项上生疮如樱桃大，有五色，疮破则项皮断，但逐日饮牛乳，自消。寒热不止经日，后四肢坚如石，以物
击之，一似钟磬声，日渐瘦恶，用茱萸、木香等分煎汤饮，即愈。大肠头出寸余痛苦，直候干，自退落，又出，
名为截肠病。若肠尽，乃不治。但初截寸余，可治。用脂麻油器盛之，以臀坐之，饮大麻子汁数升愈。口鼻中
腥臭水流，以碗盛之，有铁色虾鱼如粳米大，走跃不住，以手捉之，即化为水，此肉坏矣。任意馔食鸡肉愈。
腹上麻痹不仁，多煮葱白吃之自愈。妇人小便中出大粪，名交肠。服五苓散效。如未尽愈，可用旧 头烧灰，
酒服之。两足心凸如肿，上面生黑色豆疮，硬如钉子钉了，履地不得，胫骨破碎，跟髓流出，身发寒颤，唯思
饮酒，此是肝肾气冷热相吞，用炮川乌头末敷之，煎韭子汤服效。凡腹胀，经久忽泻数升，昼夜不止，服药不
验，乃为气脱。用益智子煎浓汤服，立愈。四肢节脱，但有皮连，不能举动，名曰筋解。用酒浸黄芦三两，经
一宿，取出焙干为末，每服二钱，酒调下，服尽安。玉茎硬不痿，精流无歇，时时如针刺，捏之则脆，乃为肾
满漏疾。用韭子、破故纸各一两为末，每服三钱，水一盏，煎至六分，日三次饮之，愈则住服。咽喉间生肉，
层层相叠，渐渐肿起，不痛，多日乃有窍子，臭气自出，遂退饮食。用臭橘叶煎汤，连服愈。腹中如铁石，脐
中水出，旋变作虫行之状，绕身匝啄，痒痛难忍，拨扫不尽。用浓煎苍术汤浴之，以苍术末入麝香少许，水调
服痊。眼前常见诸般禽虫飞走，以手捉之则无，乃肝胆经为疾。用酸枣仁、羌活、玄明粉、青葙子花各一两为
末，每服二钱，水一大盏，煎至七分，和滓饮，一日三服。大肠虫出不断，断之复生，行坐不得。用鹤虱末，
水调五钱，服之自愈。眼睛垂出至鼻，如黑角色，痛不可忍，或时时大便血出，名曰肝胀。用羌活煎汁，服数盏
自愈。腹中有物作声，随人语言。用板蓝汁一盏，分五服服之。又名应声虫，当服雷丸自愈。有饮油五升以来
方始快意，长得吃则安，不尔则病。此是发入胃，被气血裹了，化为虫也。用雄黄半两为末，水调服，虫自出。
如虫活者，置于油中，逡巡间连油泼之长江。治卧于床，四肢不能动，只进得食，好大言，说吃物，谓之失说
物望病。治法∶如说食猪肉时，便云你吃猪肉一顿，病者闻之即喜，遂置肉令病患见，临要却不与吃，此乃失
他物望也，当自睡中涎出便愈。手十指节断坏，唯有筋连，无节肉，虫出如灯心，长数尺余，遍身绿毛卷，名
曰血余。以茯苓、胡黄连煎汤饮之愈。遍身忽皮底混混如波浪声，痒不可忍，抓之血出，不能解，谓之气奔。
以人参、苦杖、青盐、细辛各一两，作一服，水二碗，煎十数沸，去渣饮尽，便愈。眼白浑黑，见物依旧，毛
发直如铁条，虽能饮食，不语如醉，名曰血溃。用五灵脂为末二钱，酒调下。因着艾灸讫，大痂便退落，疮内
鲜肉片子飞如蝶形状，腾空去了，痛不可忍，是血肉俱热。用大黄、朴硝各半两为末，水调下，微利即愈。临
卧浑身虱出，约至五升，随至血肉俱坏，每宿渐多，痒痛不可言状，惟吃水卧床，昼夜号哭，舌尖出血不止，
身齿俱黑，唇动鼻开，但饮盐醋汤十数碗即安。眼赤鼻张大喘，浑身出斑，毛发如铜铁，乃胃中热毒瓦斯结于下
焦，用白矾、滑石各一两，为末，作一服，水三碗，煎至半，令不住饮，候尽乃安。有虫如蟹，走于皮下，作
声如小儿啼，为筋肉之化。用雷丸、雄黄各一两为末，掺在猪肉片上，炙熟吃尽自安。手足甲忽然长倒生肉刺，
如锥痛不可忍。吃葵菜自愈。鼻中毛出，昼夜可长一二尺，渐渐粗圆如绳，痛不可忍，虽忍痛摘去一茎，即后
更生，此因食猪羊血过多。遂用乳香 砂各一两为末，以饭丸梧桐子大，空心临卧各一服，水下十粒，自然退
落。面上及遍身生疮，似猫儿眼，有光彩，无脓血，但痛痒不常，饮食减少，久则透胫，名曰寒疮。多吃鱼鸡
韭葱自愈。胁破肠出臭秽。急以香油摸肠，用手送入，煎人参、枸杞淋之，皮自合矣。吃羊肾粥，十日即愈。
口鼻中气出，盘旋不散，涎如黑墨色，过十日，渐渐至肩胸与肉相连，坚胜金铁，无由饮食，此多因疟后得之。
煎泽泻汤日饮三盏，连服五日愈。遍身忽然肉出如锥，既痒且痛，不能饮食，此名血拥，若不速治，溃而脓出。
以赤皮葱烧灰淋洗，吃豉汤数盏自安。眉毛摇动，目不能视，交睫，唤之不应，但能饮食，有经日不效者。用
蒜三两，取汁，酒调下即愈。毛窃节次血出，若血不出，皮胀膨如鼓，须臾眼鼻口被气胀合，此名脉溢。饮生姜
水汁各一二盏即安。忽然气上喘，不能语言，口中汁流吐逆，齿皆摇动，气出转大则闷绝。苏复如是，名曰伤
寒并热霍乱。用大黄、人参末各半两，水三盏，煎至一盏，去滓热服可安。口内生肉球，臭恶自己恶见，有根
线长五寸余，如钗股，吐球出，饮食了，却吞其线，以手轻捏，痛彻于心，困不可言。用水调生麝香一钱，服
三日，验。浑身生燎泡，如甘棠梨，每个破出水，内有石一片如指甲大，泡复生，抽尽肌肉不可治。急用荆三
棱、蓬莪术各五两为末，分三服，酒调连进愈。头面发热，有光色，他人手近之如火烧。用蒜汁半两酒调下，
吐如蛇状遂安。人自觉自形作两人并卧，不别真假，不语，问亦无对，乃是离魂。用辰砂、人参、茯苓浓煎汤
服之，真者气爽，假者化也。男子自幼喜饮酒，至成丁后，日饮一二升不醉，片时无酒，叫呼不绝，全不进食，
日就羸弱。令其父用手巾缚住其手足，不令动摇，但扶少立，却取生辣酒一坛，就于其子口边打开，其酒气冲
入口中，病者必欲取饮，坚不可与之，须臾口中忽吐物一块，直下坛中，即用纸封裹坛口，用猛火烧滚，约酒
干一半，即开视之，其一块如猪肝样，约三两重，周遭有小孔如针眼不可数计，弃之于江，饮食复旧，虽滴酒
不能饮矣。夜间饮水，误吞水蛭入腹，经停月余，日必生下小蛭，能食人肝血，肠痛不可忍，面目黄瘦，全不
进食，若不早治，能令人死。用田中干泥一小块，小死鱼三四个，将猪脂溶搅匀，用巴豆十粒，去壳膜研烂，
入泥内为丸，绿豆大，用田中冷水吞下十丸，小儿只用三丸至五丸，须臾大小水蛭一时皆泻出，却以四物汤加
黄煎服，生血补理。（方见妇人门通治类。）妇人产后忽两乳伸长，细小如肠，垂下直过小肚，痛不可忍，
危亡须臾，名曰乳悬。将川芎、当归各二斤，半斤锉散，于瓦石器内用水浓煎，不拘时候，多少温服。余一
