主诸种病及将息服法久服益人神色无诸病方∶
紫檀 小 茜根 郁金 胡椒（各五两）
上五味，捣筛为末，水和纳臼中更捣一万杵，丸如小麦大，阴干，用时以水磨而用之。
诸咽喉口中热疮者，以水煮升麻，取汁半合，研一丸如梧子大，旦服之，二服止。禁酒
、肉、五辛，宜冷将息。
诸下部及隐处有肿，以水煮牛膝、干姜等，取汁半合，研一丸如梧子大，旦服之，四服
止。禁酒、肉、五辛、生冷、醋滑。
诸面肿心闷因风起者，以水煮防风，取汁半合，研一丸如梧子，旦服之，二服止，不须
隔日。禁酒、五辛、醋、肉。
诸四体酸疼或寒或热，以水煮麻黄，取汁半合，研一丸如梧子，旦服止。禁酒、肉及面
五辛。
诸 下部有疮，吞一丸如梧子大。又煮艾、槐白皮，取汁半合，研一丸，灌下部二度，
禁酒肉。
诸卒死，服者多活，看其人手脚头面腹肿。观其颜色无定，若有此色而加痢者，并不堪
治，以冷水弱半合，研二丸如小豆灌口，一服不瘥，更与一服，若损，唯得食白粥、盐、酱、
禁
诸被魇祷，当心常带一丸，又以水一酸枣许，研一丸如小豆，服之，三服止。无所禁忌
诸被蛇及恶兽等毒，若未被其毒，直须辟除，随身带行，便即远离入草，已被毒者，以
麝香一相思子大，又以水一酸枣许，共药一丸如小豆，于水内研服，并以紫檀以水研取汁，
用研药涂其疮毒处。禁酒、肉、五辛。
诸被一切鬼神及龙毒瓦斯者，其人饥渴寒热，时来时去，不知痛处，或恍惚，龙毒者其人
昏昏似醉，肤体斑驳，或青，取药一丸如梧子，以水酸枣许共药研灌鼻，及服二服止。无所
禁。
诸被鬼绕 失心癫狂，莫问年月远近，以艾汁一酸枣许研药二丸如小豆，服之。若无青
艾，取干艾水浸搦取汁用亦得，四服止，并带一丸，常可随身，口味无所禁忌。
诸传尸复连梦想颠倒，身体瘦损不知病所，乍起乍卧，先以水研雄黄一梧子大，取汁酸
枣许，研二丸如小豆大服之，二服止，并挂一丸着病者门上，及带一丸随身。口味无忌。
诸消渴者，以朴硝少许，以水搅硝取汁半合许，研二丸如面小豆，服之，七服止。禁五
辛、酒、肉。
诸患淋不问远近，以芒硝少许，以水搅取一酸枣许汁研药二丸如小豆大，服之便止。禁
酒肉。
诸患疔肿，以水一升煮玄参取汁研药，服三服止。又以水半合研玄参根取汁，和药涂上
三遍，不须隔日，唯食白粥饭，自外盐以上皆不食。
诸卒胸膈热、眼暗、口臭，以水煮苦竹叶取汁半合，研药一丸如梧子，二服止。禁酒肉
诸难产，以荪将二七水煮取汁半合，研药一丸服之，若无荪将，研姜黄取汁研药吞一丸
，空吞亦得，将息如产时。
诸热疮无问远近，以水煮大黄，取汁半合，研药一丸如梧子服之，二服止。又水研大黄
取汁，以药一丸研涂疮上，日三遍。禁房、面、五辛，宜令将息。
诸吐血，若因热吐者不问远近，服之并瘥。冷吐者不治。以葛、蒲汁一酸枣许研药二丸
如小豆服之，四服止。须微暖将息，忌酒、肉、五辛。
诸鼻中血不止，以刺蓟汁一酸枣许，研二丸如小豆服之，并研灌鼻，二服灌止。若无刺
蓟之时，取干者水煮取汁，依前法服。禁酒、肉、五辛。
诸噎病，以水研栝蒌取汁一鸡子大，研药一丸如小豆，服之，四服止。忌生冷。
诸赤白带下、以牡丹皮、刺蓟根各二分，以水二升，煮取一升，分五服，研药一丸如梧
子服之，五服止。禁生冷、五辛、酒、肉。
后补法∶
地榆（二分） 桑螵蛸（二分，一云桑耳）
