒绝手术，经人介绍至笔者诊所内经云：肾主骨、骨主髓，脑为髓海。李杲曰：太阴头痛者，必有痰也，少阴头痛者，足寒而气逆也，盖此二经虽不至头，然痰与气逆壅塞于膈中，此头上气不得畅降而为痛也。经曰：太阴头痛如戴帽，少阴头痛如摇船笔者把脉诊断，范女为肾亏，下元虚损，因感冒被消炎而伤少阴心、肾，肾气虚不能通于心，心气不能降于肾，水火不能即济，即下虚上盛，下半身不能与上半身平衡造成头晕、头痛，过去的检查、诊断、治疗始终以头晕、头痛的治疗为标的，且以止痛为病患解除暂时的疼痛为手段。
笔者初以补太阴用归脾汤加柴胡、半夏、砂仁、本服后饮食能进，呕吐消失，头痛减轻。再以十四味建中汤加远志、枣仁、本、杜仲而头痛全消。最后以归脾汤配肾气丸，治疗月余痊愈，痊愈后并嘱咐其以后感冒时，不可再用抗生素消炎，以免伤心肾，致病再发，至今五年余，不再有头痛发作之疾病，且一切健康正常。
姚女士，五十二岁，头痛近十年，经检查为恶性脑瘤，已扩散、蔓延，已无法动手术，只有打吗啡止痛教学医院处方，证状为头痛、呕吐、眼睛看不见，经笔者诊断为过去打胎消炎伤心脏，身体虚又长期感冒致心肾皆虚，致恶露瘀血入心，因停经心脏无力将恶露排尽，致瘀血随循环入脑，造成头痛脑瘤，经曰：太阴头痛如戴帽，少阴头痛如摇船。初诊因入口即吐，不能进食，以小青龙汤加参苓白朮散服食后呕吐止住，稍能食一星期的药量。
次诊以归脾汤加生化汤、半夏、柴胡、呕吐止而能食且头痛略减至能忍受一星期的药量，停用吗啡。
诊以归脾汤加川七、杜仲、桃仁、红花、元胡、天麻，病患已会开口说话与笑一星期的药量，自称有两天出鼻血，拉出两条长长的血块，见了很害怕，笔者告诉她，那就是癌细胞，不排掉要留在身体干什么？
四诊用十四味建中汤加枣仁、远志、桃仁、红花、元胡、天麻、本、杜仲与三诊药间隔服用二星期药量，病患行动自如，可以自己饮食与上厕所，眼睛视觉亦恢复。
后以补养之剂调理，前后三个半月而痊愈。
黎先生，四十六岁，车祸左头部受伤，送△教学医院时，仍会讲话，只是看人一个变两个，医生称须在廿四小时之内动脑手术，并对家属称手术成功率为百分之五十，家属因手术成功率不到一半而拒绝手术，因不接受手术而在三天后被赶出该医院，换往一亲戚开设之小医院。
两星期后呈半昏迷状态，经朋友介绍找笔者诊断，Ｘ光照片，脑壳只有微裂，不甚严重，左半边脸肿全部青黑撞击所伤。
笔者把脉见心、肾脉虚浮而大，肝脉实弦大。虽脑中有瘀血，实际问题却是因打点滴与消炎药造成心肾虚，致心脏无力将脑中瘀血排出，故以归脾汤加川七、桃仁、红花、元胡、本、蔓荆子、生地为处方，强心化瘀血，三天后已能讲话，声音虽小，但已可以用语言沟通。
二诊时仍用前方三服加龙胆草，已能起床。
子宫的排泄出口非常通畅。对于子宫癌、子宫颈癌和乳腺癌的治疗，无论肿瘤体积多大，都不应进行化学治疗、放射治疗或手术治疗；只要增强心脏的功能，即可使肿瘤癌细胞消失，实现治愈。治疗能否痊愈的关键在于正确的诊断。如前文对造成子宫癌、乳腺癌、子宫颈癌及红斑性狼疮的十项因素分析所示，若能了解子宫与乳房的关系，以及子宫与内脏的关系，并依据病症进行辨证论治，那么子宫癌、乳腺癌、子宫颈癌及红斑性狼疮的治疗方法与感冒的治疗相同，其痊愈问题便可迎刃而解。

11. 肝经火动血伤因恚怒过度：寒热口苦而舌肿痛。

心为声音之主，肺为声音之门，肾为声音之根。风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火之气，气血痰热，邪气干扰心、肺，病在上脘，随证治疗，邪气散则天籁鸣矣！
惟肾虚，不能纳诸气以归元，故气奔而上升，肾虚不语，即丹田无力致声音嘶哑，当补肾则声音恢复而喉癌痊愈。
今日耳鼻喉科治疗口腔疾病皆以消炎为主，炎即火，火为心，消炎消不下去，致束手无策而动手术。
口腔糜烂、溃疡、轻易出血、疼痛、硬块或肥厚、白色斑点、咽喉炎、出血、咀嚼及下咽困难，奇证百出，皆因不能以前述证状而辨证论治所造成的后果。却对病患作切片检查，见显微镜观察为恶性，或藏有癌的异常细胞来欺骗病患，再作谋财害命的手术、化疗或放射线疗法，以置病患于万劫不复的境地，甚至有在切除肿瘤后，将颈部的淋巴结及口腔内的淋巴腺等做彻底清除干净的手术。
若能依前述十一项的诊断，对症下药则根本就没有口腔癌、喉癌、食道癌之疾病，更没有癌细胞的发生。
喉癌属肺之气寒或热，食道癌多为食饮寒冷、酒积，是为风寒痰饮蔽塞咽喉，致食不能入，久则为风寒与瘀血的凝聚而吞咽困难，辨证而治，痊愈不难，电疗、化疗、手术……误人性命多矣！
六、脑肿疡、脑癌与脑病的治疗三例
多少少女在十三、四岁月经开始来潮时会头晕、头痛、呕吐，被断层扫瞄检查为脑肿瘤，而被动脑肿瘤手术的呢？事实上，都是月经正要来时，被抗生素消炎伤心肾，治疗只要补心、肾，调月经，待月经正常，头痛、脑癌、脑肿瘤即消失而痊愈。