斤半，锉作大块，用香炉慢火逐渐烧烟，安在病患面前桌子下，要烟气在上不绝，令病患低头伏桌子上，将
口鼻及病乳常吸烟气，直候用此一料药尽，看病证如何。或未全安，略缩减，再用一料如前法煎服，及烧烟熏
吸必安。如用此二料已尽，虽两乳略缩上而不复旧，用冷水磨蓖麻子一粒，于头顶心上涂片时后洗去，则全安
矣。妇人临产服催生药，惊动太早，大肉离经，而用力太过，以致肓膜有伤，产后水道中垂出肉线一条，约
三四尺长，牵引心腹，痛不可忍，以手微动之，则痛欲绝。先服失笑散数服，仍用老姜三斤，净洗不去皮，于
石钵臼内研烂，用清油二斤拌匀，入锅内炒熟，以油干焦为度。先用熟绢段约五尺长，折作结方，令稳重妇人轻轻盛起
肉线，使
之屈曲作一团，纳在水平交道，却用绢袋兜裹，候油姜稍温，敷在肉在线熏，觉姜渐冷，又用熨斗火熨热，使之
常有姜气。如姜气已过，除去又用新者，如此熏熨一日一夜，其肉线已缩大半，再用前法，越两日，其肉缩尽
入腹中，其病全安，却再服失笑散、芎归汤补理，切不可使肉线断作两截，则不可医。
有人患劳瘵两年，诸药不效，一日闻肉味，其腹痛不可忍，又恐传染，移在空房，候其自终，经停三日，
病者腹痛气息将绝，思忆肉味之急，忽有人惠鸡子三枚，其病患俯仰取火，低头取瓦铫煎熟，吹火屡燃屡灭，
鼻中如有所碍，将熟间，忽嚏喷一声，有红线一条，自鼻中出，牵抽约二尺长，趋下瓦铫中。病患知是怪物，
急用碗覆煎铫中，尽力烧火不住，其铫欲裂方住火，开铫视之，乃是小虫一条，头目皆具，已 死如铁线样，
即以示家人，后弃之于江，其病即安。
居民逃避石室中，贼以烟火熏之欲死，迷闷中摸索得一束萝卜，嚼汁下咽而苏。又炭烟熏人，往往致死，
含萝卜一片着口中，烟气不能毒人，或预曝干为末，备用亦可。或新水擂烂干萝卜，饮之亦可。
自行 穿断舌心，血出不止，以米醋用鸡翎刷所断处，其血即止。仍用真蒲黄、杏仁去皮尖、硼砂少许，
研为细末，炼蜜调药，稀稠得所，噙化而安。
身上及头面肉上浮肿如蛇状者，用雨滴 磉上苔痕一钱，水化开涂蛇头上，立消。治病患齿无色，舌上白，
或喜唾，不知痛痒处，或下痢，宜急治下部。不晓此者，但攻其上，不以为意，则下部生虫食其肛，烂见五脏
便死。烧艾于管中熏下部，令烟入，更入少雄黄良。（《肘后方》）
有人被蜘蛛咬，腹大如孕妇，其家弃之，乞食于道，有僧遇之，教饮羊乳，未几日而平。（《古今录验》）
疗妖魅猫鬼病患不肯言鬼方。鹿角屑捣散，以水服方寸匕，即实言也。（《外台秘要》）
蛟龙子生在芹菜上，食之入腹，变成龙子，须慎之。用饧粳米、杏仁、乳饼煮粥食之三升，日三服，吐出
蛟龙子有两头。鬼击之病，得之无渐，卒者加刀刺状，胸胁腹内切痛不可抑按，或即吐血衄血下血，一名鬼排。
断白犬头，取热血一升饮之。
〔丹〕马希圣年五十余，性嗜酒，常痛饮不醉，糟粕出前窍，便溺出后窍，六脉皆沉涩，与四物汤加海金
沙、木香、槟榔、木通、桃仁服而愈。此人酒多气肆，酒升而不降，阳极虚，酒湿积久生热，煎熬血干，阴亦
大虚，阴阳偏虚，皆可补接。此人中年后阴阳虚时暂可活者，以其形实，酒中谷气尚在，三月后其人必死。后
果然。
颈部上方长出如樱桃大小的疮疡，呈现五色，疮破溃后颈部皮肤断裂，只要每天饮用牛奶，疮疡自然消退。寒热症状持续多日不止，随后四肢僵硬如石头，敲击时发出类似钟磬的声音，身体日渐消瘦枯槁，使用茱萸、木香各等分煎汤服用，即可痊愈。大肠末端脱出寸余，痛苦不堪，必须等待其干枯后自行脱落，若再次脱出，称为截肠病。如果肠道全部脱出，则无法医治。但若仅初脱寸余，尚可治疗。用盛有芝麻油的容器，让患者臀部坐在上面，并饮用大麻子汁数升，即可痊愈。口鼻中流出腥臭的水液，用碗承接，可见铁色的小虾鱼状物，大小如粳米，不停跳动，用手捕捉即化为水，这是肌肉腐烂的表现。随意食用鸡肉即可痊愈。腹部出现麻木不仁的症状，大量煮食葱白即可自愈。女性小便中排出大便，称为交肠病。服用五苓散有效。如果未完全痊愈，可用旧头巾烧成灰，用酒送服。双脚脚心凸起如肿胀，表面生出黑色豆状疮疡，坚硬如钉子钉入，无法行走，小腿骨破碎，脚跟骨髓流出，身体发冷颤抖，只想饮酒，这是肝肾之气冷热相互吞噬所致，使用炮制的川乌头粉末外敷，并煎服韭子汤，效果显著。凡是腹胀，经久不愈突然腹泻数升，昼夜不停，服药无效，这是气虚下陷（气脱）。使用益智子煎浓汤服用，立即痊愈。四肢关节脱位，仅有皮肤相连，不能活动，称为筋解。用酒浸泡黄芦三两，过夜后取出焙干研为粉末，每次服用二钱，用酒调服，服完即安。阴茎勃起不痿软，精液流出无休止，时常感觉如针刺般疼痛，捏之感觉脆硬，这是肾满漏疾。使用韭子、破故纸各一两研为粉末，每次服用三钱，用水一盏，煎至六分，每日三次服用，痊愈后停药。咽喉间长出肉赘，层层重叠，逐渐肿起，不痛，多日后才出现孔窍，恶臭气体从中溢出，导致食欲减退。使用臭橘叶煎汤，连续服用即可痊愈。腹中感觉如铁石般坚硬，脐中流出水液，随即变成虫行状，环绕身体啄咬，痒痛难忍，清扫不尽。用浓煎的苍术汤沐浴，并将苍术粉末加入少许麝香，用水调服，即可痊愈。眼前经常看到各种禽虫飞走，伸手去捉却什么都没有，这是肝胆经的疾病。使用酸枣仁、羌活、玄明粉、青葙子花各一两研为粉末，每次服用二钱，用水一大盏，煎至七分，连同药渣一起服用，每日三次。大肠寄生虫不断排出，切断后又再生，坐立不安。使用鹤虱粉末，用水调服五钱，即可自愈。眼睛下垂脱出至鼻尖，颜色如黑角色，疼痛难忍，或时常大便出血，称为肝胀。使用羌活煎汁，服用数杯即可自愈。腹中有物体发出声音，跟随人的语言发声。使用板蓝根汁一盏，分五次服用。这也被称为应声虫，应当服用雷丸即可自愈。有人喝了五升油之后才感到舒适，长期吃油则平安，否则就会生病。这是因为头发进入胃中，被气血包裹，化为了虫。使用雄黄半两研为粉末，用水调服，虫子自然会出来。如果虫子是活的，将其放入油中，片刻后将油和虫一起泼入长江。治疗卧床不起，四肢不能动，只能进食，喜欢说大话，谈论食物，称为失说物望病。治疗方法：当病人说想吃猪肉时，就说你吃了一顿猪肉，病人听了很高兴，于是把肉放在病人面前让他看，临到吃时却不给他吃，这就是失去了他对食物的期望，他会在睡梦中流口水而痊愈。