上二味，水二升，煮取汁一合，分作二服，取汁一合，研药一丸服之。
诸得药毒，以冷水半合研药一丸如梧子服之，二服止。禁酒、肉、五辛，宜五日冷将息
诸卒得恶忤，以人乳汁半合研药一丸如梧子大，灌鼻，以水半合研药一丸如梧子灌口，
三日禁食。
诸寒疟，以水一升煮恒山一两，取汁半合，研药一丸如梧子大服之，二服止。先取药如
麻子大，以冷水研灌鼻中三四嚏，病者垂头卧，便得痛痒，又更灌一边令相续，然后服药，
七日少食。禁如前。
诸 甘湿，以生犀角、白檀香，以水煮取汁一鸡子壳许，研药二丸如小豆，并蚺蛇胆一
丸共研服之，三服止。若甘湿，药及蚺蛇胆各丸之，以绵裹纳于下部中，三度止。
诸益神色除病辟恶气，每日以白蜜如枣核大，研药一丸如小豆服，长带少许。亦禁如前
诸草药毒迷闷，以泥裹冬瓜烧绞取汁半合，研一丸如梧子服之，若无冬瓜，用水服之。
三日慎食。
诸眠惊恐，常带药一丸如梧子，夜卧安头边，不得着身。每夜欲卧，服一丸如梧子，以
水一升，煮牡蒙二分取汁半升，分三服。七日慎食。
诸心劳虚弱，以水煮茯神、人参，取汁半合，研一丸服之，十服以上止。慎生冷。
诸心风虚热，以竹沥渍防风，捣绞取汁半合，研一丸如梧子服之，七服止。慎酒、肉、
五辛、醋、面。
诸心惊战悸，以水一升，切茯苓、牡蒙、远志各二分，煮取汁半升，分三服，一服研一
丸服之，五服止。
诸多忘恍惚，以水煮人参，取汁半合，研一丸服之，五服止。亦可七服，慎如前。
诸温疫时气，以水煮玄参，取汁一合，研一丸如小豆服之，四服止。量宜缓急。唯得食
粥及冷食，余皆禁。
若患劳，家递相染，煮服时，并取艾作炷，长三寸，门阃当心灸七壮，即解。
诸呕吐水，煮白檀、生姜，取汁半合，研一丸如梧子服，三服止。七日慎食如前。
诸哕病，水一升，煮通草、橘皮各半两，取汁三合，分再服，研二丸如小豆服之，二服
止。慎生冷。
诸小心惊啼，以水煮牡蒙，取汁半合，研一丸如梧子涂乳上，令儿饮。乳母慎酒、肉、
五辛。
诸产后血结，以生地黄汁半合，研一丸如梧子服之，二服止，血便消下。忌食酒肉。
诸热风痹风气相击，令皮肤浓涩，关节不通，以防风、牡荆子各一分，荜茇一分，以水
一升煮取汁三合，分三服，每旦一服，研一丸如梧子大服之，十服止。慎酒、肉、五辛。
诸热风上冲，头面上痒、鼻中痒，兼时行寒热若食呕吐，以人参一分，防风、生姜各二
分，以水一升五合煮取汁三合，分三服，取汁一合，研一丸如梧子服之。七服止，慎如上法。
诸黄胆病，以黄芩、苦参各二分，以水一升煮取五合，分三服，一服研一丸如梧子服之
。若渴，纳茯苓、栝蒌各二分，依前以水煮服。唯得与粥。
诸卒失 不语，以防风一两，和竹沥捣绞取汁半合，研一丸如梧子，二服止即语，重者
不过五服。禁酒、肉、醋、面、生冷等。
诸怀孕三月以上，至临产不问月日多少，忽染种种疾，或好伤落及至水肿天行时气，此
医人不许服药，唯得此药三服以上，重者不过十服，即瘥。母子不损，平安分解。前件诸病
可作汤斫药服之，甚良。
诸产后先痢鲜血，后杂脓及腹中绞痛，橘皮、桔梗各二分，生姜一两，水一升，煮取半
升，分三服，一服研一丸如梧子服之。七日慎生冷、油腻、醋、面。
诸小儿新得风痫，以竹沥半合研一丸如梧子服之，二服止。慎如前。
诸女子数伤胎，带一丸如酸枣大，夜即解安头边，不得着身。每旦服一丸如梧子，三日
