治证与前温中化痰丸同。

上为细末，生姜汁打面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸至五十丸，汤、饮任下，不拘
时候。
治肺胃受寒，咳嗽多痰，胸满短气。语声不出，昼夜不止，饮食减少，不以远
并皆治之。

上为细末。每服一大钱，水一盏，生姜四片，同煎至七分，通口服，不拘时候。
治肺胃虚寒，久嗽不已，咽膈满闷，咳嗽痰涎，呕逆恶心，腹胁胀满，腰
劳冷嗽，及远年日近一切嗽病服诸药不效者，并皆治之。

上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如鸡头大。每服一丸，食后，细嚼，淡姜汤送下。或每一大丸分
作四小丸，含化亦得。
治疗胸膈脘腹痰涎阻滞不通，头部和眼睛昏沉眩晕，呕吐逆出涎沫。

以上药物研成细末，加入细面粉三两混合均匀，用水调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，在沸水中煮至浮起，捞出，用生姜汤送服，饭后服用。
治疗各种停聚的水饮不散，时常呕吐痰沫，头晕目眩想要跌倒，胸膈脘腹感觉不适。

以上药物研成细末，用生姜汁打面糊制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸到五十丸，用汤剂或饮料送服均可，不限时候。
治疗肺胃受寒，咳嗽多痰，胸部胀满呼吸短促。说话声音发不出，昼夜不停，饮食减少，无论是久病还是新病都治疗它。

以上药物研成细末。每次服用一大钱，用水一盏，生姜四片，一起煎煮到七分，一次性口服，不限时候。
治疗肺胃虚寒，长期咳嗽不止，咽喉胸膈满闷，咳嗽有痰涎，呕吐逆气恶心，腹部胁肋胀满，腰部劳损冷咳，以及多年或近期所有的咳嗽病症服用其他药物无效的，都治疗它。

以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜制作成丸药，大小如鸡头。每次服用一丸，饭后，细细咀嚼，用淡姜汤送服。或者将一个大丸分成四个小丸，含化也可以。
Treats phlegm-fluid obstruction in the chest diaphragm and epigastrium, dizziness and vertigo of the head and eyes, and vomiting with salivary foam.
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, one piece weighing six qian, raw, skin and umbilicus removed) Sheng Liuhuang (Native Sulfur, separately ground) Tian Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, used raw) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, used raw, each [appropriate amount])
The above are ground into fine powder, mixed with three liang of fine flour, and combined with water to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, boil in boiling water until they float, strain out, and swallow with Ginger Decoction after meals.
Treats all types of retained fluids that do not dissipate, frequent vomiting of phlegm-foam, dizziness and vertigo with a sensation of falling, and discomfort in the chest diaphragm and epigastrium.
Xuanfuhua (Inulae Flos, eight liang) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, one jin one liang) Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, coarse bark removed) Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, processed, each six liang) Chifuling (Poria with Red Hosta Root, skin removed, [appropriate amount])
The above are ground into powder, formed into pills with wheat paste, the size of Sophora seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, swallow with cooked water.
The indications are the same as those for Wenzhong Huatan Wan (Warm the Middle and Transform Phlegm Pill).
Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, processed) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, boiled, each one liang) Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, leaves removed, washed) Hujiao (Piperis Fructus, each half liang) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, roasted, two liang)
The above are ground into fine powder, formed into pills with wheat paste made using Ginger Juice, the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty to fifty pills per dose, swallow with decoction or beverage as desired, at any time.
Treats cold invading the Lung and Stomach, cough with profuse phlegm, chest fullness and shortness of breath. Inability to speak, continuous day and night, reduced food intake; treats both chronic and recent cases.
Banxiaqu (Pinelliae Fermentatum, roasted, eight qian) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, [appropriate amount]) Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, coarse bark removed, each half liang) Yingsuke (Pericarpium Papaveris, calyx and lid removed, honey-roasted, two [liang])
The above are ground into fine powder. Take one daqian (large coin measure) per dose, with one sheng of water and four slices of fresh ginger, decoct together until seven-tenths remain, take orally in one dose, at any time.
Treats deficiency-cold of the Lung and Stomach, persistent chronic cough, fullness and oppression in the throat and diaphragm, cough with phlegm-saliva, retching and nausea, abdominal and hypochondriac distension, cold cough due to lumbar strain, and all types of cough (recent or long-standing) unresponsive to other medications.

The above are ground into fine powder, formed into pills with refined honey, the size of a cocklebur. Take one pill per dose after meals, chew thoroughly, and swallow with light Ginger Decoction. Alternatively, divide one large pill into four small pills and dissolve in the mouth.