手指十个指节断裂损坏，只有筋相连，没有节肉，虫子像灯芯草一样伸出，长达数尺，全身长满绿色卷毛，称为血余。用茯苓、胡黄连煎汤服用即可痊愈。全身忽然皮下发出混混如波浪的声音，痒得不可忍受，抓破流血也无法缓解，称为气奔。用人参、苦杖、青盐、细辛各一两，作为一剂，用水两碗，煎煮十几沸，去渣饮尽，即可痊愈。眼白浑浊变黑，视力依旧，毛发直立如铁条，虽然能饮食，但不说话如同醉酒，称为血溃。使用五灵脂二钱研为粉末，用酒调服。因为艾灸后，大痂皮脱落，疮内鲜红的肉片飞舞如蝴蝶形状，腾空而去，疼痛难忍，这是血肉俱热。使用大黄、朴硝各半两研为粉末，用水调服，轻微腹泻即可痊愈。临睡前浑身爬出虱子，约有五升之多，随之血肉俱坏，每晚逐渐增多，痒痛难以言表，只能喝水卧床，昼夜号哭，舌尖出血不止，牙齿和身体变黑，嘴唇颤动鼻孔张开，只要饮用盐醋汤十几碗即可安宁。眼睛红赤，鼻子张大喘息，浑身出斑，毛发如铜铁，这是胃中热毒瓦斯结聚于下焦，使用白矾、滑石各一两研为粉末，作为一剂，用水三碗，煎至一半，令其不停饮用，直到喝完才安宁。有虫子如螃蟹，在皮下爬行，发出声音像婴儿啼哭，这是筋肉所化。使用雷丸、雄黄各一两研为粉末，撒在猪肉片上，烤熟吃尽即可安宁。手足指甲忽然倒长肉刺，如锥子刺痛，疼痛难忍。吃葵菜即可自愈。鼻中长出毛发，昼夜可长一二尺，渐渐变粗圆如绳子，疼痛难忍，即使忍着痛拔掉一根，之后又会长出，这是因为吃了过多的猪羊血。于是使用乳香、砂各一两研为粉末，用饭做成梧桐子大小的丸药，空腹和睡前各服一次，用水送服十粒，自然会脱落。面部及全身长出疮疡，似猫儿眼，有光泽，无脓血，但痛痒无常，饮食减少，久了会穿透胫骨，称为寒疮。多吃鱼、鸡、韭菜、葱即可自愈。胁部破裂，肠子流出且气味臭秽。急忙用香油涂抹肠子，用手送入体内，煎人参、枸杞淋洗，皮肤自然会愈合。吃羊肾粥，十天即可痊愈。口鼻中呼出的气体盘旋不散，涎液如黑墨色，超过十天，渐渐蔓延至肩胸并与肉相连，坚硬胜过金铁，无法饮食，这多因疟疾后获得。煎泽泻汤每日饮用三杯，连续服用五天即可痊愈。全身忽然长出如锥状的肉突起，既痒又痛，无法饮食，这称为血拥，如果不迅速治疗，会溃烂流脓。用赤皮葱烧成灰淋洗，喝几杯豉汤即可安宁。眉毛摇动，眼睛不能视物，眼睑闭合，呼唤不应答，但能饮食，有的经过几天无效。使用蒜三两，取汁，用酒调服即可痊愈。毛孔依次出血，如果血不出，皮肤膨胀如鼓，片刻后眼鼻口被气胀合，这称为脉溢。饮用生姜水汁各一二杯即可安宁。忽然气逆上喘，不能说话，口中津液流出呕吐，牙齿松动，气出变大则昏厥。苏醒后如此，称为伤寒并热霍乱。使用大黄、人参末各半两，用水三盏，煎至一盏，去渣热服即可安宁。口腔内生肉球，气味恶臭，自己厌恶看见，有根线长五寸余，如钗股，吐出肉球，吃完饭后，却吞下那根线，用手轻捏，疼痛彻心，困苦不堪。用水调服生麝香一钱，服用三天，见效。全身生出燎泡，如甘棠梨，每个破溃出水，里面有一片指甲大的石头，泡重新生成，抽尽肌肉则无法医治。急忙使用荆三棱、蓬莪术各五两研为粉末，分三次服用，用酒调服连续进补即可痊愈。头面发热，有光色，他人手靠近如火烧。使用蒜汁半两，用酒调服，吐出如蛇状遂即安宁。人自觉自己的形体变成两个人并排躺着，分不清真假，不说话，问也不回答，这是离魂症。使用辰砂、人参、茯苓浓煎汤服用，真者神气清爽，假者消散。男子从小喜欢饮酒，成年后每天饮一二升也不醉，片刻没酒就呼叫不绝，完全不进食，日渐消瘦虚弱。让其父亲用手巾绑住他的手脚，不让动摇，只扶着他稍微站立，然后取一坛生辣酒，就在儿子嘴边打开，酒气冲入口中，病人必定想喝，坚决不给他，片刻后口中忽然吐出一块东西，直落坛中，立即用纸封裹坛口，用猛火烧滚，约酒干一半，打开查看，那块东西如猪肝样，约三两重，周围有小孔如针眼无数，丢弃到江中，饮食恢复如常，虽然滴酒也不能再喝了。夜间饮水，误吞水蛭入腹，停留一个多月，每天必生下小水蛭，能吃人肝血，肠痛难忍，面目黄瘦，完全不进食，如果不早治疗，能令人死亡。使用田中干泥一小块，小死鱼三四个，将猪脂溶化搅匀，用巴豆十粒，去壳膜研烂，混入泥中做成丸药，绿豆大小，用田中冷水吞服十丸，小儿只用三丸至五丸，片刻后大小水蛭一时都泻出，然后用四物汤加黄芩煎服，生血补理。（方剂见妇人门通治类。）妇人产后忽然两乳房伸长，细小如肠，垂下直过小腹，疼痛难忍，危在旦夕，称为乳悬。将川芎、当归各二斤，半斤切碎，在瓦石器内用水浓煎，不拘时候，多少温服。剩下一斤半，切碎成大块，用香炉慢火逐渐烧烟，安放在病患面前的桌子下，要使烟气在上不绝，让病患低头伏在桌子上，将口鼻及病乳常吸烟气，直到用完这一料药，看病情如何。如果未全好，略微缩减剂量，再用一料按前法煎服，及烧烟熏吸必好。如果用这两料药已用完，虽然两乳房略缩回但不复原，用冷水磨蓖麻子一粒，涂在头顶心上，片刻后洗去，则完全安好。妇人临产服用催生药，惊动太早，大肉离经，而用力太过，以致肓膜有伤，产后水道中垂出一条肉线，约三四尺长，牵引心腹，疼痛难忍，用手微动它，则痛欲绝。先服用失笑散几次，仍用老姜三斤，洗净不去皮，在石钵臼内研烂，用清油二斤拌匀，入锅内炒熟，以油干焦为度。先用熟绢段约五尺长，折作结方，让稳重的妇人轻轻托起肉线，使之屈曲作一团，放在水平交道处，却用绢袋兜裹，候油姜稍温，敷在肉线上熏，觉得姜渐冷，又用熨斗火熨热，使之常有姜气。如果姜气已过，除去又用新的，如此熏熨一日一夜，其肉线已缩大半，再用前法，过两天，其肉缩尽入腹中，其病全好，却再服用失笑散、芎归汤补理，切不可使肉线断作两截，则不可医。有人患劳瘵两年，诸药无效，一天闻到肉味，腹痛难忍，又恐传染，移到空房，等待其自终，过了三天，病人腹痛气息将绝，思念肉味的急切，忽然有人赠送鸡蛋三个，病人俯仰取火，低头取瓦铫煎熟，吹火屡次点燃屡次熄灭，鼻中如有阻碍，将熟时，忽然喷嚏一声，有一条红线从鼻中伸出，牵拉约二尺长，落入瓦铫中。病人知道是怪物，急忙用碗覆盖煎铫中，尽力烧火不停，铫子快要裂开才停火，打开铫子查看，乃是一条小虫，头目皆具，已死如铁线样，即展示给家人看，后丢弃到江中，其病即安。