川芎茯苓汤 赤茯、桑白皮、防风、官桂、川芎、麻黄、芍药、当归、甘草各五分，枣煎温服。如欲汗，
以粥助之。治着痹留注不去，四肢麻木，拘挛浮肿。
宣明升麻汤 升麻一钱半，茯神、人参、
防风、犀角，羚羊角、羌活、官桂各二分半，姜煎，入竹沥少许调服。治热痹，兼治诸风。
蠲痹汤 当归、赤芍、黄 、防风、姜黄、羌活各一钱半，甘草五分，姜枣煎温服，治手足冷痹，腰腿沉
重及身体烦疼，背项拘急。
川附丸 川乌、附子、官桂、川椒、菖蒲、甘草各一两，骨碎补、天麻、白术各五钱，为末，蜜丸梧子大。
每三十丸，食前温酒下，日三服。治气痹。
续断丸 当归、续断、萆 、天麻、防风、附子各一两，川芎七钱半，乳香、没药各五钱，为末，蜜丸
梧子大。每四十丸，温酒米饮任下。治风湿流注，四肢浮肿，肌肉麻痹。
导气天麻黄 ，三妙可必。
导气汤 黄 二钱，甘草一钱半，青皮一钱，升麻、柴胡、归尾、泽泻、陈皮各五分，五味子二十粒，红
花少许，水煎温服，乃清燥汤加减。治两腿麻木。
行湿流气散 苍术、羌活、防风、川乌各一两，薏苡仁二两，白茯苓一两半，为末。每二钱，温酒或葱
汤下。治风寒湿气痹证。身如板夹，麻木不仁，或手足酸软。
天麻黄 汤 天麻、白芍、神曲、羌活、茯苓各三分，人参、黄连各四分，当归五分，黄 、甘草、升麻、
干葛、黄柏、苍术各六分，泽泻七分，柴胡九分，水煎温服。治手足麻木，兼有风证。
三妙丸 苍术六两，黄柏四两，牛膝二两，为末，酒糊为丸如梧桐子大。每服七十丸至一百丸，空心姜汤
或盐汤送下。治三阴血虚，足心如火热渐烘腰胯，及湿热麻痹，疼痛痿软等证，皆效。一方加当归、防己、虎
胫骨、龟版各一两，名加味三妙丸。血虚加血药，气虚加气药。
九蒸（单） （丸）服之良，
端午、七夕、重阳日，收采洗去土，摘其叶，晒干铺入甑中，用好酒和蜜层层匀洒，蒸之复晒，晒之复蒸，
如此者九次，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每四十丸，空心酒下。治中风口眼 斜，时吐痰涎，语言謇涩，四肢缓弱，
骨节疼痛，腰膝无力，又能行大肠气及诸风痹。
千金（单）蓖麻（汤）擦之吉。
秋夏用叶，春冬用子，一二十斤，入甑内置大锅上，蒸半熟取起，先将绵布数尺双折所浸入蒸汤内，取出
乘热敷患处，却将前蒸热铺布上一层，候温再换热药一层，如此蒸换，必以患者汗出为度，重者蒸五次，轻者
蒸三次即愈，内服疏风活血之剂，专治风湿瘫痪，手足不仁，半身不遂，周身麻木酸疼，口眼歪斜皆效。
擦痹法 蓖麻子三两，活地龙七条，甘草、甘遂各一两，麝香一钱，捣烂于瓷器内，筑实勿泄气，临用先
将姜葱各一两，捣烂包患处，次用姜汁化此药一鸡子黄大，擦半时久，一日三次，二三年者效，妇人尤神。
游风，翻看紫浮萍∶
单浮萍丸 用紫背浮萍摊于竹筛内，下着水晒干，为末，蜜丸弹子大。每一丸用黑豆淋酒化下。治一切
风疾、瘾疹、紫癜、白癜、痛痒顽麻，兼治香港脚打扑伤损，浑身麻痹。
单苍耳丸 端午日，取苍耳草叶洗净，晒干，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每十丸，日三次酒下。治诸风及诸风疮瘾
疹，紫癜白癜，最消食积。若身体有风处，或为麻豆粒者，此为风毒出也，急用针刺，令黄水出尽乃已。
古苦皂丸 苦参末一斤，用皂荚二斤，以水一斗，浸揉取浓汁，去渣熬成膏，和丸梧子大。每三十丸，荆
芥、薄荷酒下，或只用酒调下。治肺风，皮肢瘙痒，或生瘾癣及遍身风热，细疹痛痒，连胸、颈、脐、腹及近
阴处皆然，涎痰亦多，夜多不睡。
斑疹，细捣胡麻虱。
胡麻散 胡麻一两二钱，荆芥、苦参各八钱，何首乌一两，甘草、威灵仙各一钱，为末。每二钱，薄荷
煎汤，或茶酒蜜汤下。服药后频频浴身，得汗出立效。治脾肺风毒攻冲，遍身
瘙痒，或生疮疥瘾疹，浸淫不愈及面上游风，或如虫行，紫白癜风顽麻，可肾脏风攻注，脚膝生疮等证。
调中疏邪汤 苍术一钱半，陈皮、砂仁、藿香、芍药、甘草、桔梗、半夏、白芷、羌活、枳壳各一钱，川
芎、麻黄、桂枝各五分，姜煎温服，治内伤外感而发阴斑。
土朱散 土朱、青黛各二钱，滑石，荆芥各一钱，为末。蜜水调搽，服之亦可。治丹毒。
浮萍汤 干浮萍四两，汉防己五钱，浓煎热汤，先蒸后洗，治赤白癜风，一切斑疹、疥癣神效。
治面鼻生紫赤刺瘾疹方 硫黄、白矾等分，黄丹少许，为末，津液调敷，临卧再敷。
又方 黄丹二钱， 砂五分，巴豆十枚，饼药一钱半，为末，同入罐中，以水酒和匀，慢火熬三四沸
取出，入锻石三钱，和匀，用鹅毛蘸药搽红处，日一次，才见微肿，便洗去。鼻上赘肉、雀斑、粉刺，皆效。
治面生雀子斑方 霜梅肉、樱桃枝、猪牙皂、紫背浮萍各等分为末，如常洗面，其斑自去。
治汗斑方 牙皂、雄黄、半夏、川椒、荜澄茄、白附子各等分，硫黄、信石各少许，为末，醋调绢包擦。
