治一切恶疮发背，疔疽便毒，始发脉洪弦实数，肿甚欲作脓者。
大黄（三钱） 当归（二钱） 栝蒌根 皂角刺 牡蛎 朴硝 连翘（各一钱半） 金
银花 赤芍药 黄芩（各一钱）
上作一服，水酒各一盅，煎至一盅，食远服。
治诸热肿，一切风热疮证，发热多汗，大渴便闭，谵语结阳之证。
大黄（一两，半生半熟） 芒硝 甘草（各一两）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸，如弹子大，每服半丸，病重者一丸至二丸，食后童便入酒化服，
或白汤入酒化服亦可。
治疮毒痈肿，发燥烦渴，脉实洪数者。
大黄（四钱） 黄连 山栀 漏芦 泽兰 连翘 黄芩 苏木（各一钱半） 犀角（一

上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，食远服。
治诸疮肿，初觉一二日，便厥逆喉咽塞，发寒热。
乳香 木通 大黄（各一钱半） 连翘 沉香 木香 独活 桑寄生 丁香 射干 升
麻麝香 甘草（炙，各一钱）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜三片，煎至一盅，不拘时服。
治初患痈肿疮疖，热 疼痛，消肿毒。
大黄（不拘多少）
上为细末，用浆水调摊贴之，醋摩亦得。
治毒瓦斯入腹托里，若有异证，于内加减。
丁香 木香 沉香 乳香（各二钱） 麝香（三分）
上作粗末，作一服，水二盅半，煎至七分，空心服。若呕者去麝香，加藿香一钱，渴者
加人参一钱。
治疗各种恶疮、发背、疔疽和便毒，初期脉象洪大、弦紧、实有力且快速，肿胀严重即将化脓的情况。

以上药材研成细末，用炼蜜调和制成丸药，大小如弹子，每次服用半丸，病情重者服用一至两丸，饭后用童便加酒化开服用，或者用白开水加酒化开服用也可以。
治疗疮毒痈肿，出现烦躁口渴，脉象实而洪大快速的情况。
大黄（四钱） 黄连 山栀 漏芦 泽兰 连翘 黄芩 苏木（各一钱半） 犀角（一钱）
以上药材作为一剂服用，用水二盅，煎煮至一盅，在饭后较远的时候服用。
治疗各种疮肿，初起一两天内，出现四肢厥冷、咽喉堵塞感、寒热交替的症状。
乳香 木通 大黄（各一钱半） 连翘 沉香 木香 独活 桑寄生 丁香 射干 升麻 麝香 甘草（炙，各一钱）
以上药材作为一剂服用，用水二盅，生姜三片，煎煮至一盅，不拘泥于特定时间服用。
治疗初次患上的痈肿疮疖，红肿疼痛，消除肿毒。
大黄（不限数量）
以上药材研成细末，用浆水调匀后摊敷患处，用醋摩擦也有效。
治疗毒瓦斯进入腹部并托举里邪，如果有其他异常症状，可根据情况在内加减药物。

以上药材切成粗末，作为一剂服用，用水二盅半，煎煮至七分，空腹服用。如果呕吐，去掉麝香，加入藿香一钱；如果口渴，加入人参一钱。
Treats all kinds of malignant sores, back carbuncles (Fabei), ding abscesses (Dingju), and perineal toxins (Biandu). It is indicated for the initial stage where the pulse is surging, wiry, full, and rapid, with severe swelling that is about to suppurate.
Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (3 qian) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (2 qian) Trichosanthis Radix (Gualougen) Gleditsiae Spina (Zaoyaoci) Ostrea Concha (Muli) Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao) Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao) (each 1.5 qian) Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua) Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao) Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) (each 1 qian)
Take the above as one dose. Decoct with one cup of water and one cup of wine until reduced to one cup. Take far from meals.
Treats various heat-induced swellings and all wind-heat sore conditions, characterized by fever, excessive sweating, extreme thirst, constipation, delirium, and Jieyang syndrome.
Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (1 liang, half raw and half cooked) Mirabilite (Mangxiao) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (each 1 liang)
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take half a pill per dose; for severe cases, take one to two pills. After meals, dissolve in child's urine mixed with wine, or alternatively dissolve in plain water mixed with wine.
Treats toxin-induced carbuncles and swellings, presenting with restlessness, thirst, and a pulse that is full, surging, and rapid.

Take the above as one dose. Decoct with two cups of water until reduced to one cup. Take far from meals.
Treats various sore swellings occurring within the first one or two days, presenting with cold extremities, throat obstruction, and alternating chills and fever.
Frankincense (Ruxiang) Akebiae Caulis (Mutong) Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (each 1.5 qian) Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao) Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang) Costi Radix (Muxiang) Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo) Taxilli Herba (Sangjisheng) Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang) Belamcandae Rhizoma (Shegan) Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) Moschus (Shexiang) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted) (each 1 qian)
Take the above as one dose. Decoct with two cups of water and three slices of fresh ginger until reduced to one cup. Take at any time.
Treats initial onset of carbuncles, swellings, sores, and boils, characterized by redness, swelling, and pain, aiming to reduce toxic swelling.
Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (any amount)
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Mix with sour rice wash (jiangshui) to apply as a paste externally. Alternatively, rub with vinegar.
Treats toxic vapors entering the abdomen and supporting the interior. If there are abnormal symptoms, modify the formula accordingly.
Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang) Costi Radix (Muxiang) Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang) Frankincense (Ruxiang) (each 2 qian) Moschus (Shexiang) (3 fen)
Cut the above into coarse pieces. Take as one dose. Decoct with two and a half cups of water until reduced to seven-tenths. Take on an empty stomach. If vomiting occurs, remove Moschus and add Agastachis Herba (Huoxiang) 1 qian. If thirst occurs, add Ginseng Radix (Renshen) 1 qian.