居民逃避到石室中，贼人以烟火熏烤欲置其于死地，迷闷中摸索得一束萝卜，嚼汁咽下而苏醒。另外炭烟熏人，往往致死，含一片萝卜在口中，烟气不能毒害人，或者预先晒干研为粉末，备用也可以。或者新水擂烂干萝卜，饮用也可以。自行割断舌心，血流不止，用米醋用鸡翎刷所断处，其血即止。仍用真蒲黄、杏仁去皮尖、硼砂少许，研为细末，炼蜜调药，稀稠适中，含化而安。身上及头面肉上浮肿如蛇状者，用雨滴落在柱础上的苔痕一钱，用水化开涂在蛇头上，立即消退。治病患齿无色，舌上白，或喜唾，不知痛痒处，或下痢，宜急治下部。不懂此理的，只攻其上，不以为意，则下部生虫食其肛，烂见五脏便死。烧艾于管中熏下部，令烟入，更入少雄黄良。（《肘后方》）有人被蜘蛛咬，腹大如孕妇，其家抛弃他，乞食于道，有僧人遇到他，教饮羊乳，未几日而平。（《古今录验》）疗妖魅猫鬼病患不肯言鬼方。鹿角屑捣散，以水服方寸匕，即实言也。（《外台秘要》）蛟龙子生在芹菜上，食之入腹，变成龙子，须慎之。用饧粳米、杏仁、乳饼煮粥食之三升，日三服，吐出蛟龙子有两头。鬼击之病，得之无渐，卒者加刀刺状，胸胁腹内切痛不可抑按，或即吐血衄血下血，一名鬼排。断白犬头，取热血一升饮之。
[丹]马希圣年五十余，性嗜酒，常痛饮不醉，糟粕出前窍，便溺出后窍，六脉皆沉涩，与四物汤加海金沙、木香、槟榔、木通、桃仁服而愈。此人酒多气肆，酒升而不降，阳极虚，酒湿积久生热，煎熬血干，阴亦大虚，阴阳偏虚，皆可补接。此人中年后阴阳虚时暂可活者，以其形实，酒中谷气尚在，三月后其人必死。后果然。
A sore the size of a cherry grows on the upper neck, presenting five colors. Once the sore breaks and the neck skin is severed, daily drinking of cow's milk will cause it to resolve spontaneously. If chills and fever persist for days without cessation, followed by limbs becoming hard as stone, producing a sound like bells or chimes when struck, and with gradual emaciation, decocting equal parts of Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu) and Costus Root (Muxiang) in water and drinking it will lead to recovery. If the rectum protrudes more than one cun with severe pain, waiting for it to dry and fall off naturally, only to recur, is termed "Jiechang Disease" (Intestinal Amputation Disease). If the entire intestine protrudes, it is incurable; however, if only an inch or two protrudes initially, it is treatable. Place sesame oil in a vessel and have the patient sit on it with their buttocks, while drinking several sheng of hemp seed juice will cure it. A foul-smelling watery fluid flows from the mouth and nose; collecting it in a bowl reveals iron-colored shrimp-like fish, the size of rice grains, jumping incessantly. Catching them with hands turns them into water, indicating muscle necrosis. Eating chicken meat at will will cure this. Numbness and insensitivity on the abdomen can be cured by consuming large amounts of boiled scallion whites. In women, defecation through the urethra is named "Jiaochang" (Crossed Intestines). Taking Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria) is effective. If not fully cured, burning old headscarves to ash and taking them with wine works. The soles of both feet bulge like swelling, with black bean-like sores appearing on top, hard as nails driven in, preventing walking. The tibia fractures, heel marrow flows out, the body shakes with cold, and there is