又水粉、硫黄等分，生姜汁调擦，三次效。
噫！处方同类相求，用药惟天阴骘。
伤寒古法特详，暴寒亦肾所属，外则先入皮毛，内则直凝胃腹。
常用冲寒散 香附、陈皮、草果各一两半，砂仁、白姜、肉豆蔻各七钱，藿香、白茯、木通、吴萸各三钱，
夏月去吴萸，加扁豆，换赤茯，为末。每一匙，温酒、姜汤、米饮任下。治感寒腹痛作泄，或无泄而饮食少，
胃弱怕吃肥腻等证。
诸咳因风寒，华盖三奇或熏；
诸咳丸 陈皮、百药煎、枳壳、半夏曲、诃子、知母各等分，姜汁入蜜为丸，白汤下。诸咳通用，伤风
咳甚发表后，以此断根尤妙。
华盖散 苏子、赤茯苓、陈皮、桑白皮、麻黄、杏仁各一钱，甘草五分，水煎温服。治肺感风邪，咳嗽上
气，胸膈烦满，项背拘急，头目昏眩，鼻塞声重，痰气不利。
加减三奇汤 桔梗、陈皮、青皮、人参、紫苏、桑白皮、甘草各五分，半夏七分，杏仁三分，五味子四分，姜
煎。治咳喘胸满。
单生姜丸 一味焙干为末，糯米糊丸芥子大。每三十丸，空心米饮下。治寒嗽。
熏药 佛耳草、款冬花各一钱半，鹅管石、雄黄各二分半，为末，用熟艾铺纸上，以前药分作二帖，卷作
筒子，烧烟吸入口中，以温茶常呷一二口，每一筒作三四夜吸，嗽止即住。治风入肺，久嗽不止。
久咳多热郁，芩半百花可掬。
古芩半丸 黄芩、半夏各一两，为末，姜汁糊丸梧子大。每七十丸，姜汤下。治热嗽生痰。
古百花膏 百合、款冬花各等分为末，蜜丸龙眼大，每一丸，食后临卧细嚼姜汤下，噙化尤佳。治喘咳不
已，或痰有血，若虚弱人，最宜服之。
加味百花膏 紫菀、款冬花各一两，百部五钱，为末，每三钱，姜三片，乌梅一个，煎汤调，食后临卧
各一服，或蜜丸服亦好。治久嗽不愈。
葶苈散 葶苈、栝蒌仁、薏苡仁、桑白皮、升麻、葛根，桔梗各一钱，甘草五分，姜煎温服。治过食煎
炒及酒，以致喘急不得卧及肺痈等证。
食嗽知贝矾及兮，诃黎蜂姜解劳蒸；
古二母散 知母、贝母各一两，巴霜十粒，为末。每服一字，姜三片，临卧细嚼白汤下，便合口睡，其嗽
即定，自胸膈必利下寒痰，粥补之。治远年近日诸般咳嗽，兼治痰证。
加味二母丸 知母、贝母，用巴豆同炒黄色，去巴入白矾、白芨各等分，为末，姜汁和蜜为丸，含化；
或加麦门冬、陈皮、阿胶等分亦好。治久嗽、痨嗽、食积嗽。
诃黎丸 诃子皮五钱，海石、栝蒌仁、青黛、杏仁，贝母、便制香附各二钱半，为末，姜汁和蜜为丸，含
化，徐徐咽下。治肺胀喘满，气急身重及劳嗽干咳无痰等证。
蜂姜丸 茜根、僵蚕、海粉、栝蒌仁、杏仁、蜂房、神曲各等分为末，姜汁、竹沥为丸，含化。治酒痰嗽，
积久如胶及牙宣肿痛。
痰嗽橘甘瓜连兮，团参橘姜医气促。
古橘甘散 橘皮去白四两，甘草炙一两，为末。每服二钱，白汤调下。治痰嗽，极有效验。
瓜连丸 栝蒌仁、杏仁、黄连各等分为末，竹沥、韭汁为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三五十丸，紫苏煎汤送下，
治伤酒，痰嗽喘急。
半瓜丸 半夏、栝蒌仁各五两，贝母、桔梗各二两，枳壳一两半，知母一两，为末，生姜汁浸，蒸饼糊丸，
如梧桐子大。每服三五十丸，姜汤下。治痰嗽。
团参饮子 人参、半夏、紫菀、阿胶、百合、款冬花、杏仁、天门冬，经霜桑叶各五分，五味子、细辛、
甘草各二分半，食后姜煎温服。治七情饥饱损伤脾肺，咳嗽脓血，渐成痨瘵。如因气加木香，咳唾血有热加生
地，有寒加钟乳粉，疲极而咳加黄 ，损而唾血加没药、藕节，呕逆腹满不食加白术，倍生姜，小便多加益智
仁，大便溏去杏仁，加钟乳粉，面浮气逆加沉香、陈皮。加减同煎服。
古橘姜丸 陈皮、生姜同捣焙干各二两，为末，用神曲末二两打糊为丸，加梧桐子大。每服三五十丸，
食后临卧米饮送下。治久患气嗽圣药。凡火嗽忌用人参、半夏、陈皮等燥药，气嗽忌用粟壳、豆蔻等涩药。
霍乱回生，加味半硫祛冷痰；
回生散 陈皮、藿香各五钱，水煎温服。治霍乱吐泻，但一点胃气存者，服之回生。
加味半硫丸 硫黄一两，入猪脏内缚定，以米泔、童便、水酒各一碗，煮干一半，取出洗净晒干，入半夏、
人参、白茯各一两，石膏一分，为末，姜汁浸，蒸饼丸梧子大。每五十丸至百丸，空心米汤下。治忧思过度，
脾肺气闭，结聚痰饮，留滞肠胃，吐利交作，四肢厥冷，头目眩晕，或复发热。
九君子汤 陈皮、半夏、麦门冬、白茯、白术各一钱，人参、小麦、甘草各五分，乌梅一个，姜煎温服。
治霍乱已愈，烦热多渴，有痰，小便不利。
吐利交作，正料红丸消食蓄。
红丸子 莪术，三棱各二两，醋煮青皮、陈皮各五两，干姜、胡椒各二两，阿魏一分，为末，陈米粉糊
丸梧子大，矾红为衣，每百丸，生姜、甘草煎汤下。治脾胃虚冷，饮食失节，聚留肠胃，或因饮食不调，冲冒
寒湿，吐利并作，心腹绞痛。
筋转难当，木萸加以炒盐；