范姓女生，从十四岁始头痛至十七岁，求医治疗不曾间断，最后二个月，头痛发作时之证状为头痛、呕吐、眼睛看不见，甚至昏迷不醒人事，住某教学医院，断层扫瞄检查为脑肿瘤，欲动手术治疗，但家属打听到脑肿瘤手术的许多病患，无论老少，很少活过两年的纪录而拒绝手术，经人介绍至笔者诊所。
《内经》云：“肾主骨、骨主髓，脑为髓海。”李杲曰：“太阴头痛者，必有痰也，少阴头痛者，足寒而气逆也，盖此二经虽不至头，然痰与气逆壅塞于膈中，此头上气不得畅降而为痛也。”经曰：“太阴头痛如戴帽，少阴头痛如摇船。”笔者把脉诊断，范女为肾亏，下元虚损，因感冒被消炎而伤少阴心、肾，肾气虚不能通于心，心气不能降于肾，水火不能既济，即下虚上盛，下半身不能与上半身平衡造成头晕、头痛。过去的检查、诊断、治疗始终以头晕、头痛的治疗为标的，且以止痛为病患解除暂时的疼痛为手段。
笔者初以补太阴用归脾汤加柴胡、半夏、砂仁、藁本，服后饮食能进，呕吐消失，头痛减轻。再以十四味建中汤加远志、枣仁、藁本、杜仲而头痛全消。最后以归脾汤配肾气丸，治疗月余痊愈。痊愈后并嘱咐其以后感冒时，不可再用抗生素消炎，以免伤心肾，致病再发，至今五年余，不再有头痛发作之疾病，且一切健康正常。
姚女士，五十二岁，头痛近十年，经检查为恶性脑瘤，已扩散、蔓延，已无法动手术，只有打吗啡止痛。教学医院处方，证状为头痛、呕吐、眼睛看不见。经笔者诊断为过去打胎消炎伤心脏，身体虚又长期感冒致心肾皆虚，致恶露瘀血入心，因停经心脏无力将恶露排尽，致瘀血随循环入脑，造成头痛脑瘤。经曰：“太阴头痛如戴帽，少阴头痛如摇船。”初诊因入口即吐，不能进食，以小青龙汤加参苓白术散服食后呕吐止住，稍能食一星期的药量。
次诊以归脾汤加生化汤、半夏、柴胡，呕吐止而能食且头痛略减至能忍受，一星期药量，停用吗啡。
三诊以归脾汤加川七、杜仲、桃仁、红花、元胡、天麻，病患已会开口说话与笑，一星期药量，自称有两天出鼻血，拉出两条长长的血块，见了很害怕，笔者告诉她，那就是癌细胞，不排掉要留在身体干什么？
四诊用十四味建中汤加枣仁、远志、桃仁、红花、元胡、天麻、藁本、杜仲与三诊药间隔服用二星期药量，病患行动自如，可以自己饮食与上厕所，眼睛视觉亦恢复。
后以补养之剂调理，前后三个半月而痊愈。
黎先生，四十六岁，车祸左头部受伤，送△教学医院时，仍会讲话，只是看人一个变两个，医生称须在廿四小时之内动脑手术，并对家属称手术成功率为百分之五十，家属因手术成功率不到一半而拒绝手术，因不接受手术而在三天后被赶出该医院，换往一亲戚开设之小医院。
两星期后呈半昏迷状态，经朋友介绍找笔者诊断，Ｘ光照片，脑壳只有微裂，不甚严重，左半边脸肿全部青黑撞击所伤。
笔者把脉见心、肾脉虚浮而大，肝脉实弦大。虽脑中有瘀血，实际问题却是因打点滴与消炎药造成心肾虚，致心脏无力将脑中瘀血排出，故以归脾汤加川七、桃仁、红花、元胡、藁本、蔓荆子、生地为处方，强心化瘀血，三天后已能讲话，声音虽小，但已可以用语言沟通。
二诊时仍用前方三服加龙胆草，已能起床。
The exit of the uterus is very easy to clear. For the treatment of uterine cancer, cervical cancer, and breast cancer, regardless of how large the tumor is, one should not undergo chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgical treatment; as long as the function of the heart is strengthened, tumor cancer cells can be eliminated, leading to a cure. Whether the treatment results in a cure depends on correct diagnosis. As analyzed in the previous ten items regarding the causes of uterine cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and lupus erythematosus, if one understands the relationship between the uterus and the breasts, as well as the relationship between the uterus and the internal organs, and treats according to syndrome differentiation (Bian Zheng Lun Zhi), then the treatment for uterine cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and lupus erythematosus is the same as that for a common cold, and the problem of recovery can be readily solved.