a strong desire for alcohol. This is caused by the conflicting hot and cold qi of the Liver and Kidney. Applying powdered prepared Sichuan Aconite Root (Chuanwu) externally and drinking Decoction of Allii Tuberosi Seeds (Jiu Zi) internally is effective. For abdominal distension that persists and suddenly leads to profuse diarrhea of several sheng, day and night, unresponsive to medication, this is Qi Collapse (Qi Tuo). Drinking thick decoction of Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit (Yizhi Ren) brings immediate recovery. Dislocation of limb joints where only skin remains connecting them, rendering movement impossible, is called "Jinjie" (Sinew Unbinding). Soaking three liang of Huanglu (likely referring to a specific root, possibly *Asparagus* or similar contextually) in wine overnight, drying, powdering, and taking two qian mixed with wine cures it. Persistent penile erection without flaccidity, continuous seminal emission, frequent needle-like pain upon palpation, and brittle hardness indicate "Shen Man Lou Ji" (Kidney Fullness and Leakage Disorder). Taking powders of Allii Tuberosi Seeds (Jiu Zi) and Psoralea Fructus (Puguzhi), one liang each, three qian per dose, decocted in one cup of water to six-tenths, taken three times daily until cured, then stopping, is effective. Flesh growths in the throat, layered and gradually swelling without pain, developing orifices after many days emitting foul odor and reducing appetite, are cured by continuously drinking decoction of Foliage of Aurantium Indica (Chou Ju Ye). Abdominal hardness like iron or stone, with water flowing from the umbilicus turning into worm-like movements circling the body causing unbearable itching and pain, is treated by bathing in strong decoction of Atractylodes Rhizome (Cang Zhu) and taking Cang Zhu powder mixed with a little Moschus (Shexiang) dissolved in water. Visual hallucinations of flying birds and insects that vanish upon reaching for them indicate a disorder of the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. Taking powders of Ziziphus Seed (Suanzaoren), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo), Mirabilite (Xuanmingfen), and Celosia Flower (Qingxianghua), one liang each, two qian per dose, decocted in a large cup of water to seven-tenths, taken with dregs three times daily, cures it. Rectal worms that regenerate after being cut, causing restlessness, are cured by taking five qian of Carpesium Seed (Heshi) powder mixed with water. Eyelids prolapse