木萸散 吴萸五钱，木瓜一钱，食盐五钱，同炒焦，先用瓦瓶 水百沸，却入前药煎服。治霍乱吐泻，或
因饮冷，或胃寒失机，或大怒，或乘舟车，伤动胃气，令人上吐下泻不止，头旋眼花，手足转筋，四肢逆冷者最
效。一方用枯矾为末，每一钱，百沸汤点服，亦好。
渴不能药，椒豆必须冷服。
古椒豆散 胡椒、绿豆各四十九粒，研烂，水煎服。如渴甚，新汲水调服。治霍乱吐泻而不能服药者，效。
劫九般心痛，
九痛丸 附子三两，巴豆、人参、干姜、吴萸各一两，野狼毒二钱半，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每三丸，空心温
酒下。治九种心痛及中恶胀痛，口不能言，连年积冷，流在心胸，肿痛上气，落马坠车等疾。
通灵散 蒲黄、五灵脂各一两，木通、赤芍各五钱，每四钱，水煎临熟入盐少许，通口服。治九种心痛。
散痛丸 陈茶一两，乳香五钱，为末，腊月兔血丸芡实大。每一丸，淡醋汤下。治心气痛不可忍。
灵槟散 五灵脂、槟榔等分为末。每
三钱，菖蒲煎汤下，隔夜先将猪肉盐酱煮熟，令患人细嚼，吐出勿吞，却将前药空心服之。治心脾虫痛。此方用
肉味引虫头向上，用药杀虫也。
烧一种脾疼。
烧脾散 干姜、草果、浓朴、砂仁、神曲、麦芽、陈皮、良姜、甘草各等分为末。每三钱，淡盐汤点服。
治饮食生冷，停留中焦，心脾冷痛。
心腹 痛，玄椒散后香良；
古二胡散 玄胡索、胡椒各等分为末；每二钱，酒调服。
二妙香良散 香附、良姜各等分，各炒为末，每二钱，入盐少许，米饮调服，若同炒则不效。二方俱治心
腹痛。
心脾刺痛，乌沉汤加神曲。
四味乌沉汤 乌药、香附、砂仁，沉香等分，姜煎服。治心脾刺痛。
乌药沉香汤 乌药一两，沉香五钱，人参三分甘草四分，为末，每五分，入盐少许，姜煎服。或加香附、
砂仁、陈皮、半夏，或加枳壳、神曲、麦芽、莪术、青皮、木香，随宜加入。治一切气，除一切冷，调中补五
脏，益精壮阳，暖腰膝。治呕泻，疗 癖疼痛，风水毒肿，冷风麻痹及中恶心腹痛，蛊毒鬼气，宿食不消，
天行瘴疫，膀肾冷气攻冲背膂，俯仰不利及妇人血气攻心，胃腹撮痛。
寒痛草蔻抽刀，热则连附莎芎；
草蔻丸 草豆蔻一钱四分，泽泻（小便数者减之）、麦芽各一钱半，半夏一钱，吴萸、益智仁、陈皮、僵蚕、
人参、黄 各八分，桃仁七枚，生甘草、炙甘草各三分，当归、青皮、神曲、僵黄、柴胡各四分，为末，蒸饼
丸梧子大。每三十丸，白汤下，食远斟酌多少用之。治客寒犯胃作痛，得热即止，热痛亦可暂服。
小草丸 小草、桂心、川椒、干姜、细辛各三两，附子二分，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每三丸，米饮下，忌荤
川芎茯苓汤：赤茯苓、桑白皮、防风、官桂、川芎、麻黄、芍药、当归、甘草各五分，用大枣煎煮，温服。如果希望发汗，可以用喝粥来辅助。治疗着痹（湿邪偏盛的痹证）留滞不去，四肢麻木，拘挛浮肿。
宣明升麻汤：升麻一钱半，茯神、人参、防风、犀角、羚羊角、羌活、官桂各二分半，生姜煎煮，加入少许竹沥调匀服用。治疗热痹，兼治各种风证。
蠲痹汤：当归、赤芍、黄芪、防风、姜黄、羌活各一钱半，甘草五分，生姜、大枣煎煮，温服。治疗手足冷痹，腰腿沉重以及身体烦疼，背部和颈部拘急。
川附丸：川乌、附子、官桂、川椒、石菖蒲、甘草各一两，骨碎补、天麻、白术各五钱，研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，饭前用温酒送下，每日三次。治疗气痹。
续断丸：当归、续断、萆薢、天麻、防风、附子各一两，川芎七钱半，乳香、没药各五钱，研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次四十丸，用温酒或米饮任意送下。治疗风湿流注，四肢浮肿，肌肉麻痹。
导气汤：黄芪二钱，甘草一钱半，青皮一钱，升麻、柴胡、当归尾、泽泻、陈皮各五分，五味子二十粒，红花少许，水煎煮，温服，这是清燥汤的加减方。治疗双腿麻木。
行湿流气散：苍术、羌活、防风、川乌各一两，薏苡仁二两，白茯苓一两半，研为细末。每次二钱，用温酒或葱汤送下。治疗风寒湿气引起的痹证。身体像被夹板夹住一样，麻木不仁，或者手足酸软。
天麻黄汤：天麻、白芍、神曲、羌活、茯苓各三分，人参、黄连各四分，当归五分，黄芪、甘草、升麻、干葛、黄柏、苍术各六分，泽泻七分，柴胡九分，水煎煮，温服。治疗手足麻木，兼有风证。
三妙丸：苍术六两，黄柏四两，牛膝二两，研为细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用七十丸至一百丸，空腹时用姜汤或盐汤送下。治疗三阴血虚，足心如火热逐渐烘烤腰胯，以及湿热麻痹、疼痛痿软等证，都有效。另一配方加当归、防己、虎胫骨、龟版各一两，名为加味三妙丸。血虚加补血药，气虚加气虚药。