Today, women undergo various surgeries due to the prevalence of contraception, cesarean sections, and hysterectomies, causing severe damage to their physical health. Because a hysterectomy does not cause women to die on the operating table, it is considered a successful treatment for uterine cancer. At this rate, there will be no centenarians left in fifty years. What fault have women committed? The science that traps women's health in "hell" is a calamity for women.
Breast cancer is more prevalent in Europe and America because they do not understand the importance of consuming sesame oil chicken wine and Shenghua Decoction after giving birth. Benefiting from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Easterners have somewhat reduced the number of female breast cancer patients. However, with recent vigorous promotion of prevention, the number of patients is also gradually rising, all thanks to the rampant activities of so-called "anti-cancer foundations" that seek profit at the expense of lives.
IV. Nasopharyngeal Cancer and Lymph Node Cancer
(1) Etiology of Nasopharyngeal Cancer and Lymph Node Cancer

Runny nose and phlegm during a common cold, as well as nasopharyngeal cancer, lymph node cancer, lung cancer, uremia... are in fact all the same disease. They arise because anti-inflammatory drugs reduce "fire," damaging the Heart, Kidney, and internal organs, causing the pathogenic factors of Wind, Summer-heat, Cold, Dampness, Dryness, and Fire from a common cold to be introduced into different meridians, resulting in meridian lesions with different symptoms.
(1) Etiology of Nasopharyngeal Cancer and Lymph Node Cancer
Common Cold: Runny nose and phlegm are caused by Water Qi and Phlegm-Dampness condensing in the nasal cavity and throat; Water Qi condenses in the Taiyang (Greater Yang) and Yangming (Bright Yang) meridians. See the article "Why Can't Colds Be Cured?"
