治小儿热毒入膀胱中，忽患小便不通，欲小便则涩痛不出，出少如血，须臾
地肤子 瞿麦 知母 黄芩 枳实 升麻 葵子 猪苓（各六铢） 通草 海藻 橘皮
（
各三铢） 大黄（十八铢）
上十二味 咀，以水三升，煮取一升，一日至七日儿服一合，为三服，八日至十五日儿
一合半为三服，十六日至二十日儿二合为三服，四十日儿以此为准，五十日以上七岁以下以
意加药益水。
小儿淋方∶
车前子一升水二升，煮取一升，分服。
又方 煮冬葵子汁服之。
又方 取蜂房、乱发烧灰，以水服一钱匕，日再。
治小儿小便不通方∶车前草（切，一升） 小麦（一升）
上二味以水二升，煮取一升二合，去滓煮粥服，日三四。
又方 冬葵子一升，以水二升，煮取一升分服，入滑石末六铢。
治小儿 方∶
蜥蜴一枚烧末，酒服之。
治小儿吐血方∶
烧蛇蜕皮为末，以乳服之，并治重舌。
又方 取油三分，酒一分，和之，分再服。
治小儿鼻塞生息肉方∶
通草 细辛（各一两）
上二味捣末，取药如豆，着绵缠头纳鼻中，日二。
治小儿鼻塞不通，浊涕出方∶
杏仁（半两） 川椒 附子 细辛（各六铢）
上四味 咀，以醋五合渍药一宿，明旦以猪脂五合煎，令附子色黄，膏成去滓，冷更以
涂絮导鼻孔中，日再，兼摩顶。
治小儿 耳方∶
末石硫黄以粉耳中，日一夜一。
治小儿耳疮方∶
烧马骨灰敷之。
又方 烧鸡屎白，筒中吹入。
治小儿齿落久不生方∶
取雄鼠屎二七枚，以一屎拭一齿根处，尽此止，二十一日即生（雄鼠屎头尖）。
治小儿四五岁不语方∶
末赤小豆，酒和敷舌下。
又方 灸足两踝各三壮。
治小儿不能乳方∶
雀屎四枚为末，着乳头饮儿，儿大十枚。
治疗小儿热毒侵入膀胱，突然患小便不通畅，想要小便时涩痛且排不出，排出量少如血，须臾之间……
地肤子、瞿麦、知母、黄芩、枳实、升麻、葵子、猪苓（各六铢）、通草、海藻、橘皮（各三铢）、大黄（十八铢）。
以上十二味药，切碎，用水三升，煮取一升。对于出生一天至七天的婴儿，服用一合，分三次服完；出生八天至十五天的婴儿，服用一合半，分三次服完；出生十六天至二十天的婴儿，服用二合，分三次服完；四十天大的婴儿以此剂量为准；五十天以上至七岁以下的儿童，根据情况增加药量和水量。
治疗小儿淋证（小便频数短涩、滴沥刺痛）的方子：
车前子一升，水二升，煮取一升，分次服用。
又一个方子：取蜂房、乱发烧成灰，用水送服一钱匕的量，每天两次。
治疗小儿小便不通的方子：车前草（切碎，一升）、小麦（一升）。
以上两味药，用水二升，煮取一升二合，去掉药渣，煮粥服用，每天三四次。
又一个方子：冬葵子一升，用水二升，煮取一升分次服用，加入滑石末六铢。
治疗小儿吐血的方子：
烧蛇蜕皮为末，用乳汁送服，同时治疗重舌（双舌）。
又一个方子：取油三分，酒一分，混合后分两次服用。
以上两味药捣成末，取药量如豆大，包裹在棉絮中缠好头，塞入鼻中，每天两次。
治疗小儿鼻塞不通，流浊涕的方子：
杏仁（半两）、川椒、附子、细辛（各六铢）。
以上四味药切碎，用醋五合浸泡药物一夜，第二天早上用猪脂五合煎药，直到附子颜色变黄，制成膏状后去渣，冷却后用棉絮蘸取药膏导入鼻孔中，每天两次，同时按摩头顶。
治疗小儿[缺失病名]耳部疾病的方子：
将硫黄研末，撒入耳中，每天一次或每隔一天一次。
治疗小儿牙齿脱落很久不再生长的方子：
取雄鼠屎十四枚，用一枚屎擦拭一颗牙齿根部处，用完为止，二十一天后牙齿就会生长（雄鼠屎头部尖锐）。
治疗小儿四五岁还不会说话的方子：
将赤小豆研末，用酒调和敷在舌下。
又一个方子：艾灸双脚脚踝各三壮。
治疗小儿不能吸吮乳汁的方子：
雀屎四枚研末，涂在乳头上让婴儿饮用，婴儿长大后用量增至十枚。

The above twelve ingredients are chopped, boiled in three sheng of water until one sheng remains. For infants aged one to seven days, administer one ge divided into three doses; for infants aged eight to fifteen days, administer one and a half ge divided into three doses; for infants aged sixteen to twenty days, administer two ge divided into three doses; for infants around forty days old, this dosage serves as the standard; for children from fifty days old up to seven years old, adjust the medication amount and water volume according to circumstances.
Formula for treating pediatric Lin syndrome (dysuria):
Cheqianzi (Semen Plantaginis) one sheng, water two sheng, boil until one sheng remains, take in divided doses.
Another formula: Boil juice of Dongkuizi (Semen Abutilonis) and take it.
Yet another formula: Take Fengfang (Napis Vespae) and Luanshao (Hairs burned to ash), burn them to ash, and take one qianbi with water, twice daily.
Formula for treating pediatric urinary retention:
Cheqiancao (Herba Plantaginis) (chopped, one sheng), Xiaomai (Frumentum Tritici) (one sheng).
The above two ingredients are boiled in two sheng of water until one sheng and two ge remain. Strain the dregs and cook porridge with the liquid, take three to four times daily.
Another formula: Dongkuizi (Semen Abutilonis) one sheng, water two sheng, boil until one sheng remains, take in divided doses, add Huashi (Talcum) powder six zhu.
Formula for treating pediatric [missing disease name]:
Xiye (Lacerta) one piece, burn to ash, take with wine.
Formula for treating pediatric hematemesis:
Burn Shedding of Snake Skin (Ophibolus) to ash, take with milk; also treats Chongshe (double tongue).
Another formula: Mix three parts oil with one part wine, take in two divided doses.
Formula for treating nasal polyps due to nasal congestion in children:
Tongcao (Medulla Tetrapanacis), Xixin (Radix Asari) (each one liang).
The above two ingredients are ground into powder. Take an amount the size of a bean, wrap in cotton, attach a thread, and insert into the nostril, twice daily.
Formula for treating nasal obstruction with turbid discharge in children:
Xingren (Semen Pruni Armeniacae) (half liang), Chuanjiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata), Xixin (Radix Asari) (each six zhu).
The above four ingredients are chopped, soaked in five he of vinegar overnight. The next morning, decoct with five he of Pig Fat (Su You) until Fuzi turns yellow. Strain the residue when the ointment is ready. After cooling, use cotton wicks dipped in the ointment to guide into the nostrils, twice daily, while massaging the vertex.

Apply ash from burned Horse Bone (Ma Gu Hui).
