荠 二分 桂心一分
上二味捣筛，以酢浆水服方寸匙，日一，止即脱。内服栀子散，瘥。
麝香三分 附子一两 当归 芎 细辛 杜蘅 白芷 芍药各四分
上八味切碎，以腊月猪膏一升半煎，三上三下，去滓，下香膏以敷 上，日三，瘥。
木兰皮 防风 白芷 青木香 牛膝 独活 本 芍药 白附子 杜蘅 当归 细辛
芎各一两 麝香二分
上十四味锉，以腊月猪脂二升，微火煎三上三下，去滓入麝香，以敷面上，妙。
光明砂（研）四分 麝香二分 牛黄半分 水银四分（以面脂和研） 雄黄三分
上五味并精好药捣筛研如粉，以面脂一升纳药中，和搅令极调，一如敷面脂法。以香浆
水洗、敷药，避风。经宿粉滓落如蔓菁子状，此方秘不传。
羊脂 猪脂各一升 白芷半升 乌喙十四枚 大枣十枚 麝香少许 桃仁十四枚 甘草
一尺（炙） 半夏（洗）半两
上九味合煎，以白芷色黄，去滓涂面，二十日即变，五十日如玉光润，妙。
禹余粮 半夏
上等分为末，鸡子黄调敷。先以布拭干，勿见风日，三十日。虽十年者亦灭。
玉屑 密陀僧 珊瑚各二两 白附子三两
上四味细研如粉，用酥和，夜涂面上，旦洗去。
蔓荆子一升 生附子三十枚 羊踯躅花 葶苈子各四两 零陵香二两 莲子草一握
上六味以绵裹，用油二升渍七日，每梳头常用之。若发稀及秃处，即以铁精一两，以此
膏油于瓷器中研，摩秃处，其发即生。
荠菜二分，桂心一分。
以上两味药捣碎过筛，用醋浆水送服一方寸匕大小的量，每日一次，症状停止后即可停药。同时内服栀子散，病即可痊愈。
麝香三分，附子一两，当归、川芎、细辛、杜蘅、白芷、芍药各四分。
以上八味药切碎，用腊月（农历十二月）的猪脂一升半煎煮，采用“三上三下”的火候（即加热至沸腾后离火，待冷却后再加热，反复三次），滤去药渣，加入麝香膏涂抹患处，每日三次，病即可痊愈。
木兰皮、防风、白芷、青木香、牛膝、独活、藁本、芍药、白附子、杜蘅、当归、细辛、川芎各一两，麝香二分。
以上十四味药锉碎，用腊月猪脂二升，以微火煎煮，同样采用“三上三下”的方法，滤去药渣，加入麝香，涂抹于面部，效果奇妙。
光明砂（研磨）四分，麝香二分，牛黄半分，水银四分（用面脂调和研磨），雄黄三分。
以上五味药选用精好的药材，共同捣碎、过筛、研磨成粉末状，取面脂一升纳入药粉中，搅拌调和至极均匀，如同制作敷面脂的方法一样。先用香浆水清洗面部，再敷药，注意避风。经过一夜，药粉残渣脱落如蔓菁子大小，此方秘不传人。
羊脂、猪脂各一升，白芷半升，乌喙十四枚，大枣十枚，麝香少许，桃仁十四枚，甘草一尺（炙烤），半夏（洗净）半两。
以上九味药合在一起煎煮，待白芷颜色变黄时，滤去药渣，涂抹面部，二十天即有变化，五十天后皮肤如玉般光洁润泽，效果奇妙。
禹余粮、半夏。
将上述药物等分研为粉末，用鸡蛋黄调和后敷贴。先以布擦拭干净患处，避免见风日晒，持续三十天。即使是十年的旧疾也能消除。
玉屑、密陀僧、珊瑚各二两，白附子三两。
以上四味药细细研磨成粉末，用酥油调和，夜间涂抹于面部，早晨洗去。
采集七月的黑色芝麻花，在阴凉处晾干后研为粉末，用生黑芝麻油浸泡，每晚涂抹。
蔓荆子一升，生附子三十枚，羊踯躅花、葶苈子各四两，零陵香二两，莲子草一把。
以上六味药用绵布包裹，用油二升浸泡七天。每次梳头时常用此油。如果头发稀疏或秃顶处，取铁精一两，以此膏油在瓷器中研磨，按摩秃顶处，头发即可生长。
Radix Descurainiae (Qimai) 2 fen, Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) 1 fen.