Nasopharyngeal Cancer, Lymph Node Cancer: Water Qi, runny nose, and Phlegm-Dampness condense in the Shaoyang (Lesser Yang) meridian, manifesting as Phlegm-Dampness and Blood Stasis nodules in the area below the ear, lymph nodes, and nasopharynx.
Lung Cancer: Water Qi, Phlegm-Dampness, and Blood Stasis accumulate in the Shaoyin (Lesser Yin) meridians of the Heart and Kidney, and the Taiyin (Greater Yin) meridians, forming pleural effusion and diaphragmatic effusion. See the article "Lung Cancer."
Uremia: Water Qi and Phlegm-Dampness accumulate below the heart, i.e., at the stomach opening, involving the Shaoyin meridians of the Heart and Kidney, and the Taiyin meridians of the Spleen and Lung, forming edema.
The nose and skin are the pathways through which our body breathes air in and out. Air contains the pathogenic factors of Wind, Summer-heat, Cold, Dampness, Dryness, and Fire. In winter, we can see hot water vapor entering and exiting through the nose. If the five Zang organs fail to regulate properly and cannot adapt to these five Qi, water vapor condenses in the nose as a runny nose, and in the throat as phlegm.
Sore throat, runny nose, and phlegm are not inflammations of the nose. One must distinguish between Wind, Summer-heat, Cold, Dampness, Dryness, and Fire to treat them correctly to achieve health and recovery. See the article "Why Can't Colds Be Cured?" Modern general medicine ignores the distinctions of Wind, Summer-heat, Cold, Dampness, Dryness, and Fire, treating all nasal and throat inflammations—whether acute or chronic—as inflammation and applying anti-inflammatory treatments. What is the result?
The Heart belongs to Fire, and the Lung belongs to Metal. Metal is like a pot. If Heart Fire is weak, it lacks the power to evaporate the Water Qi inside the Lung Metal pot into water vapor to be expelled from the nose. Consequently, the runny nose and phlegm, after being treated with anti-inflammatories, shift from the Taiyang meridian to the Shaoyang Gallbladder meridian and condense.
When we blow our noses forcefully, we can feel that the nose connects to the ears. When anti-inflammatory treatments block this passage in the nose and throat, the runny nose and phlegm move to gather below the ears. Therefore, nodules below the ears and in the neck are actually runny nose and phlegm shifting from the Taiyang meridian to the Shaoyang meridian. Excessive anti-inflammatory treatment causes blood vessels in the nose to rupture and bleed—this is due to Heart deficiency failing to control blood. When nosebleeds are stopped, Blood Stasis combines with Phlegm-Dampness and Wind-Cold, accumulating in the nasopharynx. Unable to be expelled, it rots in the nasopharynx, emitting a foul odor.
Today's nasopharyngeal cancer and lymph node cancer are caused by weak Heart Fire, allowing Wet Phlegm (including Wind, Summer-heat, Cold, Dampness, Dryness, and Fire) and dead blood to enter the Shaoyang meridian. That is, Heart failure means Heart Fire lacks the power to heat the moisture in Lung Metal into water vapor for expulsion, or it condenses into phlegm or runny nose, accumulating as moisture below the ears along the meridians, which constitutes nasopharyngeal cancer and lymph node cancer.
(2) Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Cancer and Lymph Node Cancer
Understanding that nasopharyngeal cancer and lymph node cancer are essentially the pathogenic factors of Wind, Summer-heat, Cold, Dampness, Dryness, and Fire from a common cold, which have been introduced into the Shaoyang meridian below the ear by diet or anti-inflammatory medications used in treatment, converting wind-cold runny nose or phlegm.
The key to treating nasopharyngeal cancer and lymph node cancer lies in diagnosis: identifying whether the nodules and hard masses belong to Wind, Summer-heat, Cold, Dampness, Dryness, or Fire. This is similar to determining whether a cold is caused by Wind injury, Cold injury, Summer-heat-Damp-Heat, or Blood Stasis nodules.
If the nodule or hard mass tumor still presents with fever and aversion to cold, it still belongs to the Exterior Syndrome (Biao Zheng). It should be treated like a common cold; dispelling Wind and scattering Cold will lead to recovery.