九蒸黄精丸：服用效果好。在端午、七夕、重阳日，采收后洗净泥土，摘下叶片，晒干铺入蒸笼中，用好酒和蜜层层均匀喷洒，蒸后再晒，晒了再蒸，如此重复九次，研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次四十丸，空腹时饮酒送下。治疗中风导致口眼歪斜，时常吐痰涎，语言謇涩，四肢缓弱，骨节疼痛，腰膝无力，又能通利大肠之气及各种风痹。
千金蓖麻汤：外用擦拭效果吉利。
在春夏使用叶片，秋冬使用种子，用量一到二十斤，放入蒸笼置于大锅上，蒸至半熟取出。先将几尺长的绵布对折浸入蒸汤内，取出趁热敷在患处，然后将前面蒸热的药渣铺在布上，待温度适宜后再更换一层新药，如此蒸换，必须以患者出汗为限度，重症蒸五次，轻症蒸三次即可痊愈，内服疏风活血的药物，专门治疗风湿瘫痪，手足不仁，半身不遂，周身麻木酸疼，口眼歪斜都有效。
擦痹法：蓖麻子三两，活地龙七条，甘草、甘遂各一两，麝香一钱，捣烂放在瓷器内，压实不要漏气。临用时先将生姜、大葱各一两，捣烂包裹在患处，然后用姜汁化开此药如鸡蛋黄大小，擦拭半小时左右，一日三次，病程两三年的有效，妇女尤为神奇。
游风，翻看紫浮萍：
单浮萍丸：用紫背浮萍摊在竹筛内，下面垫水晒干，研为细末，用蜂蜜制成弹子大小的丸剂。每一丸用黑豆淋下的酒化开送下。治疗各种风疾、瘾疹、紫癜、白癜风、痛痒顽麻，兼治香港脚（脚气）、跌打损伤，浑身麻痹。

古苦皂丸：苦参末一斤，用皂荚二斤，用水一斗，浸泡揉搓取浓汁，去渣熬成膏，和药末制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次三十丸，用荆芥、薄荷酒送下，或者只用酒调服。治疗肺风，皮肤瘙痒，或者生瘾癣及遍身风热，细小皮疹痛痒，连胸部、颈部、肚脐、腹部及近阴处都是这样，涎痰也多，夜晚多失眠。
斑疹，细捣胡麻虱。

久咳多热郁，芩半百花可掬。
古芩半丸：黄芩、半夏各一两，研为细末，姜汁糊丸梧桐子大小。每次七十丸，姜汤送下。治疗热嗽生痰。
古百花膏：百合、款冬花各等分为末，蜜丸龙眼大小，每一丸，食后临卧细嚼姜汤送下，噙化尤佳。治疗喘咳不已，或痰有血，若虚弱人，最宜服之。
加味百花膏：紫菀、款冬花各一两，百部五钱，研为细末，每三钱，姜三片，乌梅一个，煎汤调，食后临卧各一服，或蜜丸服亦好。治疗久嗽不愈。
葶苈散：葶苈、栝蒌仁、薏苡仁、桑白皮、升麻、葛根，桔梗各一钱，甘草五分，生姜煎煮，温服。治疗过食煎炒及酒，以致喘急不得卧及肺痈等证。
食嗽知贝矾及兮，诃黎蜂姜解劳蒸；
古二母散：知母、贝母各一两，巴霜十粒，研为细末。每次服一字，姜三片，临卧细嚼白开水送下，便合口睡，其嗽即定，自胸膈必利下寒痰，粥补之。治疗远年近日诸般咳嗽，兼治痰证。
加味二母丸：知母、贝母，用巴豆同炒黄色，去巴豆入白矾、白芨各等分，研为细末，姜汁和蜜为丸，含化；或者加麦门冬、陈皮、阿胶等分亦好。治疗久嗽、痨嗽、食积嗽。
诃黎丸：诃子皮五钱，海石、栝蒌仁、青黛、杏仁，贝母、便制香附各二钱半，研为细末，姜汁和蜜为丸，含化，徐徐咽下。治疗肺胀喘满，气急身重及劳嗽干咳无痰等证。
蜂姜丸：茜根、僵蚕、海粉、栝蒌仁、杏仁、蜂房、神曲各等分为末，姜汁、竹沥为丸，含化。治疗酒痰嗽，积久如胶及牙宣肿痛。
痰嗽橘甘瓜连兮，团参橘姜医气促。
古橘甘散：橘皮去白四两，甘草炙一两，研为细末。每次服二钱，白开水调下。治疗痰嗽，极有效验。
瓜连丸：栝蒌仁、杏仁、黄连各等分为末，竹沥、韭汁为丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服三五十丸，紫苏煎汤送下，治疗伤酒，痰嗽喘急。
半瓜丸：半夏、栝蒌仁各五两，贝母、桔梗各二两，枳壳一两半，知母一两，研为细末，生姜汁浸，蒸饼糊丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服三五十丸，姜汤送下。治疗痰嗽。
团参饮子：人参、半夏、紫菀、阿胶、百合、款冬花、杏仁、天门冬，经霜桑叶各五分，五味子、细辛、甘草各二分半，食后生姜煎煮，温服。治疗七情饥饱损伤脾肺，咳嗽脓血，渐成痨瘵。如因气加木香，咳唾血有热加生地，有寒加钟乳粉，疲极而咳加黄芪，损而唾血加没药、藕节，呕逆腹满不食加白术，倍生姜，小便多加益智仁，大便溏去杏仁，加钟乳粉，面浮气逆加沉香、陈皮。加减同煎服。
古橘姜丸：陈皮、生姜同捣焙干各二两，研为细末，用神曲末二两打糊为丸，加梧桐子大小。每次服三五十丸，食后临卧米饮送下。治疗久患气嗽圣药。凡火嗽忌用人参、半夏、陈皮等燥药，气嗽忌用粟壳、豆蔻等涩药。