止。无忌。
诸卒腹胀，水煮当归取汁半合，旦服一丸如梧子，二服止。慎生冷。
诸脐下绞痛，以水煮芎 取汁半合，研一丸如梧子，三服止。七日慎食生冷。
诸蛇、蝎、蜈蚣毒，以水磨郁金取汁半合，研一丸如梧子服之，二服止。并研一丸如小
豆，遍涂疮上。忌如前。
诸霍乱，因宿食及冷者，吐逆腹中绞痛吐痢，若冷者，以桔梗、干姜以水煮取汁一酸枣
，研二丸如小豆，二服止。因热者，用栀子仁以水煮取汁，依前法服。皆慎生冷。
诸注病，以水煮细辛取汁一酸枣许，研二丸如小豆服之，五服止。冷者温将息。
诸中恶，以水煮甲香取汁一酸枣许，研二丸如小豆，服之。
主治各种疾病及调养服用方法，长期服用可使人精神饱满、面色红润，无病痛的方剂：
紫檀（小块）、茜草根、郁金、胡椒（各五两）。
以上五味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用水调和后放入臼中继续捣一万杵，制成如小麦粒大小的丸药，阴干。用时用水研磨后服用。
治疗各种咽喉和口腔中的热疮，用水煮升麻，取汁液半合，将一丸如梧桐子大小的药丸研开，早晨服用，服两次即止。禁止饮酒、吃肉、食用五辛，宜用冷食调养。
治疗各种下部及隐蔽处有肿胀的病症，用水煮牛膝、干姜等，取汁液半合，将一丸如梧桐子大小的药丸研开，早晨服用，服四次即止。禁止饮酒、吃肉、五辛、生冷食物以及醋和滑腻之物。
治疗各种面部浮肿、心胸闷塞因风邪引起的病症，用水煮防风，取汁液半合，将一丸如梧桐子大小的药丸研开，早晨服用，服两次即止，不需要隔日服用。禁止饮酒、五辛、醋、肉。
治疗四肢酸痛或寒或热的症状，用水煮麻黄，取汁液半合，将一丸如梧桐子大小的药丸研开，早晨服用即止。禁止饮酒、肉类面食及五辛。
治疗各种下部有疮疡的病症，吞服一丸如梧桐子大小的药丸。另外煮艾草、槐白皮，取汁液半合，将一丸药研开，灌入下部两次，禁止饮酒和肉。
治疗各种突然死亡的情况，服药者大多能存活。观察患者手脚、头面、腹部是否肿胀。观察其面色无常，如果呈现这种面色且伴有痢疾症状的，均不可治愈。用冷水半合，将二丸如小豆大小的药丸研开灌入口中，一次不服效，再给一次。若病情加重，只能吃白粥、盐、酱，禁止其他食物。
治疗各种被魇祷（鬼压床/惊吓）的情况，心中常带一丸药，又用水一粒酸枣大小的量，将一丸如小豆大小的药丸研开服用，服三次即止。没有禁忌。
治疗被蛇及恶兽等咬伤中毒的情况，如果未被毒，只需随身携带以辟除，远离草丛即可；已被毒者，用麝香如相思子大的一团，又用水一粒酸枣大小的量，与一丸如小豆大小的药丸一起在水中研开服用，并用紫檀用水研取的汁液，研磨药物涂抹在疮毒处。禁止饮酒、肉、五辛。
治疗被一切鬼神及龙毒瓦斯侵害的情况，患者感到饥渴寒热，时来时去，不知疼痛之处，或神志恍惚。龙毒侵害者，患者昏昏沉沉似醉酒，皮肤斑驳，或呈青色。取药丸一丸如梧桐子大小，用水一粒酸枣大小的量与药丸共研，灌入鼻中，并内服，服两次即止。没有禁忌。
治疗被鬼气缠绕导致失心癫狂的病症，无论发病年月远近，用艾汁一粒酸枣大小的量，研磨药丸二丸如小豆大小服用。如果没有青艾，取干艾用水浸泡挤压取汁使用也可以，服四次即止，并随身带一丸，口味上没有禁忌。