If anti-inflammatory treatment has been excessive, and fever and aversion to cold have passed, but the hard masses and nodules do not dissipate, one must use a combination of warming dispersion or tonifying dispersion and attacking methods. There will be no case that cannot be cured.
The fatal harm comes from electrotherapy or radiation therapy. Radiation therapy is like an ice cube disappearing when evaporated by the sun's heat, but after human body masses are subjected to radiation, the irradiated areas suffer skin burns and scorched flesh, making the circulation of Qi and Blood difficult, causing greater damage to the body than the harm caused by the tumor itself, and making it ten times harder to nourish and recover physical strength.
In the past, many people had tumors on their necks as large as bowls and lived well for years or decades simply because there was no chemotherapy, no surgery, and no radiation therapy back then, allowing them to survive for decades.
Today, the public is confused by cancer cells and scientific biopsy checks. Nodules and hard masses the size of soybeans or chess pieces appear below the ears and in the parotid glands. Due to fear of cancer cells, people undergo radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or surgery, placing their health at the mercy of others. The result is death within two to three months or half a year.
*Shanghan Lun* (Treatise on Cold Damage) by Zhang Zhongjing states: "There are cases of Shanghan with fever and no sweat, leading to epistaxis (nosebleed). This heat disperses with the blood, called 'Red Sweat.' It should not be stopped immediately, nor should it be too much. If stopped immediately, the heat cannot resolve; if too much, it can weaken the person. If stopped, cooling and releasing the exterior is appropriate; if too much, tonifying Qi and Blood is appropriate. Physicians should adjust according to the syndrome and not adhere rigidly to one method..." Headaches in the late stages of nasopharyngeal cancer and lymph node cancer are caused by extreme bodily deficiency and the accumulation of Blood Stasis and Wind, Cold, Summer-heat, Dampness, Dryness, and Fire in the meridians, blocking flow. Treatment requires warming and tonifying the Shaoyin meridians of the Heart and Kidney to tonify the Kidney and strengthen Yang. Once Yang recovers, Heart Fire can heat Lung Metal, enabling the Lung to evaporate Water Qi into water vapor, expelling it as phlegm or runny nose from the nose, or coughing it out. Then, the nodules, hard masses, and tumors of nasopharyngeal cancer and lymph node cancer will disappear, leading to recovery, and late-stage cancer pain will also vanish. Even among patients who have undergone chemotherapy or radiation therapy, there are quite a few who recover.

V. Oral Cancer, Throat Cancer, Esophageal Cancer
The *Neijing* (Inner Canon) states: "The tongue is the sprout of the Heart." This refers to the orifices. Partially speaking, each Zang organ has its corresponding parts. Symptomatically, each Zang organ governs specific manifestations. For example:
1. Deficiency Heat of Middle Qi: Swollen and painful mouth and tongue, or appearing without skin, or fever with thirst.
2. Deficiency Heat of Yin Blood: Vision obscured like smoke, fatigue, poor appetite, or severe heat in the afternoon.
3. Insufficiency of Middle Qi: Mouth and tongue ulcers, rapid and surging pulse presenting as a deficiency pulse.
4. Deficiency Fire of the Kidney Meridian: Sore throat, mouth/tongue ulcers, dry mouth, hot feet, worsening in the late afternoon.
5. Declining Fire between the Mingmen and Two Kidneys: Cold limbs, aversion to cold and food, or excessive phlegm and red eyes.
6. Excess Fire of the Stomach and Intestines: Fever with thirst, drinking cold fluids, constipation.
7. Deficiency Heat of the Spleen Meridian: Fever and aversion to cold, dry mouth preferring warm drinks, poor appetite, and fatigue.
8. Damp-Heat of the Spleen Meridian: Stiff tongue, swollen and painful cheeks.
9. Heat above the Upper Jiao (above the diaphragm): Excessive phlegm with thirst, swollen and painful mouth and tongue.
10. Fire Moving in the Spleen Meridian Damaging Blood due to Overthinking: Mouth and tongue ulcers, difficulty in the throat.
11. Fire Moving in the Liver Meridian Damaging Blood due to Excessive Anger: Alternating chills and fever, bitter taste in the mouth, and swollen/painful tongue.
Etiologies are diverse; treatment must be adapted to the situation. See *Wan Bing Hui Chun* - Chapter on Mouth and Tongue.
