防风 橘皮各三分 羌活 苏叶各二分 甘草一分 蝉蜕三枚 葱白一寸 生姜一片
煎热服取汗。
栀子仁七枚 豆豉半两
水一碗，煎七分，温服，或吐或不吐，俱立效。
蛇蜕一枚
烧为末，以乳服之，颇良。
车前草一升 小麦一升
上二味，以水二升，煮取一升二合，去滓，煮粥服，日三、四。
鹊巢灰
井花水送下，服之自愈。或以甘草煎汁服之，亦效。
瞿麦 石苇 龙胆 皂荚 桂心各半两 鸡肠草 人参各一两
上捣末，蜜和丸如小豆大，食后服五丸，日三。加至六、七丸。
木鳖子一枚（煨熟去壳） 小丁香三粒
共为末，米糊丸，入小儿脐中，封以膏药，自愈。
五倍子
捣末，蜜和丸，小豆大，米饮下，每服二十丸。
川黄连 胡黄连各一两
上二味共为末，再以胡瓜一枚。去瓤留盖，纳药其中，合定后面裹煨熟，去面捣成泥，
更为丸，如绿豆大。每服三钱，温水调下。
连翘（去心研） 柴胡 地骨皮 龙胆草 钩藤 黄连 栀仁（炒黑） 黄芩（酒炒） 麦
冬（去心） 木通 赤苓（去皮） 车前子 枳实（炒）各四分 甘草 薄荷各二分 滑石
末八分 灯
水煎，分数次服。凡急惊初起，宜服此剂，如服后痰热未除，宜使之微泄。
防风、橘皮各三分，羌活、苏叶各二分，甘草一分，蝉蜕三枚，葱白一寸，生姜一片。煎煮后热服以取汗。
栀子仁七枚，豆豉半两。用水一碗，煎至七分，温服，无论是否呕吐，均能立即见效。
黄连、牡蛎、贝母各十八铢。将上述药材捣碎过筛，与一斤米粉混合，撒在婴儿身上，效果极佳。

瞿麦、石苇、龙胆、皂荚、桂心各半两，鸡肠草、人参各一两。将上述药材捣成粉末，用蜂蜜调和制成如小豆大小的丸剂，饭后服用五丸，每日三次。可加量至六、七丸。
木鳖子一枚（煨熟去壳），小丁香三粒。共同研成粉末，用米糊制丸，放入小儿肚脐中，用膏药封住，即可自愈。
五倍子。捣成粉末，用蜂蜜调和制成如小豆大小的丸剂，用米汤送下，每次服用二十丸。
川黄连、胡黄连各一两。以上两味药共同研成粉末，再取胡瓜一枚，去掉瓜瓤保留瓜盖，将药物纳入其中，盖好后外面裹上面团煨熟，去掉面团捣成泥状，重新制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用三钱，温水调服。
连翘（去心研碎）、柴胡、地骨皮、龙胆草、钩藤、黄连、栀仁（炒黑）、黄芩（酒炒）、麦冬（去心）、木通、赤苓（去皮）、车前子、枳实（炒）各四分，甘草、薄荷各二分，滑石末八分，灯心草适量。用水煎煮，分多次服用。凡是急惊风初起，适宜服用此方，如果服药后痰热未除，宜使其轻微腹泻。
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) each 3 fen; Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Suye (Perillae Folium) each 2 fen; Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 1 fen; Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum) 3 pieces; Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) 1 cun; Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) 1 slice. Decoct and take hot to induce sweating.
Zhiren (Gardeniae Semen), 7 seeds; Douchi (Sojae Preparata) 0.5 liang. Add one bowl of water, decoct until reduced to 0.7 parts, take warm. Whether vomiting occurs or not, efficacy is immediate.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Muli (Concha Ostreae), Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) each 18 zhu. Pound and sieve the above herbs, mix with one jin of rice flour, apply as powder to the infant's body; extremely effective.
Shetui (Ophichthidis Corium). One piece. Burn into powder, administer with milk; quite beneficial.
Fengfang (Vespa Nidus), Luangfa (Human Hair). Burn together into ash, mix with water and administer one qian, twice daily.
Cheqiancao (Plantaginis Herba) 1 sheng, Xiaomai (Tritici Semen) 1 sheng. The above two ingredients: add two sheng of water, boil until one sheng er he remains, remove dregs, cook into porridge and take, three to four times daily.
Quechao Hui (Ash of Magpie Nest). Administer with Jinghua Shui (well water drawn at dawn); self-healing ensues. Alternatively, administer with Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) decoction; also effective.
Qumai (Dianthi Herba), Shiwei (Pyrrosiae Folium), Longdan (Gentianae Radix), Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) each 0.5 liang; Jichangcao (Commelinae Herba), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) each 1 liang. Pound into powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of small beans. Take five pills after meals, three times daily. Increase to six or seven pills if necessary.
Mubiezi (Momordicae Semen) one piece (roasted until cooked, shell removed), Xiaodingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) three grains. Grind together into powder, make pills with rice paste, insert into the infant's umbilicus, seal with plaster; self-healing ensues.
Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis). Pound into powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of small beans. Take twenty pills per dose with rice drink.
Chuan Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Hu Huanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma) each 1 liang. The above two ingredients are ground into powder together. Take one Hu Gua (Trichosanthis Cucumeroides Fruit), remove pulp leaving the lid, place medicine inside, cover and bake in dough until cooked. Remove dough, pound into paste, reform into pills the size of mung beans. Take three qian per dose, mixed with warm water.
Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) (remove heart and grind), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex), Longdancao (Gentianae Radix), Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Zhiren (Gardeniae Semen) (stir-fried until black), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (wine-fried), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) (remove heart), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Chiling (Poria Cocos with Red Skin) (remove skin), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) (stir-fried) each 4 fen; Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) each 2 fen; Huashi (Talcum) powder 8 fen, Dengxincao (Junci Medulla) appropriate amount. Decoct in water, take in divided doses. For early stage of Ji Jing Feng (Acute Infantile Convulsion), this formula is suitable. If phlegm-heat persists after administration, mild purgation should be induced.
