纳之。一日三四易。又阴户内生疮作痒。用活蚌(一个)剖开。将有肉半个。
次日又用一个。全安。

凡是妇女刚生产完，立即将双乳放入温热的淘米水中，揉洗良久，挤出乳汁。若乳孔内有白色物质，用手扯去，然后再给婴儿哺乳。这样不仅婴儿容易吃奶，而且能避免乳吹、乳痈等疾患。这是秘法。另外，煎药清洗乳房，用木梳梳理乳房一千遍，乳汁即可通畅。（以上为产后护理）

Schizonepeta powder (Jingjie) and Ash of Softshell Turtle head (Bietou) are mixed with honey and applied to the anus. A pair of old straw shoes is heated and gently supports the affected area; recovery occurs after several applications.
For women who have just given birth, immerse both breasts in warm rice-washing water, knead and wash for a long time, then express the milk. If there is white substance in the nipple pores, remove it by hand before feeding the infant. This not only makes it easier for the infant to feed but also prevents conditions such as breast engorgement (Ruchui) and mastitis (Ruyong). This is a secret method. Bignonia flower (Ziwei) is ground into powder and mixed with carp brain or gallbladder for topical application. Alternatively, Sulfur powder (Liuhuang) is applied. Alternatively, Peach kernel (Taoren) is crushed, wrapped in cotton, and inserted. Alternatively, Apricot kernel (roasted)... Calcined Alum (Huangfanshi, calcined, 2 fen each) and Musk (Shexiang, 5 li) are mixed and applied three times daily. Additionally, for vulvar ulcers itching and painful like insect bites, raw [ingredient] is inserted, changed three to four times a day. Additionally, for ulcers causing itching inside the vagina, a live clam (one) is split open; half with meat is used. The next day, another is used until fully healed.