to the tip of the nose, black in color, with unbearable pain or frequent bloody stools, is named "Ganzhang" (Liver Distension). Drinking decoction of Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo) in several cups cures it. An object in the abdomen making sounds echoing human speech is known as "Yingsheng Chong" (Echoing Sound Worm). Drinking one cup of Isatis Root (Banlan) juice divided into five doses, or taking Pill of Omphalia (Leiwang), cures it. Consuming five sheng of oil brings relief; long-term consumption ensures health, otherwise illness arises. This is hair entering the stomach, wrapped by blood and qi, transforming into a worm. Taking half a liang of Realgar (Xionghuang) powder mixed with water expels the worm. Live worms placed in oil and thrown into the Yangtze River disappear. Bedridden patients unable to move limbs but able to eat, who boast about food, suffer from "Shishuo Wangbing" (Loss of Food Expectation Disease). When they speak of eating pork, tell them they have eaten a meal of pork; seeing the meat but not being allowed to eat it causes them to salivate in sleep and recover. Broken finger joints connected only by sinews, with worm-like extrusions resembling rush pith, long and green-haired, is called "Xueyu". Decoction of Poria (Fuling) and Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian) cures it. Subcutaneous wave-like sounds over the whole body with unbearable itching and bleeding upon scratching is "Qiben". Taking one dose of Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Gentiana Scabra (Kuzhang), Green Salt (Qingyan), and Asarum Root (Xixin), each one liang, decocted in two bowls of water, strained and drunk, cures it. Cloudy black sclera with preserved vision, stiff hair like iron rods, muttering like a drunkard despite eating, is "Xuekui". Taking two qian of Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi) powder mixed with wine cures it. After moxibustion, if scabs fall off revealing fresh flesh flying like butterflies with unbearable pain, indicating heat in blood and flesh, taking half a liang each of Rhubarb (Dahuang) and Mirabilite (Piaoxiao) powder mixed with water, inducing mild purgation, cures it. Lying down at night, thousands of lice emerge, worsening tissue damage, with uncontrollable itching/pain, weeping day and night, bleeding tongue tip, black teeth/body, moving lips/open nostrils. Drinking salt-vinegar soup resolves it. Red eyes, enlarged nostrils, panting, body spots, copper-like hair