The Heart is the master of voice, the Lung is the gate of voice, and the Kidney is the root of voice. Pathogenic factors of Wind, Cold, Summer-heat, Dampness, Dryness, and Fire, as well as Qi, Blood, Phlegm, and Heat, interfering with the Heart and Lung, causing illness in the upper Wan, should be treated according to the syndrome. When pathogenic factors disperse, natural sounds return!
Only when the Kidney is deficient, failing to grasp Qi and return it to the origin, does Qi rush upward. Kidney deficiency leads to muteness; lack of Dantian power causes hoarseness. Tonifying the Kidney restores voice and cures throat cancer.
Today, ENT departments treat oral diseases primarily with anti-inflammatories. Inflammation is Fire, and Fire belongs to the Heart. If anti-inflammatories fail to reduce the condition, doctors are at a loss and resort to surgery.
Oral erosion, ulcers, easy bleeding, pain, hard masses or hypertrophy, white spots, pharyngitis, bleeding, difficulty chewing and swallowing, and myriad strange symptoms are all consequences of failing to diagnose and treat according to the aforementioned syndromes. Instead, biopsies are performed; microscopic examination reveals malignancy or abnormal cancer cells to deceive patients, followed by life-threatening surgeries, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy, placing patients in a hopeless situation. Some even undergo radical clearance of cervical lymph nodes and intraoral lymph glands after tumor removal.
If one diagnoses and prescribes based on the aforementioned eleven items, there would be no such diseases as oral cancer, throat cancer, or esophageal cancer, nor would cancer cells occur.
Throat cancer belongs to Cold or Heat of Lung Qi. Esophageal cancer is mostly due to cold food/drink or alcohol accumulation, where Wind-Cold and Phlegm-Fluid obstruct the throat, preventing food intake. Over time, this becomes a凝聚 (condensation) of Wind-Cold and Blood Stasis, causing dysphagia. Treating according to syndrome differentiation makes recovery not difficult. Electrotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery... have mistakenly taken many lives!
VI. Three Cases of Treatment for Brain Abscess, Brain Cancer, and Brain Diseases
How many young girls experience dizziness, headache, and vomiting when menstruation begins at age thirteen or fourteen, are scanned and diagnosed with brain tumors, and undergo brain tumor surgery? In fact, these are cases where antibiotics used to reduce inflammation during impending menstruation damaged the Heart and Kidney. Treatment only requires tonifying the Heart and Kidney and regulating menstruation. Once menstruation normalizes, headaches, brain cancer, and brain tumors disappear, leading to recovery.
Ms. Fan suffered from headaches from age fourteen to seventeen, seeking medical treatment continuously. In the last two months, symptoms included headache, vomiting, blindness, and even coma. She was hospitalized at a teaching hospital, where CT scans diagnosed a brain tumor, and surgery was proposed. However, family members learned that few patients, young or old, survived more than two years after brain tumor surgery, so they refused surgery. Introduced to my clinic:
The *Neijing* states: "The Kidney governs bone, bone generates marrow, and the brain is the sea of marrow." Li Gao said: "Taiyin headaches must involve phlegm; Shaoyin headaches involve cold feet and rebellious Qi. Although these two meridians do not reach the head, phlegm and rebellious Qi obstruct the diaphragm, preventing Qi from descending smoothly in the head, causing pain." The Classics state: "Taiyin headache feels like wearing a hat; Shaoyin headache feels like rocking in a boat." Upon pulse diagnosis, I determined Ms. Fan had Kidney deficiency and lower Yuan depletion. Her Shaoyin Heart and Kidney were damaged by colds treated with anti-inflammatories. Kidney Qi deficiency failed to connect to the Heart, and Heart Qi failed to descend to the Kidney. Water and Fire did not interact, resulting in Lower Deficiency and Upper Excess. The lower body could not balance the upper body, causing dizziness and headaches. Past examinations, diagnoses, and treatments focused solely on treating dizziness and headaches, using painkillers merely to relieve temporary pain.