霍乱回生，加味半硫祛冷痰；
回生散：陈皮、藿香各五钱，水煎煮，温服。治疗霍乱吐泻，但一点胃气存者，服之回生。
加味半硫丸：硫黄一两，入猪脏内缚定，以米泔、童便、水酒各一碗，煮干一半，取出洗净晒干，入半夏、人参、白茯苓各一两，石膏一分，研为细末，姜汁浸，蒸饼丸梧桐子大小。每次五十丸至百丸，空腹米汤送下。治疗忧思过度，脾肺气闭，结聚痰饮，留滞肠胃，吐利交作，四肢厥冷，头目眩晕，或复发热。
九君子汤：陈皮、半夏、麦门冬、白茯苓、白术各一钱，人参、小麦、甘草各五分，乌梅一个，生姜煎煮，温服。治疗霍乱已愈，烦热多渴，有痰，小便不利。
吐利交作，正料红丸消食蓄。
红丸子：莪术，三棱各二两，醋煮青皮、陈皮各五两，干姜、胡椒各二两，阿魏一分，研为细末，陈米粉糊丸梧桐子大小，矾红为衣，每次百丸，生姜、甘草煎汤送下。治疗脾胃虚冷，饮食失节，聚留肠胃，或因饮食不调，冲冒寒湿，吐利并作，心腹绞痛。
筋转难当，木萸加以炒盐；
木萸散：吴茱萸五钱，木瓜一钱，食盐五钱，同炒焦，先用瓦瓶烧水百沸，却入前药煎服。治疗霍乱吐泻，或因饮冷，或胃寒失机，或大怒，或乘舟车，伤动胃气，令人上吐下泻不止，头旋眼花，手足转筋，四肢逆冷者最有效。一方用枯矾为末，每一钱，百沸汤点服，也好。
渴不能药，椒豆必须冷服。
古椒豆散：胡椒、绿豆各四十九粒，研烂，水煎服。如渴甚，新汲水调服。治疗霍乱吐泻而不能服药者，有效。
劫九般心痛，
九痛丸：附子三两，巴豆、人参、干姜、吴茱萸各一两，野狼毒二钱半，研为细末，蜜丸梧桐子大小。每次三丸，空腹温酒送下。治疗九种心痛及中恶胀痛，口不能言，连年积冷，流在心胸，肿痛上气，落马坠车等疾。
通灵散：蒲黄、五灵脂各一两，木通、赤芍各五钱，每次四钱，水煎临熟入盐少许，通口服。治疗九种心痛。
散痛丸：陈茶一两，乳香五钱，研为细末，腊月兔血丸芡实大小。每一丸，淡醋汤送下。治疗心气痛不可忍。
灵槟散：五灵脂、槟榔等分为末。每次三钱，菖蒲煎汤送下，隔夜先将猪肉盐酱煮熟，令患人细嚼，吐出勿吞，却将前药空心服之。治疗心脾虫痛。此方用肉味引虫头向上，用药杀虫也。
烧一种脾疼。
烧脾散：干姜、草果、浓朴、砂仁、神曲、麦芽、陈皮、良姜、甘草各等分为末。每次三钱，淡盐汤点服。治疗饮食生冷，停留中焦，心脾冷痛。
心腹 痛，玄椒散后香良；
古二胡散：玄胡索、胡椒各等分为末；每次二钱，酒调服。
二妙香良散：香附、良姜各等分，各炒为末，每次二钱，入盐少许，米饮调服，若同炒则不效。二方俱治心腹痛。
心脾刺痛，乌沉汤加神曲。
四味乌沉汤：乌药、香附、砂仁，沉香等分，生姜煎服。治疗心脾刺痛。
乌药沉香汤：乌药一两，沉香五钱，人参三分甘草四分，研为细末，每次五分，入盐少许，生姜煎服。或加香附、砂仁、陈皮、半夏，或加枳壳、神曲、麦芽、莪术、青皮、木香，随宜加入。治疗一切气，除一切冷，调中补五脏，益精壮阳，暖腰膝。治疗呕泻，疗癖疼痛，风水毒肿，冷风麻痹及中恶心腹痛，蛊毒鬼气，宿食不消，天行瘴疫，膀肾冷气攻冲背膂，俯仰不利及妇人血气攻心，胃腹撮痛。
寒痛草蔻抽刀，热则连附莎芎；
草蔻丸：草豆蔻一钱四分，泽泻（小便数者减之）、麦芽各一钱半，半夏一钱，吴茱萸、益智仁、陈皮、僵蚕、人参、黄芪各八分，桃仁七枚，生甘草、炙甘草各三分，当归、青皮、神曲、僵黄、柴胡各四分，研为细末，蒸饼丸梧桐子大小。每次三十丸，白开水送下，食远斟酌多少用之。治疗客寒犯胃作痛，得热即止，热痛亦可暂服。
Chuanxiong Fuling Tang (Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Poria Decoction): Chi Fuling (Red Poria), Sangbaipi (Morus Alba Bark), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Guangui (Cassia Twig), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Gancao (Licorice Root) each 5 fen. Decoct with Jujube (Ziziphus Jujuba), take warm. If sweating is desired, assist with rice porridge. Treats Zhuobi (Bi Syndrome characterized by heavy dampness) lingering without going away, numbness of the four limbs, spasms, and edema.
