人、小儿疥疮，猪牙皂角去皮，白矾枯过，轻粉胡椒各少许，共为末，加樟脑、烛油同捣匀，临晚搽擦。若是樱桃
疮、脓窠疮去胡椒。疮有三种，脓胞疮治热为主∶黄芩 黄连 大黄 寒水石 蛇床（各三钱） 硫黄 黄丹（各五分

疮，多加茱萸；干疥出血，多加大黄、黄连，猪脂调；虫多随意加锡灰、芜荑、槟榔杀虫；红色加黄丹；青色加青黛。
疮在上多服通神散；疮在下多在脏，须用下。脚肿，用血分湿热药。治湿多疮药∶牡蛎（二两） 蛇床（一两） 白芷
一两） 川椒（三钱） 寒水石（五钱） 轻粉（二十 ） 雄黄（五钱） 吴茱萸（二钱半） 上为细末，
香油调敷。贴人身灸疮不收口膏药∶黄连 甘草节 白芷 丹油。疥药∶蛇床（一两） 硫黄（一钱半） 轻粉（二十
帖） 青矾（一钱半） 明矾（一钱） 黄丹（一钱半） 五倍（一钱半略炒黄色） 上为细末，香
油调敷，忌见灯火，大效。疥疮药，用丹黄、肉豆蔻为末，香油调敷。治马鞍上打破成疮，鸡卵清摊作膏药，贴
之，令其愈后自脱。治癣方，川槿皮、槟榔，先抓破，用好醋磨涂。又方，治肾囊湿痒，用密陀僧、干姜、滑石为
末，糁上。又方，先以吴茱萸煎汤洗，次用后药∶茱萸（五

（五钱） 白术（五钱酒） 当归（一两半酒） 天麻（七钱半酒） 苍耳（七钱半） 黄柏（四钱酒） 粉草（四钱
酒） 防风（三钱） 上末之，水荡起，煎服，日四五次服之，服了睡片时。

