患者满身胀痛，面色黯然，各部皆现黑斑，是为毒在脏腑，以致气滞血凝。方用∶
苏木 延胡索 五灵脂 天仙子 萝卜子各一两 三棱 莪术 姜黄 陈皮 槟榔 枳
实浓朴各七钱 乌药五钱 香附四钱 沉香 降香各三钱 阿魏二钱
捣细末为丸如绿豆大，每服十五丸，砂仁汤下。
患者头眩眼花，恶心呕吐，身有紫斑，痧在肉内。治法先以治噤口痧法。次以∶
天花粉 丹皮 薄荷 地骨皮 山栀 玄参 细辛七味等分，煎服。
初起时多半腹痛，亦有并不痛，只觉昏沉胀闷者。切忌服姜。急用∶
南蛇藤
煎水冲酒服之。
人参一两 青蒿三两 香薷三钱 白术五钱
水煎服，极有效。
如中暑发狂，气喘，汗如雨下。宜急用∶
人参 石膏各四两 黄连三钱
水煎服一剂而神定，二剂而汗止。
若中暑猝倒，心痛欲死者。宜急用∶
青蒿一两 黄连 人参 白术各三钱 茯神 藿香各五钱 香薷 半夏各一钱
水煎服，一剂而痛即止。
又如中暑忽倒，口吐白沫，将欲发狂，身如火烧，紫斑烂然者，多不可救。宜急用∶
玄参 麦冬各三两 天冬 青蒿各一两 升麻 荆芥 黄连 黄芩各三钱
水煎服，一剂而斑色变淡，三剂而斑色褪尽矣。
患者全身胀痛，面色晦暗无光，身体各部位出现黑斑，这是毒邪蕴结在脏腑，导致气机阻滞、血液凝滞。方剂组成如下：
苏木、延胡索、五灵脂、天仙子、萝卜子（莱菔子）各一两；三棱、莪术、姜黄、陈皮、槟榔、枳实、厚朴各七钱；乌药五钱；香附四钱；沉香、降香各三钱；阿魏二钱。
将上述药材捣碎成细末，制成如绿豆大小的丸药，每次服用十五丸，用砂仁汤送服。
患者头晕眼花，恶心呕吐，身上有紫斑，痧毒潜伏在肌肉内部。治疗方法先用治疗噤口痧的方法。接着使用以下方剂：
天花粉、丹皮、薄荷、地骨皮、山栀、玄参、细辛，这七味药等量分配，煎煮后服用。
发病初期多半伴有腹痛，也有并不疼痛，只是感觉昏沉、胀闷的情况。切忌服用生姜。紧急情况下使用：
南蛇藤
煎水冲酒服用。
人参一两、青蒿三两、香薷三钱、白术五钱。
水煎后服用，效果极佳。
如果是中暑导致发狂、气喘、汗如雨下。应当紧急使用：
人参、石膏各四两，黄连三钱。
水煎服用一剂后神志安定，服用两剂后汗止。
如果是中暑突然晕倒，心痛欲死。应当紧急使用：
青蒿一两，黄连、人参、白术各三钱，茯神、藿香各五钱，香薷、半夏各一钱。
水煎服用，一剂后疼痛即止。
又比如中暑突然晕倒，口吐白沫，即将发狂，身体如火烧般灼热，身上紫斑溃烂明显者，大多难以救治。应当紧急使用：
玄参、麦冬各三两，天冬、青蒿各一两，升麻、荆芥、黄连、黄芩各三钱。
水煎服用，一剂后斑色变淡，三剂后斑色完全消退。
The patient suffers from generalized distending pain, a dull and dark complexion, and black spots appearing on various parts of the body. This indicates that toxic pathogens are entrenched in the Zang-Fu organs (internal organs), causing Qi stagnation and blood coagulation. The prescription is as follows:
Spatholobi Caulis (Sunmu), Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo), Trogopterori Faeces (Wulingzhi), Hyoscyami Semen (Tianxianzi), and Raphani Semen (Luobozhi/Laifuzi) each 1 liang; Bupleuri Radix (Sanleng), Curcumae Rhizoma (Ezhhu), Curcumae Longae Rhizoma (Jianghuang), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Arecae Semen (Binglang), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi), and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo) each 7 qian; Linderae Radix (Wuyao) 5 qian; Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu) 4 qian; Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang) and Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum (Xiangxiang) each 3 qian; Ferulae Resina (Awei) 2 qian.
Pulverize these ingredients finely and form pills the size of mung beans. Take 15 pills per dose, administered with Amomi Fructus (Sharen) decoction.
The patient experiences dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, and purple spots on the body, indicating Sha toxin lodged within the muscles. The treatment method should first employ the protocol for treating Jin Kou Sha (Sha syndrome with inability to swallow). Subsequently, use the following formula:
Trichosanthis Radix (Tianhuafen), Moutan Cortex (Danpi), Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe), Lycii Cortex (Digupi), Gardeniae Fructus (Shanzhi), Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen), and Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin). These seven herbs are used in equal proportions, decocted in water, and taken orally.
In the early stages, abdominal pain is common, though some cases present no pain, only a sensation of lethargy, distension, and oppression. Ginger must be strictly avoided. In urgent situations, use:
Celastrus Radix (Nansheteng).
Decoct in water, mix with wine, and take orally.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) 1 liang, Artemisiae Annuae Herba (Qinghao) 3 liang, Moslae Herba (Xiangru) 3 qian, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) 5 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally; this is highly effective.
If heatstroke leads to mania, panting, and profuse sweating like rain, urgently use:
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) and Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) each 4 liang, Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) 3 qian.
Decoct in water and take one dose to stabilize the spirit, and two doses to stop sweating.
If heatstroke causes sudden collapse and severe heart pain resembling death, urgently use:
Artemisiae Annuae Herba (Qinghao) 1 liang, Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) each 3 qian; Poria (Fushen) and Pogostemonis Herba (Huoxiang) each 5 qian; Moslae Herba (Xiangru) and Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia) each 1 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally; pain ceases after one dose.
Furthermore, if heatstroke causes sudden collapse, foaming at the mouth, impending mania, burning sensation of the body like fire, and obvious ulcerated purple spots, prognosis is generally poor. Urgently use:
Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen) and Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong) each 3 liang; Asparagi Radix (Tiandong) and Artemisiae Annuae Herba (Qinghao) each 1 liang; Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), and Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) each 3 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally; the color of the spots fades after one dose and disappears completely after three doses.
Raw Gypsum Fibrosum (Sheng Shigao) 1 liang, Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen), Chrysanthemi Indici Flos (Yejuhua), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), Forsythiae Fructum (Lianqiao), and Moutan Cortex (Danpi) each 4 qian; Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe), Belamcandae Rhizoma (Shegan), and Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (Beimu) each 2 qian; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) 1 qian.
Decoct in clear water and take orally until recovery.