Xuanming Shengma Tang (Xuanming Ephedra Decoction): Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome) 1.5 qian, Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Xijiao (Rhinoceros Horn - *Note: Substitute with Buffalo Horn in modern practice*), Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root), Guangui (Cassia Twig) each 2.5 fen. Decoct with Ginger, add a little Zhuli (Bamboo Sap), mix and take. Treats Rebi (Heat Bi Syndrome), also treats various Wind syndromes.
Juanbi Tang (Eliminate Bi Decoction): Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Chishao (Red Peony Root), Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Jianghuang (Turmeric Rhizome), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root) each 1.5 qian, Gancao (Licorice Root) 5 fen. Decoct with Ginger and Jujube, take warm. Treats Cold Bi of hands and feet, heaviness of waist and legs, general body pain, and stiffness of back and neck.
Chuanfu Wan (Chuanwu Pill): Chuanwu (Aconitum Carlemanii Root), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root), Guangui (Cassia Twig), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper), Changpu (Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome), Gancao (Licorice Root) each 1 liang, Gusuibu (Drynaria Rhizome), Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) each 5 qian. Grind into powder, make honey pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills before meals with warm wine, three times daily. Treats Qi Bi (Qi Stagnation Bi Syndrome).
Xuduan Wan (Dipsacus Pill): Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Xuduan (Dipsacus Root), Bixie (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome), Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root) each 1 liang, Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong) 7.5 qian, Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh) each 5 qian. Grind into powder, make honey pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 40 pills with warm wine or rice drink as desired. Treats Rheumatism flowing and accumulating, edema of four limbs, muscle paralysis.
Daoqi Tianma Huang: Sanmiao Wan (Three Marvels Pill) is definitely effective.
Daoqi Tang (Guiding Qi Decoction): Huangqi (Astragalus Root) 2 qian, Gancao (Licorice Root) 1.5 qian, Qingpi (Green Tangerine Peel) 1 qian, Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root), Guiwei (Angelica Sinensis Tail), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel) each 5 fen, Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry) 20 grains, Honghua (Safflower) a small amount. Decoct with water, take warm. This is a modification of Qingzao Tang (Clear Dryness Decoction). Treats numbness of both legs.
Xingshi Liuqi San (Moving Dampness and Circulating Qi Powder): Cangzhu (Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Chuanwu (Aconitum Carlemanii Root) each 1 liang, Yiyiren (Coix Seed) 2 liang, Bai Fuling (White Poria) 1.5 liang. Grind into powder. Take 2 qian with warm wine or Scallion Soup. Treats Bi syndrome caused by Wind-Cold-Dampness. Body feels like being clamped, numbness and insensitivity, or sore weakness of hands and feet.
Tianma Huangtang: Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome), Baishao (White Peony Root), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root), Fuling (Poria) each 3 fen, Renshen (Ginseng Root), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome) each 4 fen, Danggui (Angelica Sinensis) 5 fen, Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Gancao (Licorice Root), Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome), Gange (Kudzu Root), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Cangzhu (Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome) each 6 fen, Zexie (Alisma Rhizome) 7 fen, Chaihu (Bupleurum Root) 9 fen. Decoct with water, take warm. Treats numbness of hands and feet, accompanied by Wind syndrome.
Sanmiao Wan (Three Marvels Pill): Cangzhu (Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome) 6 liang, Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark) 4 liang, Niuxi (Achyranthes Root) 2 liang. Grind into powder, make pills with wine paste the size of paulownia seeds. Take 70 to 100 pills at once, send down with Ginger Soup or Salt Soup on an empty stomach. Treats Blood deficiency of the Three Yin, burning heat starting from the soles of feet spreading to waist and hips, and syndromes of damp-heat paralysis, pain, and flaccidity; all are effective. Another prescription adds Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Fangji (Stephania Root), Hu Jinggu (Tiger Tibia Bone - *Substitute in modern practice*), Guiban (Tortoise Plastron) each 1 liang, named Jiawei Sanmiao Wan (Modified Three Marvels Pill). For Blood deficiency, add Blood-tonifying herbs; for Qi deficiency, add Qi-tonifying herbs.
