石榴花瓣不拘多少。炙脆研末。加冰片(少许)再研吹耳。自愈。又羊屎弹
矾轻粉(各五分) 上为末。用绵花卷净耳内脓。将苇管吹入。效。
陈皮(烧研一钱) 麝香(少许)为末。日掺立效。又青皮(烧研末) 绵包塞
然汁入滴三次。
龙骨( ) 五倍子(炒) 乳香 枯矾 血余灰(各等分) 为末。卷净脓水。吹之
附子末。以葱涕和。灌耳中。取瘥。单用葱涕灌亦佳。须侧卧令入。又桃仁
绯绢裹塞耳中。日三易。以瘥为度。又釜月下墨。以猪膏和绵裹纳耳中。日再。
又黄连 附子(泡各等分) 捣末。先用绵花卷净恶物。然后以药末少许。微微吹入。良
耳中肿痛。并出脓血。 橄榄核(烧存性) 每一枚。入冰片(二厘) 研极细末。吹入耳
中。
松脂（四分） 巴豆（去皮去心并熬制） 麻子仁 蜂蜡 乳香 石盐（各二分）。以上六味药制成膏剂。搓成如枣核大小的丸药。塞入耳中。每三天更换一次。直至病愈。
取一块如豆子大小的灵磁石，与穿山甲粉末混合。用棉絮包裹后塞入耳中。口中含一块生铁。感觉耳中如有风雨之声通畅流动。又听到声响如同风水鸣响、钟磬之音时。使用真川椒、巴豆、石菖蒲共同研成细末。以松香和黄蜡为粘合剂制成丸药。每天更换一次。初起病患者数日即可通窍。疗效神奇。
将一枚番木鳖研磨成水，滴入耳中。立即见效。也可掺入蒲黄粉末。或将鸡冠血滴入耳内。立即痊愈。
骨（去角质并炙烤） 釜底墨（各二分） 附子（炮制四分） 禹余粮 龙骨 伏龙肝（各二分）。捣碎成粉末，取如皂荚子大小的量。用棉絮包裹后塞入耳中。每天更换一次。直至病愈。若有虫患，加入一豆大的麝香。
杏仁炒黑后捣成膏状。用棉絮包裹纳入耳中。每天更换三到四次。效果良好。也可用煨至存性的胭脂绵（五分）与枯矾（一份）混合掺入。
石榴花瓣不限数量，烤脆后研成粉末，加入少许冰片再次研磨，吹入耳中。自愈。也可用羊屎弹、明矾、轻粉（各五分）制成粉末。先用棉花卷净耳内脓液，然后用苇管将药粉吹入。有效。
陈皮（烧后研成一钱）与少许麝香制成粉末。每天掺入，立竿见影。也可用青皮（烧研成末），用棉布包裹塞入耳中。
滴入自然汁液三次。
龙骨（未注明剂量）、五倍子（炒制）、乳香、枯矾、血余灰（各等分）。制成粉末。卷净脓水后，吹入耳中。
附子粉末，用葱汁调和，灌入耳中。可治愈。单用葱汁灌耳也很好。需侧卧使药液流入。也可用桃仁绯色丝绢包裹塞入耳中。每天更换三次，以病愈为度。或用锅底黑墨，用猪油和棉絮包裹塞入耳中。每天两次。也可用黄连与附子（炮制，各等分）捣成粉末。先用棉花卷净恶浊之物，然后将少量药粉微微吹入。效果良好。
Apply raw sesame oil (Raw Sesame Oil) three to five times daily. Wait until the blockage in the ear is cleared and the condition resolves.
Pine resin (4 fen), Croton seed (Crotonis Fructus, removed skin and heart, roasted), Hemp seed (Cannabis Semen), Beeswax (Cera Flava), Frankincense (Boswelliae Resina), Rock salt (Halitum) (each 2 fen). The above six ingredients are processed into an ointment. Form into pills the size of a jujube pit. Insert into the ear. Change once every three days. Continue until recovery.
Take a piece of natural magnetite (Natural Magnetite) the size of a bean, mixed with powder of pangolin scales (Manis Squama). Wrap in cotton wool and insert into the ear. Hold a piece of raw iron in the mouth. When one feels a sensation of wind and rain flowing freely in the ear, and hears sounds resembling wind through water or the ringing of bells and chimes, use Sichuan pepper (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Croton seed (Crotonis Fructus), and Acorus rhizome (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma). Grind them into fine powder together. Bind with pine resin (Pini Resina) and beeswax (Cera Flava) to form pills. Replace once daily. For early-stage cases, patency can be achieved within a few days. Miraculous efficacy.
Drip fresh juice of Acorus rhizome (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) into the ear.
Grind one Strychnos nux-vomica seed (Strychni Semen) into water and drip into the ear. Immediate effect. Alternatively, sprinkle Pteris vittata spore powder (Pteridis Spora) inside. Or drip blood from a rooster's comb into the ear. Immediate cure.
Bone (removed keratin, roasted), soot from the bottom of a cauldron (Fodi Cinis), Prepared aconite root (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, 4 fen), Ilmenite (Yuyuliang), Dragon bone (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae), House soot (Longgu) (each 2 fen). Pound into powder. Take an amount the size of a soap pod. Wrap in cotton wool and insert into the ear. Change once daily. Continue until recovery. If there are insects, add musk (Moschus) the size of a bean.
Stir-fry apricot kernels (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) until black, then pound into a paste. Wrap in cotton wool and insert into the ear. Change three to four times daily. Good effect. Alternatively, use calcined rouge silk (5 fen, kept its nature by heating) mixed with alum (Alumen) (1 part) and sprinkle inside.
Pomegranate petals (Punica Granatum Cortex/Flower), any quantity. Roast until crisp, grind into powder. Add a small amount of borneol (Borneolum Syntheticum) and grind again. Blow into the ear. Self-healing. Alternatively, use sheep feces pellets, alum (Alumen), and calomel (Hydrargyri Chloridum Mite) (each 5 fen). Process into powder. First, use cotton wool to clean out pus from the ear canal. Then, use a reed tube to blow the powder in. Effective.
Tangerine peel (Chenpi, burned and ground to 1 qian) mixed with a small amount of musk (Moschus) into powder. Sprinkle daily for immediate effect. Alternatively, use green tangerine peel (Qingpi, burned and ground into powder), wrapped in cotton cloth and inserted into the ear.
Drip natural juice three times.
Dragon bone (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae) [dose unspecified], Chinese gallnut (Galla Chinensis, stir-fried), frankincense (Boswelliae Resina), alum (Alumen), carbonized human hair (Xueyuhui) (each equal parts). Process into powder. Clean out pus and fluid, then blow into the ear.
Powder of prepared aconite root (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), mixed with onion juice. Instill into the ear. Curative. Using only onion juice instillation is also good. Must lie on the side to allow entry. Alternatively, wrap peach kernel (Persicae Semen) in crimson silk and insert into the ear. Change three times daily. Continue until cured. Or use soot collected under the moon, mixed with lard (Su) and cotton wool, inserted into the ear. Twice daily. Alternatively, use Coptis rhizome (Coptidis Rhizoma) and prepared aconite root (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, each equal parts). Pound into powder. First, use cotton wool to clean out foul matter. Then, gently blow a small amount of powder into the ear. Good effect.
Swelling and pain in the ear, accompanied by discharge of pus and blood. Burn olive pit (Olivae Fructus) until it retains its nature. For each pit, add 2 li of borneol (Borneolum Syntheticum). Grind into extremely fine powder. Blow into the ear.