治疗各种传尸复连（肺结核等慢性消耗性传染病）导致的梦想颠倒，身体消瘦不知病痛所在，忽起忽卧。先用水研磨雄黄如梧桐子大，取汁液一粒酸枣大小，研磨二丸如小豆大小的药丸服用，服两次即止，并将一丸挂在病人门上，同时随身带一丸。口味上没有禁忌。
治疗各种消渴症（糖尿病），用朴硝少许，用水搅拌硝石取汁液约半合，研磨二丸如小豆大小的药丸服用，服七次即止。禁止五辛、酒、肉。
治疗各种淋证（泌尿系统疾病），无论发病远近，用芒硝少许，用水搅拌取一粒酸枣大小的汁液，研磨药丸二丸如小豆大小服用，服用后即止。禁止酒肉。
治疗各种疔肿，用水一升煮玄参取汁液研磨药物，服三次即止。另外用水半合研磨玄参根取汁，和药涂在三遍，不需要隔日，只吃白粥饭，除此之外盐以上皆不吃。
治疗突然出现的胸膈热、眼暗、口臭，用水煮苦竹叶取汁液半合，研磨药丸一丸如梧桐子大小，服两次即止。禁止酒肉。
治疗难产，用荪将（一种草药）二七枚水煮取汁液半合，研磨药丸一丸服用。如果没有荪将，研磨姜黄取汁研磨药物吞服一丸，空腹吞服也可以，调养如同分娩时一样。
治疗各种热疮，无论发病远近，用水煮大黄，取汁液半合，研磨药丸一丸如梧桐子大小服用，服两次即止。另外用水研磨大黄取汁，用药丸一丸研磨涂抹在疮上，每天三次。禁止房事、面食、五辛，宜令调养。
治疗各种吐血，如果是因热引起的吐血，无论发病远近，服用此药均可痊愈。冷吐者不治。用葛根、蒲黄汁液一粒酸枣大小的量，研磨药丸二丸如小豆大小服用，服四次即止。须微暖调养，忌酒、肉、五辛。
治疗各种鼻出血不止，用刺蓟汁液一粒酸枣大小的量，研磨二丸如小豆大小服用，并研磨灌鼻，灌两次即止。如果没有刺蓟的时候，取干的用水煮取汁，依照前法服用。禁止酒、肉、五辛。
治疗各种噎病（吞咽困难），用水研磨栝蒌取汁液如鸡蛋大，研磨药丸一丸如小豆大小服用，服四次即止。忌生冷。
治疗各种赤白带下，用牡丹皮、刺蓟根各二分，用水二升，煮取一升，分五次服用，每次研磨药丸一丸如梧桐子大小服用，服五次即止。禁止生冷、五辛、酒、肉。
后续补益方法：
地榆（二分） 桑螵蛸（二分，一说为桑耳）。
以上两味药，用水二升，煮取汁液一合，分作两次服用，取汁液一合，研磨药丸一丸服用。
治疗各种药物中毒，用冷水半合研磨药丸一丸如梧桐子大小服用，服两次即止。禁止酒、肉、五辛，宜五日冷调养。
治疗突然遭受恶气冲撞，用人乳汁半合研磨药丸一丸如梧桐子大小，灌鼻，用水半合研磨药丸一丸如梧桐子大小灌口，三天禁食。
治疗各种寒疟，用水一升煮恒山一两，取汁液半合，研磨药丸一丸如梧桐子大小服用，服两次即止。先取药丸如麻子大，用冷水研磨灌入鼻中三四次打喷嚏，患者低头卧倒，就会感到痛痒，再灌另一边使其连续，然后服药，七天少食。禁忌如前。
治疗各种甘湿（湿气重），用生犀角、白檀香，用水煮取汁液如鸡蛋壳许，研磨药丸二丸如小豆大小，并加蚺蛇胆一丸共研服用，服三次即止。若是甘湿，药及蚺蛇胆各制丸，用棉包裹纳入下部中，三次即止。
治疗各种有益神色、除病辟恶气的情况，每日用白蜜如枣核大，研磨药丸一丸如小豆大小服用，长久随身携带少许。也禁止如前所述的食物。
治疗各种草药毒迷闷，用泥包裹冬瓜烧焦绞取汁液半合，研磨一丸如梧桐子大小服用，如果没有冬瓜，用水送服。三天慎食。
