下向外上转，循臂内入肘内，下行两筋之间入掌中，循
中指出其端而终。
【方歌】少阳三焦四指端，手腕臂外两骨间，贯肘上肩项耳后，
上绕耳前动脉间。
【注】手少阳三焦经，起于手小指次指之外侧，去爪甲角如韭
叶许，由小指次指岐骨之间，上行手腕臂外两骨中间，
贯肘上肩；由肩上项至耳后，上绕耳上角，下循耳前动
脉而终。
【方歌】少阳胆经起外眦，绕耳前后上额颅，巅后颈肩腋季胁，
跨膝踝跗小指出。
【注】足少阳胆经，起于目外眦，斜贯耳前，循行耳后，上抵
额颅，至巅后行颈侧，过肩下腋，走身侧之季胁，下腿
跨，行膝之外，至外踝之前，内行足跗，至足小指次指
之外侧，去爪甲角如韭叶许而终。
【方歌】厥阴肝经起聚毛，循行足跗内踝间，上腘环阴器季胁，
上行乳下二肋端。
【注】足厥阴肝经，起于足大指后，去爪甲韭叶聚毛虚，循行
足跗上面，走内踝，上行腘〔月专〕过膝，直上环阴器
，向外湾行至季肋内，斜上行直乳下二肋端而终。
【方歌】任脉起于两阴中，上行毛际腹中行，颈下结喉中央上，
唇棱下陷承浆名。
【注】任脉起于前阴、后阴之中间，前行横骨，上行毛际，由
毛际直上腹之中行，上行颈下结喉上之中央，由结喉上
行至下唇棱下陷中而终。
【方歌】厥阴心包经从腋下起始，沿腋下外侧、上臂内侧行走，进入肘部后下行于两筋之间，进入手掌直达中指末端停止。
【注】手厥阴心包络经，起始于腋下三寸处，乳外侧约一寸许，从腋下向外上方转折，沿手臂内侧进入肘内，下行于两筋之间进入掌心，循行至中指尖端结束。
【方歌】少阳三焦经起始于第四指（无名指）末端，行于手腕及前臂外侧两骨之间，贯穿肘部上行至肩部、颈部及耳后，向上环绕耳前动脉之间。
【注】手少阳三焦经，起始于手小指与无名指外侧，距离指甲角如韭菜叶宽处，由小指与无名指掌骨间隙，上行至手腕及前臂外侧两骨中间，贯穿肘部上行至肩部；由肩部经过颈部至耳后，向上环绕耳上角，向下沿耳前动脉终止。
【方歌】少阳胆经起始于目外眦，环绕耳前耳后上行至额颅，经过巅顶后方、颈侧、肩部、腋部及季胁，跨越膝盖、踝部、足背，止于足小趾与次趾外侧。
【注】足少阳胆经，起始于目外眦，斜向穿过耳前，循行于耳后，上行抵至额颅，至巅顶后方行于颈侧，经过肩部下行至腋部，沿身体侧面至季胁，下行至大腿跨部，行于膝外侧，至外踝之前，向内行于足背，至足小趾与次趾外侧，距离指甲角如韭菜叶宽处终止。
【方歌】厥阴肝经起始于阴毛聚集处，循行于足背及内踝之间，上行至腘窝、环绕生殖器至季胁，上行至乳房下方第二肋骨端。
【注】足厥阴肝经，起始于足大趾后方，距离指甲韭菜叶宽处的阴毛稀疏处，循行于足背上面，走内踝，上行至腘窝经过膝盖，直上环绕生殖器，向外弯曲行至季肋内侧，斜向上行直达乳房下方第二肋骨端而终止。
【方歌】任脉起始于两阴之间，上行至阴毛际腹部正中，颈下结喉中央向上，至下唇棱下凹陷处名为承浆。
【注】任脉起始于前阴和后阴的中间，前行至横骨，上行至阴毛际，由阴毛际直上腹部正中，上行至颈下结喉上方的中央，由结喉上行至下唇棱下的凹陷中而终止。
[Formula Song] The Jueyin Pericardium Channel originates from the axilla, travels along the lateral aspect of the axilla and the medial aspect of the upper arm, enters the elbow and descends between the two tendons, enters the palm, and terminates at the tip of the middle finger.
[Note] The Hand-Jueyin Pericardium Channel (Shoujueyin Xinbao Jing) originates three cun below the axilla, approximately one cun lateral to the nipple. It turns outward and upward from the axilla, follows the medial aspect of the arm into the elbow, descends between the two tendons into the palm, and terminates at the tip of the middle finger.
[Formula Song] The Shaoyang Sanjiao Channel originates at the tip of the fourth finger (ring finger), travels between the two bones on the lateral aspect of the wrist and forearm, passes through the elbow and ascends to the shoulder, neck, and behind the ear, winding above the ear anteriorly between the arteries.
[Note] The Hand-Shaoyang Sanjiao Channel (Shoushaoyang Sanjiao Jing) originates on the lateral side of the ring finger, about the width of a leek leaf from the corner of the nail. From the interosseous space between the little and ring fingers, it ascends to the middle of the two bones on the lateral aspect of the wrist and forearm, passes through the elbow and ascends to the shoulder; from the shoulder, it passes through the neck to behind the ear, winds upward over the upper angle of the ear, and terminates by descending along the artery in front of the ear.
[Formula Song] The Shaoyang Gallbladder Channel originates at the outer canthus of the eye, winds around the front and back of the ear to ascend to the forehead and vertex, passes behind the vertex, down the neck and shoulder, into the axilla and hypochondrium, crosses the knee and ankle, traverses the dorsum of the foot, and exits at the lateral side of the little toe and second toe.
[Note] The Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Channel (Zushaoyang Dan Jing) originates at the outer canthus of the eye, obliquely crosses the front of the ear, travels behind the ear, ascends to reach the forehead and vertex, travels down the lateral neck behind the vertex, passes the shoulder and descends into the axilla, runs along the lateral body to the hypochondrium, descends to the thigh/crotch, runs along the lateral side of the knee, reaches the anterior aspect of the lateral malleolus, moves inward to the dorsum of the foot, reaches the lateral side of the little toe and second toe, and terminates about the width of a leek leaf from the corner of the nail.
[Formula Song] The Jueyin Liver Channel originates at the pubic hair region, travels along the dorsum of the foot and between the medial malleolus, ascends to the popliteal fossa, circles the genitalia to the hypochondrium, ascends to the lower end of the second rib beneath the breast.
[Note] The Foot-Jueyin Liver Channel (Zujueyin Gan Jing) originates posterior to the big toe, in the sparse hair area about the width of a leek leaf from the nail, travels along the dorsal surface of the foot, passes the medial malleolus, ascends to the popliteal fossa [gu], passes the knee, ascends straight to circle the genitalia, curves outward to the medial aspect of the hypochondrium, and ascends obliquely to terminate at the lower end of the second rib beneath the breast.
[Formula Song] The Ren Mai (Conception Vessel) originates between the two yin organs (external genitalia), ascends to the pubic hair region along the midline of the abdomen, ascends centrally below the neck at the larynx, and ends at the depression below the lower lip ridge named Chengjiang.
[Note] The Ren Mai (Conception Vessel) originates between the anterior and posterior orifices, moves forward to the pubic bone, ascends to the pubic hair region, goes straight up the midline of the abdomen from the pubic hair, ascends to the center above the hyoid bone/larynx below the neck, and ascends from the larynx to the depression below the ridge of the lower lip to terminate.
