上为末蜜和丸如弹子大每服一丸姜汤化下
治疗惊风、发热、气喘急促、痰多壅盛：
雄黄、朱砂、蝉蜕、全蝎（炒制）、僵蚕（炒制）、天南星、白附子（各一钱），轻粉（五分）。
研为细末，用米糊制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用十五丸，用清茶送服。
○ 哮喘奇方
雄黄（一钱）、寒水石（二钱）、鹅管石（一钱五分）、半夏（三钱）、信石（五分）、绿豆粉（五钱）。
以上药物研为细末，用姜汁调糊制成如麻子大小的丸剂。临睡前用清茶送服，根据患者年龄大小调整用量。
治疗痰喘症，无论成人小儿皆可使用：
大半夏（汤泡七次，一两）、白附子（洗净略加炮制，一两）、川乌（去皮尖并炮制，一两）、天南星（洗净略加炮制，一两）、天麻（一两）、全蝎（汤炮去蓝毒，一两）。
以上药物研为细末，用姜汁打糊和药制成如麻子大小的丸剂。根据患者年龄大小调整用量，饭后用清茶送服。
治疗小儿肺虚有痰引起的喘息咳嗽：
人参（五钱）、半夏（汤泡后用姜汁浸泡，一两）、甘草（炙制，三钱）、天南星（炮制，一两）。
以上药物研为细末，用姜汁调糊制成如黍米大小的丸剂。根据患者年龄大小调整用量，用姜汤送服。
○ 脾胃病证
治疗小儿受冷邪损伤脾胃导致的腹痛、呕吐、腹泻：
木香（五钱）、苍术（炒制，一两）、甘草（炙制，三钱）、干姜（炮制，五钱）、浓朴、人参（各七钱）、陈皮（一两五钱）、香附（七钱五分）、白术（一两）。
以上药物研为细末，用蜂蜜调和制成如弹子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用姜汤化开送服。
砂仁、陈皮、三棱、蓬术、神曲、麦芽、香附（各等分）。
以上药物研为细末，用米糊制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用二三丸，用紫苏汤送服。
To treat fright-heat, panting, urgency of breathing, and excessive phlegm:
Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Chantui (Cicada Slough), Quanxie (Scorpio, stir-fried), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried), Nanting (Arisaema Cum Bile), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) (each 1 qian), Qingfen (Calomel, 0.5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix with rice paste to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 15 pills per dose, washed down with clear tea.
To treat panting and urgency of breathing caused by excessive phlegm-saliva: This is the Qingjin Dan formula, see previous section.
○ Strange Formula for Asthma
Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 qian), Hanshuishi (Calcitritum, 2 qian), Guanguanshi (Guan Stone, 1.5 qian), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, 3 qian), Xinshi (Arsenolite, 0.5 qian), Ludoufen (Mung Bean Powder, 5 qian).
Grind the above into fine powder, use ginger juice mixed with paste to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take before going to bed, washed down with clear tea; adjust dosage according to age.
To treat phlegm-panting syndrome, applicable to both adults and children:
Dabanxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, soaked in water seven times, 1 liang), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, cleaned and slightly processed, 1 liang), Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix, skin and tip removed, processed, 1 liang), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, cleaned and slightly processed, 1 liang), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, 1 liang), Quanxie (Scorpio, processed in water to remove blue toxicity, 1 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, use ginger juice to make paste and mix with medicine to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Adjust dosage according to age; take after meals, washed down with clear tea.
To treat panting and coughing in children due to lung deficiency with phlegm:
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 5 qian), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, soaked in water then浸 in ginger juice, 1 liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, 3 qian), Nanting (Arisaema Cum Bile, processed, 1 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, use ginger juice mixed with paste to form pills the size of millet grains. Adjust dosage according to age; take with ginger decoction.
○ Spleen and Stomach Disorders
To treat abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea in children caused by cold injury damaging the spleen and stomach:
Muxiang (Costi Radix, 5 qian), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, stir-fried, 1 liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, 3 qian), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, processed, 5 qian), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each 7 qian), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 1.5 liang), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, 7.5 qian), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 1 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, dissolved and taken with ginger decoction.
Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Pengzhu (Curcumae Zedoariae Rhizoma), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata), Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with paste to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 2-3 pills per dose, washed down with Perilla Decoction.
Muxiang (Costi Radix), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, stir-fried), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Gancao (Licorice Root).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with ginger decoction and take.