The above two ingredients are pounded and sifted. Take a measure of one cun chi (approx. 2.7 cm³) with vinegar-fermented rice water, once daily. Discontinue when symptoms cease. Concurrently administer Gardenia Powder (Zhizi San) internally for recovery.
Moschus (Shexiang) 3 fen, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) 1 liang, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Aristolochiae Herba (Duhen), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) each 4 fen.
The above eight ingredients are chopped. Decoct in 1.5 sheng of lard rendered in the twelfth lunar month using the "three up, three down" method (boil, remove from heat to cool, repeat three times). Strain the dregs, add Musk paste, and apply topically three times daily for recovery.
Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis (Mulanpi), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Qingmuxiang), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma et Radix (Ben), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao), Typhonii Rhizoma (Baifuzi), Aristolochiae Herba (Duhen), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) each 1 liang, Moschus (Shexiang) 2 fen.
The above fourteen ingredients are cut into small pieces. Decoct in 2 sheng of lard from the twelfth lunar month over low fire using the "three up, three down" method. Strain the dregs, add Moschus, and apply to the face for wonderful results.
Mercurii Sulfidum Rubrum (Guangmingsha, ground) 4 fen, Moschus (Shexiang) 2 fen, Bovis Calculus (Niuhuang) 0.5 fen, Hydrargyrum (Shuiyin) 4 fen (mixed and ground with facial fat), Realgar (Xionghuang) 3 fen.
The above five fine medicinal ingredients are pounded, sifted, and ground into powder. Mix with 1 sheng of facial fat (mianzhi) and stir until thoroughly blended, similar to the preparation of facial cream. Wash the face with fragrant grain wash water, apply the medicine, and avoid wind. After one night, the residue falls off like turnip seeds. This formula is kept secret and not transmitted.
Ovis Fat (Yangzhi) and Porcine Fat (Zhuzhi) each 1 sheng, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) 0.5 sheng, Aconiti Radix (Wuhui) 14 pieces, Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) 10 pieces, Moschus (Shexiang) a small amount, Persicam Semen (Taoren) 14 pieces, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) 1 chi (roasted), Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Banxia, washed) 0.5 liang.
Decoct the above nine ingredients together. When the Baizhi turns yellow, strain the dregs and apply to the face. Changes occur within twenty days; after fifty days, the skin becomes smooth and lustrous like jade, yielding wonderful results.
Yuyuliang (Yuyuliang) and Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia).
Grind the above ingredients into powder in equal parts. Mix with egg yolk and apply topically. First wipe the area dry with cloth, avoiding wind and sun exposure. Continue for thirty days. Even ten-year-old lesions will be eliminated.
Jade Dust (Yuxie), Litharge (Mituoseng), and Coral (Shanhua) each 2 liang, Typhonii Rhizoma (Baifuzi) 3 liang.
Finely grind the above four ingredients into powder. Mix with butter (su) and apply to the face at night. Wash off in the morning.
Harvest black sesame flowers in the seventh lunar month, dry them in the shade, and grind into powder. Soak in fresh black sesame oil and apply nightly.
Vitex Fruit (Manjingzi) 1 sheng, Raw Aconitum Root (Sheng Fuzi) 30 pieces, Daphne Odora Flower (Yangzhizhu), Lepidium Seed (Tinglizi) each 4 liang, Linglingxiang (Linglingxiang) 2 liang, Eclipta Herba (Lianzicao) one handful.
Wrap the above six ingredients in cotton cloth and soak in 2 sheng of oil for seven days. Use this oil regularly when combing hair. For thinning hair or bald areas, take 1 liang of Iron Essence (Tiejing), grind it with this oil in a porcelain vessel, and massage the bald area; hair will grow back.