Jiu Zheng Huangjing Wan: Taking it is good. Collect on Dragon Boat Festival, Qixi Festival, or Double Ninth Festival. Wash off soil, pick leaves, dry them, spread in a steamer basket, sprinkle evenly with good wine and honey layer by layer, steam then dry, dry then steam, repeating this nine times. Grind into powder, make honey pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 40 pills with wine on an empty stomach. Treats stroke causing deviation of mouth and eyes, frequent spitting of phlegm-saliva, slurred speech, weak limbs, joint pain, weak waist and knees; also promotes Qi flow in Large Intestine and treats various Wind-Bi.
Qianjin Bama Tang: Applying externally is auspicious.
Use leaves in Spring/Summer, seeds in Autumn/Winter, 10-20 jin. Place in steamer over a large pot, steam until half-cooked, remove. Fold several feet of cotton cloth double, dip in the steaming liquid, remove, apply hot to affected area. Then place the previously steamed hot herb layer on top. When warm, replace with another layer of fresh herbs. Steam and change repeatedly until the patient sweats. Severe cases steam five times, mild cases three times to heal. Internally take Wind-dispersing and Blood-invigorating agents. Specifically treats rheumatic paralysis, numbness of hands and feet, hemiplegia, whole-body numbness and soreness, deviation of mouth and eyes; all are effective.
Ca Bi Fa (External Rubbing Method for Bi): Bama Zi (Castor Bean) 3 liang, Huo Dilong (Live Earthworm) 7, Gancao (Licorice Root), Gansui (Kansui Root) each 1 liang, Shexiang (Musk) 1 qian. Pound into a paste in a porcelain vessel, pack tight to prevent gas leakage. Before use, pound 1 liang each of Ginger and Scallion, wrap around affected area. Then dissolve an amount of this medicine the size of a chicken egg yolk in Ginger Juice, rub for half an hour, three times a day. Effective for 2-3 year cases, especially miraculous for women.
You Feng (Wandering Wind), refer to Zi Fuping (Purple Duckweed):
Dan Fuping Wan (Single Duckweed Pill): Spread Purple Back Duckweed on a bamboo sieve, dry under water, grind into powder, make honey pills the size of a bean. Dissolve one pill in Wine made by pouring water over Black Beans. Treats all Wind diseases, urticaria, purpura, vitiligo, painful/itchy stubborn numbness; also treats Hong Kong Foot (Podagra/Gout), trauma, whole-body paralysis.
Dan Cang'er Wan (Single Cocklebur Pill): On Dragon Boat Festival, take Cocklebur grass leaves, wash clean, dry, grind into powder, make honey pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 10 pills, three times daily with wine. Treats various Winds and Wind sores/urticaria, purpura, vitiligo; best for resolving food stagnation. If there are wind-affected areas on the body, or bumps like hemp/millet seeds, this is Wind-Toxin exiting; urgently prick with needle until yellow fluid drains out completely.
Gu Kusao Wan (Ancient Sophora and Soapberry Pill): Kushen (Sophora Root) powder 1 jin, use 2 jin Soapberry (Gleditsia Sinensis), soak in 1 dou water, rub to extract thick juice, remove dregs, boil into paste, mix with powder to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills with Jingjie (Schizonepeta) and Bohe (Mint) wine, or just wine. Treats Lung Wind, skin itching, or formation of urticaria/scabies and generalized Wind-Heat, fine rashes with pain/itch, extending to chest, neck, umbilicus, abdomen, and near genitals; excessive saliva/phlegm, insomnia at night.
Ban Zhen (Macules/Rashes), finely crush Huma Shi (Sesame Lice - *likely a typo for Sesame/Hemp*).
Huma San (Sesame Powder): Huma (Sesame Seed) 1.2 qian, Jingjie (Schizonepeta), Kushen (Sophora Root) each 8 qian, Heshouwu (Polygonum Multiflorum Root) 1 liang, Gancao (Licorice Root), Weilingxian (Syneilesis Root) each 1 qian. Grind into powder. Take 2 qian with Mint decoction, or Tea/Wine/Honey water. After taking medicine, bathe frequently; immediate effect upon sweating. Treats Spleen/Lung Wind-Toxin attacking, whole-body itching, or sores/urticaria, oozing not healing, wandering Wind on face, sensation like insects crawling, purple/white vitiligo stubborn numbness, Kidney Wind attacking, sores on feet/knees, etc.
Tiaozhong Shuxie Tang (Regulate Middle and Dispel Evil Decoction): Cangzhu (Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome) 1.5 qian, Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Sharen (Amomum Fruit), Huoxiang (Patchouli Leaf), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Gancao (Licorice Root), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Banxia (Pinellia Tuber), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus) each 1 qian, Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb), Guizhi (Cinnamon Twig) each 5 fen. Decoct with Ginger, take warm. Treats Yin Macules arising from internal injury and external contraction.
Tuzhu San (Earth Cinnabar Powder): Tuzhu (Earth Cinnabar), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) each 2 qian, Huashi (Talcum), Jingjie (Schizonepeta) each 1 qian. Grind into powder. Mix with Honey Water for application; ingestion is also possible. Treats Dan Du (Erysipelas).
Fuping Tang (Duckweed Decoction): Gan Fuping (Dried Duckweed) 4 liang, Han Fangji (Stephania Tetrandra Root) 5 qian. Decoct strongly, use hot liquid for fumigation then washing. Treats Red/White Vitiligo, all macules/rashes, scabies/tinea; miraculous effect.
Formula for Purple/Red Spiky Urticaria on Face/Nose: Liuhuang (Sulfur), Bai Fan (Alum) equal parts, Huangdan (Minium) a small amount. Grind into powder, mix with saliva for application, reapply before sleep.