治疗各种睡眠惊恐，常带药丸一丸如梧桐子大小，夜间睡觉放在头边，不得接触身体。每晚欲睡时，服用一丸如梧桐子大小，用水一升，煮牡蒙二分取汁液半升，分三次服用。七天慎食。
治疗各种心劳虚弱，用水煮茯神、人参，取汁液半合，研磨一丸服用，十次以上即止。慎生冷。

如果患劳病，家中互相传染，煮服时，并取艾做成艾炷，长三寸，门框当心灸七壮，即可解除。
治疗各种呕吐水，煮白檀、生姜，取汁液半合，研磨一丸如梧桐子大小服用，服三次即止。七天慎食如前。
治疗各种哕病（呃逆），水一升，煮通草、橘皮各半两，取汁液三合，分两次服用，研磨二丸如小豆大小服用，服两次即止。慎生冷。
治疗小儿小心惊啼，用水煮牡蒙，取汁液半合，研磨一丸如梧桐子大小涂在乳头上，让婴儿饮用。乳母慎酒、肉、五辛。
治疗产后血结，用生地黄汁液半合，研磨一丸如梧桐子大小服用，服两次即止，血便消散下行。忌食酒肉。

治疗蛇、蝎、蜈蚣毒，用水磨郁金取汁液半合，研磨一丸如梧桐子大小服用，服两次即止。并研磨一丸如小豆大小，遍涂疮上。禁忌如前。
治疗各种霍乱，因宿食及冷者，吐逆腹中绞痛吐痢，如果是冷者，用桔梗、干姜用水煮取汁液如酸枣大，研磨二丸如小豆大小，服两次即止。因热者，用栀子仁用水煮取汁，依照前法服用。皆慎生冷。
A prescription for treating various diseases and regimens for administration, which, when taken long-term, enhances vitality and complexion and prevents illness:
*Pterocarpus santalinus* (Zitan), *Rubia cordifolia* root (Qigen), *Curcuma aromatica* rhizome (Yujin), *Piper nigrum* fruit (Hujiao) (each 5 liang).
Crush and sieve the above five herbs into powder. Mix with water, place in a mortar, and pound ten thousand times. Form pills the size of wheat grains. Dry in the shade. To use, grind with water and administer.
For heat sores in the throat and mouth: Decoct *Cimicifuga herba* (Shengma) in water, obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill the size of a Chinese parasol tree seed (Wuzi) and take it in the morning. Stop after two doses. Avoid alcohol, meat, and the "Five Pungent Spices" (Wuxin). Regulate diet with cold foods.