indicates Heat-Toxin accumulation in the Lower Jiao due to Stomach heat. Taking alum (Baifan) and Talcum (Huashi) powder, one liang each, decocted in three bowls of water to half, consumed continuously, resolves it. Crab-like worms moving under skin making infant crying sounds are transformations of muscles/flesh. Taking Pill of Omphalia (Leiwang) and Realgar (Xionghuang) powder, one liang each, sprinkled on roasted pork slices, cures it. Sudden ingrown toenails causing cone-like piercing pain are cured by eating Malva Vegetables (Kuicai). Nose hairs growing rapidly like ropes causing pain, recurring after plucking due to excessive pig/sheep blood consumption, are cured by pills of Frankincense (Ruxiang) and Sand (Sha), made with rice paste, taken with water. Skin ulcers resembling cat eyes, shiny, no pus/blood, variable pain/itch, reduced diet, penetrating shins, are "Hanchuang" (Cold Ulcers). Eating fish, chicken, garlic, and leeks cures them. Ruptured ribs with eviscerated foul intestines require immediate application of sesame oil and manual reduction, followed by pouring decoction of Ginseng Radix (Renshen) and Goji Berry (Gouqi); eating lamb kidney porridge cures it within ten days. Swirling breath from mouth/nose with black ink-like saliva spreading to shoulders/chest, hard as metal, preventing eating after malaria, is cured by drinking Ze Xie Tang (Alisma Decoction) three cups daily for five days. Sudden conical flesh protuberances on the body, painful/itchy, preventing eating, is "Xue Yong" (Blood Congestion). Without rapid treatment, it suppurates. Washing with ash from red onion and drinking fermented soybean tea (Chi Tang) relieves it. Trembling eyebrows, blindness, closed eyelids, unresponsiveness but able to eat, is cured by garlic juice mixed with wine. Spontaneous bleeding from pores causing drum-like swelling and closure of orifices by gas is "Maiyi". Drinking ginger juice relieves it. Sudden dyspnea, aphasia, drooling, loose teeth, and syncope upon deep breathing, recovering similarly, is "Shanghan Bing Re Huoluan" (Cold Damage complicated by Hot Cholera). Taking Rhubarb (Dahuang) and Ginseng Radix (Renshen) powder, half a liang each, decocted in three cups of water to one cup, taken hot, relieves it. Oral fleshy balls with foul odor, rooted, with a five-cun thread like a hairpin, swallowing the thread causes heart-piercing pain. Taking Musket (Shexiang) powder mixed with water for three days is effective. Generalized blisters like pears containing