茴香 木香 全蝎 玄胡索 陈皮 菖蒲（各一钱） 羌活 僵蚕 川芎 蝉蜕（各半钱）
穿山甲（二钱） 甘草（一钱半） 为末，每服三钱，温酒调下。
全蝎（一枚） 地龙 土狗（各二个） 明矾（半生半 ） 雄黄（各半两） 麝香（一字） 上为末，每用
少许，葱白蘸入耳中，闭气，面壁坐一时。（三日一次。）
磁石（用紧者，如豆大一块） 穿山甲（烧存性，为末，一字） 上二味，用新绵花裹了，塞所患
耳内，口中衔少生铁，觉耳内如风雨声即愈。
藜芦 雄黄 川芎 石菖蒲 全蝎 白芷 藿香 鹅不食草 薄荷 苦丁香（各
等分） 麝香（少许） 上为细末，每用些少吹鼻中。如无鹅不食草，加片脑少许。
蓖麻子（三十一个，去油用） 皂角（煨，取肉半锭） 生地龙（中者一条） 全蝎（二个，焙） 远志（去心）
磁石（火 ，醋淬七次，研细，水飞） 乳香（各二钱） 上为细末，以黄蜡熔和为丸塞耳中。
川乌头（一个，炮） 细辛（各二钱） 胆矾（半钱） 鼠胆（一具） 上为细末，用鼠胆调和匀，再
焙令干，研细，却入麝香半字，用鹅毛管吹入耳中，吹时口含茶清，待少时。
龙齿 人参 白茯苓 麦门冬（去心） 远志（去心，各半两） 丹砂 铁粉 龙脑 牛黄
麝香（各二钱半，俱另研） 为细末，研匀，每服半钱匕，食后，用沸汤调服，日三服。
茴香、木香、全蝎、玄胡索、陈皮、石菖蒲（各一钱），羌活、僵蚕、川芎、蝉蜕（各半钱），穿山甲（二钱），甘草（一钱半）。将这些药材研成细末，每次服用三钱，用温酒调服。
全蝎（一枚），地龙、土狗（各二个），明矾（一半生用，一半煅用），雄黄（各半两），麝香（一字）。将上述药材研成细末，每次取少许，用葱白蘸取后塞入耳中，屏住呼吸，面向墙壁静坐一个时辰。（每三天使用一次。）
磁石（选用质地紧密的，如豆粒大小的一块），穿山甲（烧至存性，研成细末，用量为一字）。将这两味药，用新棉花包裹好，塞入患病的耳朵内，口中衔含少量生铁，感觉到耳内有风雨声时即为痊愈。
藜芦、雄黄、川芎、石菖蒲、全蝎、白芷、藿香、鹅不食草、薄荷、苦丁香（各等分），麝香（少许）。将上述药材研成极细的粉末，每次取少量吹入鼻中。如果没有鹅不食草，可加入少许片脑（冰片）。

川乌头（一个，炮制），细辛（各二钱），胆矾（半钱），鼠胆（一个）。将上述药材研成细末，用鼠胆汁调和均匀，再焙干，研细，然后加入半字麝香，用鹅毛管吹入耳中。吹药时口中含茶清，等待片刻。
龙齿、人参、白茯苓、麦门冬（去心）、远志（去心，各半两），丹砂、铁粉、龙脑、牛黄、麝香（各二钱半，均单独研磨）。将药材研成细末，混合均匀，每次服用半钱匕，饭后用沸水调服，每日三次。
Fennel (Foeniculi Fructus), Costus Root (Aucklandiae Radix), Scorpion (Scorpio), Corydalis Rhizome (Yanhusuo, 延胡索), Tangerine Peel (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizome (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲) (each 1 qian), Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Cicada Slough (Chantui) (each 0.5 qian), Pangolin Scales (Shanjiachua, 穿山甲) (2 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao) (1.5 qian). Grind into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine.
Scorpion (1 unit), Earthworm (Dilong), Ground Cricket (Tugou, 土狗) (each 2 units), Alum (Mingfan) (half raw, half calcined), Realgar (Xionghuang) (each 0.5 liang), Musk (Shexiang) (1 zi). Grind into powder. Apply a small amount per use, dipped in white part of green onion, inserted into the ear. Hold breath and sit facing a wall for one shichen (two hours). (Use once every three days.)
Magnetite (Cishi, 磁石) (select dense pieces, size of a bean), Pangolin Scales (Shanjiachua, 穿山甲) (calcined until carbonized, ground to powder, 1 zi). Wrap these two ingredients in new cotton wool, insert into the affected ear. Hold a piece of raw iron in the mouth. Recovery is indicated when wind and rain sounds are perceived in the ear.
Veratrum Nigrum Bulb (Lilu), Realgar (Xionghuang), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizome (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲), Scorpion (Scorpio), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Agastache Herba (Huoxiang), Centipedia Herb (Ebusicao, 鹅不食草), Mint Herba (Bohe), Eugenia Caryophyllata Flower Bud (Kudingxiang, 苦丁香) (equal parts), Musk (Shexiang) (a small amount). Grind into fine powder. Blow a small amount into the nose. If Centipedia Herb is unavailable, add a small amount of Borneol (Pian nao, 片脑).
Castor Bean (Bimazi, 蓖麻子) (31 seeds, oil removed), Soap Pod (Zaojiao, 皂角) (roasted, take half a piece of flesh), Fresh Earthworm (Dilong) (one medium-sized), Scorpion (Scorpio) (2 units, roasted), Polygala Root (Yuanzhi, 远志) (heart removed), Magnetite (Cishi, 磁石) (calcined and quenched in vinegar seven times, ground fine, wet-processed), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) (each 2 qian). Grind into fine powder. Mix with melted yellow beeswax to form pills. Insert into the ear.
Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateral Root (Chuanwu tou, 川乌头) (1 unit, processed), Asarum Herba (Xixin, 细辛) (each 2 qian), Chalcanthite (Danfan, 胆矾) (0.5 qian), Rat Gallbladder (Shudan, 鼠胆) (one unit). Grind into powder. Mix evenly with rat gallbladder juice. Dry by roasting, grind fine. Add half a zi of Musk (Shexiang, 麝香). Blow into the ear using a goose feather tube. While blowing, hold tea liquor in the mouth and wait for a while.
Dragon's Teeth (Longchi, 龙齿), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Ophiopogon Tuber (Mendong, 麦门冬) (heart removed), Polygala Root (Yuanzhi, 远志) (heart removed) (each 0.5 liang), Cinnabar (Dansha, 丹砂), Calamina (Tiefen, 铁粉), Borneol (Longnao, 龙脑), Bovis Calculus (Niuhuang, 牛黄), Musk (Shexiang, 麝香) (each 2.5 qian, all separately ground). Grind into fine powder and mix uniformly. Take half a qianbi per dose. After meals, mix with boiling water and ingest. Three doses daily.