For swelling in the lower body and hidden areas: Decoct *Achyranthes bidentata* root (Niuxi) and dried ginger (Ganjiang) in water, obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it in the morning. Stop after four doses. Avoid alcohol, meat, Wuxin, raw/cold foods, vinegar, and slippery/greasy foods.
For facial edema and chest oppression caused by wind: Decoct *Saposhnikovia divaricata* root (Fangfeng) in water, obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it in the morning. Stop after two doses; no need to skip days. Avoid alcohol, Wuxin, vinegar, and meat.
For soreness and pain in the four limbs, alternating chills and fever: Decoct *Ephedrae Herba* (Mahuang) in water, obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it in the morning. Stop after one dose. Avoid alcohol, meat, noodles, and Wuxin.
For sores in the lower body: Swallow one pill the size of Wuzi. Additionally, decoct *Artemisia argyi* (Aiye) and *Styphnolobium japonicum* bark (Huai Baipi) in water, obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill and apply to the lower area twice. Avoid alcohol and meat.
For sudden death: Most patients who take this medicine survive. Observe if the patient's hands, feet, head, face, and abdomen are swollen. Observe their complexion, which may vary. If this complexion is accompanied by dysentery, the condition is incurable. Grind two pills the size of a small bean in half he of cold water and instill into the mouth. If not cured after one dose, give another. If the condition worsens, only allow consumption of white rice porridge, salt, and soy sauce; prohibit other foods.
For night terrors or spirit oppression: Always carry one pill on the heart. Grind one pill the size of a small bean in an amount of water equivalent to a sour jujube seed and take it. Stop after three doses. No dietary restrictions.
For poisoning from snakes or vicious beasts: If not yet poisoned, simply carry the pill to ward off evil and stay away from grass. If already poisoned, use musk (Shexiang) the size of a mung bean. Grind one pill the size of a small bean with an amount of water equivalent to a sour jujube seed and take it. Also, grind *Pterocarpus santalinus* (Zitan) in water to extract juice, mix with the medicine, and apply to the wound/toxic area. Avoid alcohol, meat, and Wuxin.
For invasion by ghosts, spirits, or dragon poison/miasma: The patient experiences hunger, thirst, chills, and fever that come and go, does not know where the pain is, or feels trance-like. Dragon poison causes drowsiness resembling drunkenness, mottled skin, or bluish discoloration. Take one pill the size of Wuzi. Grind it with an amount of water equivalent to a sour jujube seed and instill into the nose, and also ingest. Stop after two doses. No restrictions.
For madness or insanity caused by ghost entanglement, regardless of duration: Grind two pills the size of a small bean in an amount of mugwort juice (Aizhi) equivalent to a sour jujube seed and take them. If fresh mugwort is unavailable, soak dried mugwort in water, squeeze out the juice, and use it. Stop after four doses. Carry one pill with you at all times. No dietary restrictions.

For difficult labor: Decoct Sun Jiang (a herb) in water (quantity unspecified, implied standard decoction) to obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill and take it. If Sun Jiang is unavailable, grind Turmeric (Jianghuang) to obtain juice, mix with the medicine, and swallow one pill. Take on an empty stomach. Regulate as during labor.
For heat sores, regardless of duration: Decoct *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang) in water, obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it. Stop after two doses. For red and white leukorrhea: Use Mudan Pi (Moutan Cortex) and Ciji root, each 2 fen. Decoct in two sheng of water to obtain one sheng of juice. Divide into five doses. For each dose, grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it. Stop after five doses. Avoid raw/cold foods, Wuxin, alcohol, and meat.
Supplementary Method:

*Mantis ootheca* (Sangpiaoxiao) (2 fen, alternatively Sang'er/Fungus)
Decoct the above two ingredients in two sheng of water to obtain one he of juice. Divide into two doses. For each dose, take one he of juice, grind one pill, and take it.