nail-sized stones upon rupture, with muscle wasting, is incurable. Rapidly taking Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Jingsanleng) and Turmeric Rhizome (Peng'ezhu) powder, five liang each, divided into three doses with wine, cures it. Feverish face with radiant heat felt by others is cured by garlic juice mixed with wine, inducing snake-like vomiting. Perception of dual existence, inability to distinguish reality, mutism, is "Lihun" (Separate Soul). Taking Cinnabar (Chensha), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), and Poria (Fuling) decoction clarifies the true self and dissipates the false. Chronic alcoholism in men, leading to emaciation and agitation without alcohol, is cured by binding limbs, exposing raw strong wine to the patient's nose until they vomit a liver-like mass with numerous holes, which is discarded in the river, restoring normal diet and aversion to alcohol. Accidental ingestion of leeches causing monthly birth of small leeches feeding on liver blood, intestinal pain, jaundice, and anorexia, is cured by pills of dried mud, dead fish, lard, and castor beans (Badou), swallowed with field water, followed by Siwu Tang plus Scutellaria (Huangqin) to nourish blood. Postpartum elongation of breasts hanging like intestines below the navel with severe pain, "Ruxuan", is treated by decocting Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) and Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui), half drunk, half burned for smoke inhalation by the patient leaning over the source. If unresolved, apply crushed castor bean (Bimazi) to the vertex. Prolapsed uterine membrane post-partum due to premature induction and excessive effort, pulling heart/abdomen with pain, is treated first with Shixiao San, then applying warm ginger-oil mixture via fumigation and ironing for a day and night to retract the tissue, followed by Bu Li (Supplementing Regulation) with Shixiao San and Xiong Gui Tang. Do not let the tissue break. Consumption disease (Laizhai) for two years unresponsive to drugs, relieved by smelling meat, resolving with sneezing out a red-thread-like worm after cooking eggs, is cured by discarding the worm. Residents escaping stone rooms from smoke inhalation recover by chewing radish. Radish prevents carbon monoxide poisoning. Self-inflicted tongue severing with bleeding is stopped by brushing vinegar on the wound, followed by holding powder of Polygonatum (Puhuang), Apricot Kernel (Xingren), and Borax (Pengsha) in honey.
