上研极细，每用少许，临卧敷口中。
治大小儿积热，口内生疮。
黄柏（二指大一片，以蜜涂，慢火炙令紫色为度） 诃子（一枚，火烧过，盒儿内盖少
时） 腻粉 麝香（各少许）
上为细末，研匀，每用少许，掺舌上。
治口疮绝妙。
黄连 朴硝 白矾（各半两） 薄荷（一两）
上为粗末，用腊月黄牛胆，将药入胆内，风头挂两月取下。如有口疮，旋将药研细，入
于口疮上，去其热涎，即愈。
治口疮。
蟾酥（五皂角子大） 硼砂 龙脑 麝香（各一皂子大）
上研极细，以温汤半盏化令匀，入绯绵秤半钱，蘸药汁晒干，候药汁尽，将绵寸截，每
用一片，贴于患处，有涎即吐，一日三五次易之，取瘥。
治口疮。
龙脑（少许） 黄柏（日干） 硼砂（研） 薄荷叶（各等分）
上为细末，研匀，生蜜和丸，如龙眼大，每服一丸，津液化下。疮甚者加脑子研。
上以沙糖，细细含化。
治口疮，臭气瘀烂，久而不瘥。
黄柏（半两） 青黛 甘草（各二钱）
上为细末，研匀，临卧以一字安舌下，咽津不妨，天明瘥。
心病口疮，紫桔红苍，三钱四两，五服安康。
上件紫菀桔梗红芍药苍术各三钱，为细末，以羊肝四两批开，掺药末在肝内，麻缠定，
火内烧令熟，空心食之，白汤送下，大效。
治疗口疮。
硼砂、青黛、龙脑（冰片）、石膏，各取等分。
将上述药物研磨成极细的粉末，每次取少量，在临睡前敷于口腔患处。
治疗小儿及成人因积热引起的口腔内生疮。
黄柏（取约两指宽的一片，用蜂蜜涂抹，以慢火炙烤至呈紫色为度）、诃子（一枚，经火烧后，放入盒中盖一会儿）、腻粉、麝香（各取少许）。
将上述药物制成细末，研磨均匀，每次取少量，撒在舌面上。
治疗口疮效果极佳。
黄连、朴硝、白矾（各半两）、薄荷（一两）。
将上述药物制成粗末，用腊月时黄牛胆，将药物装入胆内，悬挂在风口处两个月后取下。如果患有口疮，随即取药研细，敷在口疮上，去除热性涎液，即可痊愈。
治疗口疮。
蟾酥（大小如五颗皂角子）、硼砂、龙脑、麝香（各如一颗皂角子大）。
将上述药物研磨成极细的粉末，用半盏温开水化开使其均匀，称取半钱重的红丝绵，蘸取药汁晒干，待药汁完全吸收后，将丝绵切成一寸长的段，每次取一片，贴敷于患处，有涎液分泌即吐出，每日更换三到五次，直至痊愈。
治疗口疮。
龙脑（少许）、黄柏（日晒干燥）、硼砂（已研碎）、薄荷叶（各取等分）。
将上述药物制成细末，研磨均匀，用生蜜调和制成丸剂，大小如龙眼核，每次服用一丸，用唾液送服。若疮势严重，可加入更多冰片研匀。
上方（指前文提到的某种制剂或单独使用）用砂糖细细含化。
治疗口疮，伴有口臭、瘀血腐烂，日久不愈。
黄柏（半两）、青黛、甘草（各二钱）。
将上述药物制成细末，研磨均匀，临睡前取“一字”量的药粉置于舌下，吞咽津液无妨，天亮时即可痊愈。
上方（指前文提到的某种制剂或单独使用）用生半夏研成细末，用醋调匀后贴敷于脚心，效果神奇。
心病导致的口疮，表现为嘴唇紫暗、面色苍白，使用紫菀、桔梗、红芍药、苍术各三钱，共四两，服用五剂后可恢复健康。
上述紫菀、桔梗、红芍药、苍术各三钱，研成细末，取四两羊肝剖开，将药末掺入肝内，用麻线缠紧，在火中烧熟，空腹食用，用白开水送下，效果显著。
Treatment for oral ulcers.
Borax (Pengsha), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), and Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), each in equal parts.
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Apply a small amount to the oral cavity before going to bed.
Treatment for oral ulcers caused by accumulated heat in children and adults.
Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (a slice about two fingers wide, coated with honey, and slow-roasted until purple), Chebulae Fructus (Hezi) (one fruit, roasted over fire and covered in a box for a short time), Calomelas (Nifen), and Moschus (Shexiang) (each in a small amount).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. Apply a small amount to the tongue.
An excellent remedy for oral ulcers.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Mirabilite (Puxiao), Alumen (Baifan) (each half liang), and Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) (one liang).
Make the above ingredients into coarse powder. Place the medicine inside a gallbladder of a yellow ox from the twelfth lunar month, hang it at a windy place for two months, then take it down. If suffering from oral ulcers, grind the medicine finely and apply it to the ulcer to remove hot saliva; it will heal immediately.
Treatment for oral ulcers.
Bufonis Venenum (Chansu) (the size of five soap pods), Borax (Pengsha), Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), and Moschus (Shexiang) (each the size of one soap pod).
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Dissolve them uniformly in half a cup of warm water. Weigh half a qian of red silk cotton, dip it in the medicinal liquid, and dry it. Once the liquid is absorbed, cut the cotton into one-inch pieces. Apply one piece to the affected area each time. Spit out any saliva produced. Change the dressing three to five times a day until recovery.
Treatment for oral ulcers.
Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao) (a small amount), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (sun-dried), Borax (Pengsha) (ground), and Menthae Haplocalycis Folium (Bohoye) (each in equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. Form pills using raw honey, sized like longan seeds. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in saliva. For severe cases, add more borneol and grind.
The above [preparation] should be slowly dissolved in the mouth with rock sugar.
Treatment for oral ulcers characterized by foul breath, stasis, rotting, and chronic non-healing.
Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (half liang), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (each two qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. Before bedtime, place an amount equivalent to "one character" under the tongue. Swallowing saliva is permissible; healing occurs by dawn.
The above [preparation], made from Pinelliae Rhizoma Crudum (Banxia) ground into a fine powder, mixed with vinegar, applied to the center of the sole, is miraculous.
Oral ulcers caused by Heart disease, presenting with purplish lips and pale complexion: Ziyuan, Jiegeng, Hong Shaoyao, and Cangzhu, each three qian, totaling four liang. Five doses ensure health.
The aforementioned Ziyuan, Jiegeng, Hong Shaoyao, and Cangzhu, each three qian, are ground into a fine powder. Take four liang of sheep liver, split it open, sprinkle the powder inside, tie it securely with hemp thread, roast it over fire until cooked, and eat it on an empty stomach, washed down with plain boiled water. This is highly effective.