For drug poisoning: Grind one pill the size of Wuzi in half he of cold water and take it. Stop after two doses. Avoid alcohol, meat, and Wuxin. Regulate with cold diet for five days.
For sudden attack by evil influences: Grind one pill the size of Wuzi in half he of human breast milk and instill into the nose. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi in half he of water and instill into the mouth. Fast for three days.
For cold malaria: Decoct *Hypericum perforatum* root (Hengshan) in one sheng of water to obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it. Stop after two doses. First, take a pill the size of a hemp seed, grind it in cold water, and instill into the nose 3-4 times to induce sneezing. The patient should lie with head lowered until feeling pain/itching. For dampness (Gan Shi): Use fresh rhino horn (Sheng Xijiao) and White Sandalwood (Baitanxiang). Decoct in water to obtain juice the size of an eggshell. For dampness, make pills of the medicine and Python bile separately, wrap in cotton, and insert into the lower orifice. Stop after three applications.
For enhancing spirit and complexion, removing disease, and warding off evil qi: Daily, grind one pill the size of a small bean in white honey the size of a jujube pit and take it. Carry a small amount with you. Restrictions as before.
For herbal poison causing confusion/stupor: Wrap winter melon in mud, burn it, squeeze to obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it. If winter melon is unavailable, take with water. Be cautious with diet for three days.
For sleep fright/anxiety: Always carry one pill the size of Wuzi. Place it near the head at night, do not let it touch the body. Before sleeping each night, take one pill the size of Wuzi. Decoct *Polygalae Radix* (Mumeng) in one sheng of water to obtain half sheng of juice. Divide into three doses. Be cautious with diet for seven days.
For heart fatigue and weakness: Decoct *Poria cocos* sclerotium with pine roots (Fushen) and *Panax ginseng* (Renshen) in water to obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill and take it. Stop after ten or more doses. Avoid raw/cold foods.

Decoct in one sheng of water to obtain three he of juice. Divide into three doses. Take one dose every morning. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it. Stop after ten doses. Avoid alcohol, meat, and Wuxin.
For wind-heat rushing upward causing itching of head/face/nose, combined with epidemic chills/fever or vomiting after eating: Use Renshen 1 fen, Fangfeng and Shengjiang, each 2 fen. Decoct in one sheng five he of water to obtain three he of juice. Divide into three doses. Take one he of juice, grind one pill the size of Wuzi, and take it. Stop after seven doses. Restrictions as above.
For jaundice (Huangdan Bing): Use Huangqin (Scutellaria) and Kushen (Sophora), each 2 fen. Decoct in one sheng of water to obtain five he of juice. Divide into three doses. For each dose, grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it. If thirsty, add Fuling and Gualou, each 2 fen, and decoct as before. Only consume porridge.
For sudden aphasia: Use Fangfeng 1 liang. Mix with Zhuli, crush and squeeze to obtain half he of juice. Grind one pill the size of Wuzi. Stop after two doses and speech returns. Severe cases stop after five doses. Avoid alcohol, meat, vinegar, noodles, and raw/cold foods.
For pregnancy beyond three months up to delivery, suddenly contracting various diseases, frequent miscarriage, edema, or epidemic qi: Doctors usually forbid medication. However, this medicine can be taken for three doses or more (severe cases up to ten doses) to cure. Mother and child remain safe and deliver peacefully. The aforementioned diseases can be treated by decocting these herbs and taking the medicine; it is very effective.
For postpartum bloody dysentery followed by pus and abdominal colic: Chenpi and Jiegeng, each 2 fen, Shengjiang 1 liang. Decoct in one sheng of water to obtain half sheng of juice. Divide into three doses. For each dose, grind one pill the size of Wuzi and take it. Be cautious with raw/cold, greasy, vinegar, and noodle intake for seven days.
