诃子（四个，炒） 黑牵牛（生） 巴戟（炒，各半两） 甘遂（三钱） 赤小豆（生，
四十九粒）
上为细末，面糊和丸，如绿豆大，每服十丸，加至十五丸，不拘时，用薄荷汤送下，次
用水膏药。
敷贴破处及面脚上疮，令生肉。
陈米（半升，炒） 马蹄香 藿香（各一两） 麝香（一钱，另研） 陈皮（去灰土，
半斤，炒紫色）
上为细末，入麝香用冷水调，扫敷疮上有脓处。如损破，即煎槐枝汤洗，再上药。此十
方乃秘传有验，大要病患须能如法将息理会，敬而信之。
治大风恶疾。
川芎 当归 熟地黄 荆芥穗（各二两） 细辛（去叶） 防风（各一两） 桂心（半
两）
上锉碎，先以醋一升，浸一宿，漉出焙干，再以生地黄一斤捣汁，浸一宿，焙干，再以
酒一升，浸一宿，焙干，旋入乳香半两，以余酒醋地黄汁浸蒸饼为丸，如梧桐子大，阴干收
贮，后用好乌头一个，炮裂锉，荆芥穗半两，浸酒三升，旋温热下药五十丸，食远服。
淋渫大风疮。
桑叶 荷叶 地黄叶 皂角叶 叶 苍耳叶 菖蒲叶 何首乌叶
上等分，晒干烧存性，为细末，如面药，用洗手面身体。大风恶疾，疮痍荼毒，脓汁淋
漓，眉鬓堕落，手足指脱，顽痹痛痒，颜色枯瘁，鼻塌眼烂，齿豁唇揭，病证之恶，无越于
斯，负此病者，百无一生。

以上药材研为细末，用面糊调和制成丸药，大小如绿豆，每次服用十丸，逐渐增加至十五丸，不限时间，用薄荷汤送服，随后使用水膏药外敷。
敷贴于溃破处及面部、脚部的疮口，促使肌肉生长。
陈米（半升，炒制） 马蹄香 藿香（各一两） 麝香（一钱，单独研磨） 陈皮（去除灰土，半斤，炒至紫色）
以上药材研为细末，加入麝香，用冷水调匀，扫敷在疮口有脓的部位。如果皮肤破损，则先煎煮槐枝汤清洗，再上药。这十个方子是秘传且有疗效的，关键在于患者必须能够按照方法调养护理，恭敬并信任它。
治疗大风恶疾（麻风病）。

以上药材切碎，先用醋一升浸泡一夜，滤出焙干，再用生地黄一斤捣汁，浸泡一夜，焙干，接着用酒一升，浸泡一夜，焙干，随即加入乳香半两，用剩余的酒、醋和地黄汁浸蒸饼制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，阴干后收存，之后用好乌头一个，炮裂后切碎，荆芥穗半两，浸泡在酒中三升，随时温热后服用五十丸，饭后远时服用。
淋洗大风疮。

以上药材等分，晒干后烧至存性，研为细末，像面药一样，用来洗手、洗脸和身体。大风恶疾，疮疡毒害，脓汁淋漓，眉毛鬓发脱落，手足指节脱落，顽固麻木疼痛瘙痒，面色枯槁憔悴，鼻梁塌陷眼睛腐烂，牙齿松动嘴唇翻卷，病证的凶险，没有超过这种的了，患有此病的人，百人中无一人生还。
Hezi (Four, stir-fried) Heiqianniu (Raw) Bajitian (Stir-fried, each half tael) Gansui (Three qian) Chixiaodou (Raw, forty-nine grains)
The above are ground into a fine powder, mixed with wheat paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take ten pills per dose, increasing to fifteen pills, at any time, taken down with mint decoction, followed by the application of water-based plaster.
Apply to broken areas and sores on the face and feet to promote flesh regeneration.
Chenmi (Half sheng, stir-fried) Matixiang Huoxiang (Each one tael) Shexiang (One qian, separately ground) Chenpi (Remove dust and soil, half jin, stir-fried until purple)
The above are ground into a fine powder, add Shexiang, mix with cold water, and sweep/apply onto sores with pus. If skin is damaged, boil Huai branch soup to wash first, then apply medicine. These ten prescriptions are secret transmissions with verified efficacy; the key lies in the patient's ability to rest and care according to the method, respecting and believing in it.
Treat Fengda Eji (Leprosy/Malignant Wind Disease).
Chuanxiong Danggui Shudihuang Jingjiesui (Each two liang) Xixin (Remove leaves) Fangfeng (Each one liang) Guixin (Half liang)
The above are chopped. First soak in one sheng of vinegar overnight, strain and dry-roast. Then soak in juice from one jin of raw Dihuang overnight, dry-roast. Then soak in one sheng of wine overnight, dry-roast. Immediately add Banliang of Ruxiang. Use remaining wine, vinegar, and Dihuang juice to moisten steamed rice cake for forming pills, size of Sophora seeds. Dry in shade and store. Later, take one good Wutou, roast until cracked, chop, along with Banliang of Jingjiesui, soak in three sheng of wine. Warm and take fifty pills,服用 far after meals.
Wash Fengda Chuang (Leprosy Sores).
Sangye Heye Dihuangye Zaojiaoye Ye Cangerye Changpuye Heshouwuyue
Equal parts of the above, sun-dry, burn to retain nature (charred but not ash), grind into fine powder. Like facial powder, use to wash hands, face, and body. Fengda Eji, sores and toxicity, dripping pus, falling eyebrows and hair, shedding fingers of hands and feet, stubborn numbness pain and itching, withered and haggard complexion, collapsed nose and rotten eyes, loose teeth and peeling lips, the malignancy of this disease has no equal. Those bearing this disease, out of a hundred, none survive.