Treatment for mad dog bites: Take children's hair, stir-fry it, and combine with fresh Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu) and wild Chrysanthemum. Grind into fine powder, mix with wine for oral administration, until the patient becomes drunk. For dog bites, chew Perilla frutescens (Zisu) thoroughly and apply to the wound. Another prescription: crush charcoal into powder and apply to the wound.
Prescription for tinea/crusted sores: Use Calomelas (Qingfen), Realgar (Xionghuang), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), and Hibiscus mutabilis bark (Chuanjinpi). Grind all into powder. First scratch the lesion open, then grind Alisma orientalis root (Yangti) juice with vinegar and apply. Another prescription for tinea: use Aloe (Luhui) and Rheum palmatum (Dahuang) ground into powder for application. Another method: use the root of Alisma orientalis (Yangti Tukai) ground with good vinegar for application. Yet another prescription: remove shells from Croton tiglium (Badou) and Ricinus communis seed (Caomazi), 14 each; take 7 Mylabris (Banmao). Boil in 2 liang of sesame oil until black, filter out dregs, add 3 qian of Aloe powder and 5 qian of beeswax. Simmer slowly over low heat to form a paste, store in porcelain. When using, slightly scratch the lesion open, then apply medicine overnight; slight swelling indicates healing. For adult and pediatric scabies: remove skin from Gleditsia sinensis fruit (Zhuyazaojiao), calcine Alum (Baifan), use small amounts of Calomelas (Qingfen) and Piper nigrum (Hujiao). Grind together, add Borneolum Syntheticum (Zhangnao) and candle wax oil, pound uniformly. Apply in the evening. For cherry sores or impetigo, omit Piper nigrum. There are three types of sores: pustular sores focus on clearing heat: Huangqin, Huanglian, Dahuang, Hanshuishi, Shechuang (3 qian each); Liuhuang, Hongdan (5 fen each); Kubai (1 qian); Wumingyi, Baizhi (7 fen each); Binglang (1 piece); Qingfen (1.2 qian); Muxiang (add a little if painful). Grind into powder, mix with sesame oil for application. Sand sores focus on killing parasites: Wuyi (2 qian), Jiancao (1 qian), Shechuangzi (2 qian), Baifan (1 qian), Kubai (1 qian), Wuzhuyu (1 qian), Cangzhu (0.5 liang), Nongpoupi (5 fen), Xionghuang (5 fen), Hanshuishi (2 qian), Huangbai (1 qian), Qingfen (10 li). Grind into powder, mix with oil for application. Leprous scabies occurs in spring; scorched scabies focuses on resolving depression/stagnation, suitable for scratching open before application: Baifan (2 qian), Wuzhuyu (2 qian), Zhangnao (5 fen), Qingfen (10 li), Hanshuishi (3.5 qian), Shechuangzi (3 qian), Huangbai (1 qian), Dahuang (1 qian), Liuhuang (1 qian), Binglang (1 piece). Grind into powder, mix with oil for application. Scabies: Wuyi (0.5 liang), Guanzhong (1 liang), Kubai (5 qian), Ruan Shigao (5 qian), Dahuang (5 qian), Liuhuang (2.5 qian), Xionghuang (2.5 qian), Zhangnao (0.5 liang, added separately). Grind into powder, mix with sesame oil for application. Must first wash the sore and remove crusts before applying.
For sore medicines: Impetigo focuses on clearing heat and drying dampness, use Wumingyi; dry itching focuses on resolving stagnation, use Wuzhuyu; insect-like sores focus on clearing heat and killing parasites, use Wuyi, Heigouji, Xionghuang, Liuhuang, Shuiyin to kill parasites; Baifan relieves itching; Zhangnao penetrates flesh by one part; Songxiang adds Dahuang and Fangjieshi by one part at the head; Huanglian and Shechuang stabilize itching and kill parasites. For abscesses: add more Songpigui if dampness is heavy; add more Baizhi to resolve stagnation if swelling is heavy; add more Baizhi and Fangjieshi if pain is heavy; add more Lichu and Banmao if parasites are heavy; add Feifan if itching is heavy; mix with sesame oil if dampness is heavy. For scrotal sores, add more Zhuyu; for dry scabies with bleeding, add more Dahuang and Huanglian, mix with pig fat; if parasites are heavy, add Xihui, Wuyi, Binglang as needed to kill parasites; add Hongdan for red color; add Qingdai for blue color. Sores on the upper body should be treated with Tongshen San; sores on the lower body often involve internal organs and require purgation. For swollen feet, use herbs for damp-heat in the blood level. Prescription for damp-heavy sores: Musculus Ostreae (Muli) (2 liang), Shechuang (1 liang), Baizhi (1 liang), Chuanjiao (3 qian), Hanshuishi (5 qian), Qingfen (20 li), Xionghuang (5 qian), Wuzhuyu (2.5 qian). Grind into fine powder, mix with sesame oil for application. Plaster for non-healing moxibustion sores: Huanglian, Gancaojie, Baizhi, Danyou. Scabies medicine: Shechuang (1 liang), Liuhuang (1.5 qian), Qingfen (20 li), Qingfan (1.5 qian), Mingfan (1 qian), Hongdan (1.5 qian), Wubei (1.5 qian, lightly fried yellow). Grind into fine powder, mix with sesame oil for application. Avoid fire and light; highly effective. Scabies medicine: use Hongdan and Rouddoukou ground into powder, mixed with sesame oil for application. For wounds caused by breaking against a saddle: spread egg white as a plaster and apply, allowing it to detach naturally after healing. Prescription for tinea: Chuanjinpi and Binglang, scratch open first, grind with good vinegar for application. Another prescription for scrotal damp-itching: use Miduoseng, Ganjiang, Huashi ground into powder, sprinkle on top. Another prescription: first wash with decoction of Wuzhuyu, then apply the following: Zhuyu (5 qian), Hanshuishi (3 qian), Huangbai (1.5 qian), Dahuang (2.5 qian), Zhangnao (3 qian), Shechuangzi (3 qian), Qingfen (1 li), Kubai (3 qian), Liuhuang (2 qian), Binglang (3 qian), Baizhi (3 qian). Grind into powder, apply. Prescription for head sores: Zhuyou (2.5 qian, half raw half cooked), Xionghuang (2.5 qian), Shuiyin (2.5 qian). Grind and mix evenly, apply to sores. Another prescription: Chuanxiong, Jiu Qin (5 qian), Shaoyao (5 qian, wine), Chenpi (5 qian), Baizhu (5 qian, wine), Danggui (1.5 liang, wine), Tianma (7.5 qian, wine), Can'er (7.5 qian), Huangbai (4 qian, wine), Fencacao (4 qian, wine), Fangfeng (3 qian). Grind into powder, suspend in water, decoct and drink, 4-5 times daily, sleep for a while after taking.