Another Formula: Huangdan (Minium) 2 qian, Naosha (Sal Ammoniac) 5 fen, Badou (Croton Seed) 10 pieces, Bingyao (Medicated Cake) 1.5 qian. Grind into powder, put in jar, mix with Water/Wine, simmer slowly for 3-4 boils, remove. Add Duanshi (Calamine) 3 qian, mix well. Dip goose feather in medicine, rub red areas, once daily. Wash off as soon as slight swelling appears. Effective for nasal polyps, freckles, acne.
Formula for Freckles on Face: Shuangmei Rou (Frozen Plum Flesh), Yingtao Zhi (Cherry Branch), Zhuya Zao (Toothpick Soapberry), Zi Bei Fuping (Purple Back Duckweed) equal parts. Grind into powder. Use like normal face washing; spots will disappear naturally.
Formula for Sweat Spots: Ya Zao (Soapberry), Xionghuang (Realgar), Banxia (Pinellia Tuber), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper), Bidengqie (Long Pepper Fruit), Baifu Zi (Typhonium Rhizome) equal parts, Liuhuang (Sulfur), Xinshi (Arsenic Trioxide) small amounts. Grind into powder, mix with Vinegar, wrap in silk, rub.
Another Formula: Shuifen (Lead Carbonate), Liuhuang (Sulfur) equal parts, mix with Ginger Juice, rub. Effective after three times.
Ah! Prescriptions seek similar categories; medication relies on Heaven's hidden grace.
Ancient methods for Shanghan (Cold Damage) are particularly detailed. Violent Cold belongs to Kidney. Externally it first enters Skin/Hair; internally it directly congeals in Stomach/Abdomen.
Changyong Chonghan San (Commonly Used Cold-Chasing Powder): Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Caoguo (Black Cardamom Fruit) each 1.5 liang, Sharen (Amomum Fruit), Baijiang (White Ginger), Roudoukou (Nutmeg) each 7 qian, Huoxiang (Patchouli Leaf), Bai Fu (White Poria), Mutong (Akebia Stem), Wuyu (Evodia Fruit) each 3 qian. In Summer, remove Wuyu, add Bian Dou (Hyacinth Bean), swap Chi Fu (Red Poria). Grind into powder. One spoonful, take with warm wine, Ginger Soup, or Rice Drink as desired. Treats Cold-induced abdominal pain with diarrhea, or no diarrhea but poor appetite, weak Stomach fearing rich/greasy food, etc.
All coughs due to Wind-Cold; Huagai (Canopy) or Sanqi (Three Marvels) or fumigation;
Zhuke Wan (Cough Pill): Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Baiyaojian (Perilla Fruit Pill), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Banxia Qu (Pinellia Fermented), Hezi (Chebula Fruit), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome) equal parts. Make pills with Ginger Juice and Honey, take with White Water. General for all coughs; after releasing exterior in severe Wind-Cough, using this to eradicate root is excellent.
Huagai San (Canopy Powder): Suzi (Perilla Seed), Chi Fuling (Red Poria), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Sangbaipi (Morus Alba Bark), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb), Xingren (Apricot Seed) each 1 qian, Gancao (Licorice Root) 5 fen. Decoct with water, take warm. Treats Lung affected by Wind-Evil, cough with rebellious Qi, chest/diaphragm fullness/stuffiness, neck/back stiffness, dizzy head/eyes, nasal congestion/heavy voice, difficult phlegm-Qi.
Jiajian Sanqi Tang (Modified Three Marvels Decoction): Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Qingpi (Green Tangerine Peel), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Zisu (Perilla Leaf), Sangbaipi (Morus Alba Bark), Gancao (Licorice Root) each 5 fen, Banxia (Pinellia Tuber) 7 fen, Xingren (Apricot Seed) 3 fen, Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry) 4 fen. Decoct with Ginger. Treats Cough/Asthma with chest fullness.
Dan Shengjiang Wan (Single Fresh Ginger Pill): One ingredient baked dry, ground to powder, made into pills the size of Mustard Seed with Glutinous Rice Paste. Take 30 pills with Rice Drink on empty stomach. Treats Cold Cough.

Spread cooked Mugwort on paper, divide medicine into two portions, roll into tubes. Burn smoke, inhale into mouth, sip warm tea occasionally. Each tube lasts 3-4 nights. Stop when cough ceases. Treats Wind entering Lung, chronic cough not stopping.

Take "one character" dose, 3 slices Ginger, chew finely with White Water before sleep, close mouth and sleep immediately; cough stops, cold Phlegm will drain from chest/diaphragm, supplement with Congee. Treats Lung distension with asthma/fullness, rapid breathing/heavy body, and consumptive dry cough without phlegm.
Fengjiang Wan (Honeycomb-Ginger Pill): Qigen (Rubia Root), Jiangcan (Silkworm), Haifen (Sea Powder), Gualou Ren (Trichosanthes Seed), Xingren (Apricot Seed), Fengfang (Honeycomb), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) equal parts. Santong Wan (Disperse Pain Pill): Chen Cha (Aged Tea) 1 liang, Ruxiang (Frankincense) 5 qian. Grind into powder, make pills the size of Euryale Seed with Rabbit Blood from December. One pill, take with Light Vinegar Soup. Treats unbearable Heart Qi Pain.
Lingbin San (Spirit-Betel Powder): Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung), Binglang (Betel Nut) equal parts. Grind into powder. Take 3 qian with Changpu (Acorus) decoction. The night before, cook Pork with Salt/Sauce thoroughly, let patient chew finely, spit out do not swallow, then take medicine on empty stomach. Treats Heart/Spleen Worm Pain. This formula uses meat flavor to guide worm head upward, then uses medicine to kill worms.