Initially, I tonified Taiyin using Guipi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction) added with Chai Hu (Bupleurum), Ban Xia (Pinellia), Sha Ren (Amomum), and Gao Ben (Ligusticum). After taking it, her diet improved, vomiting ceased, and headaches lessened. Next, I used Shi Si Wei Jian Zhong Tang (Fourteen-Ingredient Build the Middle Decoction) added with Yuan Zhi (Polygala), Zao Ren (Ziziphus Seed), Gao Ben, and Du Zhong (Eucommia), completely eliminating headaches. Finally, I combined Guipi Tang with Shen Qi Wan (Kidney Qi Pill). After over a month of treatment, she recovered. I instructed her not to use antibiotics for colds in the future to avoid damaging the Heart and Kidney and causing recurrence. For over five years since, she has had no headache attacks and remains healthy.
Ms. Yao, 52 years old, suffered from headaches for nearly ten years. Examination revealed malignant brain tumor with metastasis, making surgery impossible. She relied on morphine for pain. Symptoms included headache, vomiting, and blindness. I diagnosed that past abortions and anti-inflammatory treatments damaged the Heart. Her body was weak, and long-term colds led to Heart and Kidney deficiency. Lochia (postpartum discharge) Blood Stasis entered the Heart. Due to menopause, the Heart lacked the power to expel lochia completely, causing Blood Stasis to circulate into the brain, resulting in headaches and brain tumor. The Classics state: "Taiyin headache feels like wearing a hat; Shaoyin headache feels like rocking in a boat." On first visit, due to immediate vomiting upon ingestion, she could not eat. I prescribed Xiao Qing Long Tang (Minor Blue Dragon Decoction) added with Shen Ling Bai Zhu San (Ginseng, Poria, and Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder). Vomiting stopped, and she could barely consume enough medicine for one week.
Second visit: Guipi Tang added with Shenghua Tang (Generate the New Decoction), Ban Xia, and Chai Hu. Vomiting stopped, she could eat, and headaches slightly decreased to a tolerable level. Morphine was discontinued.
Third visit: Guipi Tang added with Chuan Qi (Notoginseng), Du Zhong, Tao Ren (Peach Kernel), Hong Hua (Safflower), Yuan Hu (Corydalis), and Tian Ma (Gastrodia). The patient could speak and smile. She reported nosebleeds for two days and passed two long blood clots, which frightened her. I told her those were cancer cells; what good is keeping them in the body if not expelled?
Fourth visit: Shi Si Wei Jian Zhong Tang added with Zao Ren, Yuan Zhi, Tao Ren, Hong Hua, Yuan Hu, Tian Ma, Gao Ben, and Du Zhong, administered alternately with the third visit's prescription for two weeks. The patient regained mobility, could eat and use the toilet independently, and her vision recovered.
Subsequently, she was regulated with nourishing agents. She recovered completely after three and a half months.
Mr. Li, 46 years old, suffered a left head injury in a car accident. When sent to △ Teaching Hospital, he could still speak but saw double. Doctors stated brain surgery was required within 24 hours and claimed a 50% success rate. Refusing surgery due to low success rates, he was discharged after three days and transferred to a small hospital run by a relative.
Two weeks later, he presented in a semi-coma state. Introduced to me by a friend, X-rays showed only a slight skull fracture, not serious, with the entire left side of his face swollen, bruised, and black from impact.
Pulse diagnosis revealed weak, floating, and large pulses for the Heart and Kidney, and a solid, wiry, and large pulse for the Liver. Although there was Blood Stasis in the brain, the actual problem was Heart and Kidney deficiency caused by IV drips and anti-inflammatory drugs, rendering the Heart unable to expel cerebral Blood Stasis. Thus, I prescribed Guipi Tang added with Chuan Qi, Tao Ren, Hong Hua, Yuan Hu, Gao Ben, Man Jing Zi (Vitex Fruit), and Sheng Di (Rehmannia Root) to strengthen the Heart and resolve Blood Stasis. After three days, he could speak; although his voice was quiet, communication was possible.
Second visit: Continued the previous formula, three doses, adding Long Dan Cao (Gentian Root). He could get out of bed.
Third visit: Reported severe lower back pain. Prescribed Guipi Tang added with Du Zhong, Bie Jia (Turtle Shell), Jiu Di (Old Rehmannia), Rou Gui (Cinnamon Bark), and Fu Zi (Aconite). He could get out of bed on his own.
