上八味为末，蜜丸如梧子大，酒服十五丸，日三。加至二十五丸。（仲景云∶常服去附
子，加五味子。姚公云∶加五味子三两，苁蓉四两。张文仲加五味子、苁蓉各四两。《肘后
方》用地黄四两，泽泻、附子各一两，余各二两）。
治虚劳肾气不足，腰疼阴寒，小便数，囊冷湿，尿有余沥，精自出，阴痿不起，忽忽
喜悲方。

治疗虚劳肾气不足，腰部疼痛且感觉阴寒，小便频数，阴囊冷湿，尿后余沥不尽，精液自出，阳痿不起，神情恍惚易悲伤的方剂。

以上十九味药研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，用酒送服十五丸，每日三次。逐渐增加至三十丸（《古今录验方》中没有远志、防风、干姜、玉竹、牛膝、地骨皮、甘草、钟乳，有一两狗脊，四两黄耆，三两人参，泽泻、干姜各二两，大枣一百枚）。
又一方：治疗男子妇人因劳损导致的身体虚弱消瘦，受寒邪侵袭感到乏力，各种病症都能治疗的方剂。

以上十八味药研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，用酒送服十丸，每日两次，逐渐增加剂量。（另一版本含有肉苁蓉六分。）
又一方：此方胜过胡公肾气丸及五石丸。

以上九味药研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，用酒送服二十丸，逐渐增加至三十丸，以见效为限度。（《备急千金翼方》中含有丹皮四两）
又一方：治疗肾气不足导致身体日渐消瘦羸弱，呼吸短促少气，身体沉重，耳聋，视力模糊，以及多种疾病的方剂。
桂心（四两） 地黄（一斤） 泽泻 薯蓣 茯苓（各八两） 丹皮（六两） 半夏（二两）
以上七味药研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，用酒送服十丸，每日三次服用。
Treats deficiency exhaustion with insufficiency, extreme thirst desiring to drink water, lower back pain, tension and tightness in the lower abdomen, and difficulty in urination.
Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (8 liang), Corni Fructus (4 liang each), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (4 liang each), Moutan Cortex (3 liang each), Poria (3 liang each), Alismatis Rhizoma (3 liang each), Cinnamomi Ramulus (2 liang each), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (2 liang each).
Grind the above eight herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 15 pills with wine, three times a day. Increase gradually to 25 pills. (Zhang Zhongjing stated: For long-term use, remove Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata and add Schisandrae Fructus. Master Yao stated: Add Schisandrae Fructus 3 liang, Cistanches Herba 4 liang. Zhang Wenzhong added Schisandrae Fructus and Cistanches Herba, 4 liang each. *Zhouhou Fang* used Rehmanniae Radix Preparata 4 liang, Alismatis Rhizoma and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata 1 liang each, and the remaining herbs 2 liang each.)
Treats deficiency exhaustion with Kidney Qi insufficiency, lower back pain with a sensation of cold, frequent urination, cold and damp scrotum, dribbling after urination, spontaneous emission of essence, impotence, mental vagueness with a tendency toward sadness.
Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (8 fen), Polygalae Radix (4 fen each), Saposhnikoviae Radix (4 fen each), Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (4 fen each), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (4 fen each), Ophiopogonis Tuber (4 fen each), Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma (4 fen each), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (4 fen each), Dendrobii Caulis (4 fen each), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (4 fen each), Lycii Cortex (4 fen each), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (4 fen each), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (4 fen each), Cinnamomi Ramulus (4 fen each), Poria (4 fen each), Corni Fructus (4 fen each), Cistanches Herba (6 fen), Gypsum Fibrosum Powder (10 fen), Sheep Kidney (1 piece).
Grind the above nineteen herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 15 pills with wine, three times a day. Gradually increase to 30 pills. (*Gujin Luyian* does not contain Polygalae Radix, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, Lycii Cortex, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, or Gypsum Fibrosum; it contains Cibotii Rhizoma 1 liang, Astragali Radix 4 liang, Ginseng Radix 3 liang, Alismatis Rhizoma and Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum 2 liang each, and 100 Jujubae Fructus.)
Another prescription: Treats men and women suffering from exhaustion due to overwork, physical debility and emaciation, weakness caused by cold pathogenic factors, effective for various diseases.
Dendrobii Caulis (2 liang), Asteris Radix (5 fen each), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (5 fen each), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (5 fen each), Cannabis Semen (1 fen), Ginseng Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Poria, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Sojae Semen Praeparatum (one portion).
Grind the above eighteen herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 10 pills with wine, twice a day, increasing gradually. (One version contains Cistanches Herba 6 fen.)
Another prescription: This formula is superior to Hu Gong Shenqi Wan and Wushi Wan.
Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Poria, Scrophulariae Radix (5 liang each), Alismatis Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Corni Fructus, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Paeoniae Radix Alba (4 liang each), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (3 liang).
Grind the above nine herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 20 pills with wine, increasing gradually to 30 pills, until efficacy is achieved. (*Qianjin Yifang* contains Moutan Cortex 4 liang.)
Another prescription: Treats Kidney Qi insufficiency leading to progressive emaciation and weakness, shortness of breath, heavy body, deafness, blurred vision, and various other diseases.
Cinnamomi Ramulus (4 liang), Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (1 jin), Alismatis Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Poria (8 liang each), Moutan Cortex (6 liang), Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (2 liang).
Grind the above seven herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 10 pills with wine, three times a day.
