浸去白用） 甘草（炙，各一两） 吴茱萸（汤浸，微炒） 干姜（煨，各三分） 野狼毒（一
两半，用醋拌炒黄）
上为细末，炼蜜和捣二三百杵，丸如梧桐子大，每服十五丸，不拘时粥饮送下。
槟榔 牵牛（各半斤） 雷丸（一两半） 苦楝皮（一两） 大黄（四两） 皂角（半
斤） 三棱 莪术（各二两，另锉，同醋煮） 木香（随意加入）
上为细末，煎皂角膏子煮糊和丸，如黍米大，每服二钱，四更时分冷茶清下，小儿一钱
，下虫，以白粥补之。
取积追虫。
黑牵牛（一斤，取头末，十两，生用） 大腹子（一斤，扁者取末，七两，生用，如尖
者是槟榔） 莪术（二钱，煨） 京三棱（炮） 雷丸（炮） 广木香（煨，各五两）
上为细末，研匀用好紫色皂角半斤，去皮弦切碎，用水两大盏，浸一宿，冬月浸两宿，
捞去粗滓，铜磁瓷内熬数沸，白沫出为度，放冷和药，必须揉捣为丸，如梧桐子大，每服四
钱重，五更时沙糖水送下，温冷不妨，至天明利三五行，看取下是何虫积，以温白粥补之。
忌食生冷鱼腥硬之物，孕妇勿服。
治九虫动作，腹中刺痛，口吐清水，面色黑黄，及虫攻心痛者。
东引石榴枝（三两） 陈皮（酒浸去白，焙） 吴茱萸（汤泡，焙炒） 木香（各一两
半） 芍药 大黄（碾，各二两） 薏苡根（二两半）
上 咀如麻豆大，每服半两，水一盏半，煎至八分，去滓，空心温服。

鹤虱、野狼牙、附子（炮制，去掉皮和脐）、干漆（捣碎，炒至烟尽）、槟榔、白术、橘皮（用汤水浸泡后去掉白色内层使用）、甘草（炙烤，以上各药材一两）、吴茱萸（用汤水浸泡，微炒）、干姜（煨制，以上各三分）、野狼毒（一两半，用醋拌匀炒至黄色）。
将上述药材研成细末，用炼过的蜂蜜调和并捣击二三百下，制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用十五丸，不限时间，用米粥或饮汤送服。
槟榔、牵牛子（各半斤）、雷丸（一两半）、苦楝皮（一两）、大黄（四两）、皂角（半斤）、三棱、莪术（各二两，另外切碎，同醋一起煮）、木香（根据情况加入）。
将上述药材研成细末，煎煮皂角膏作为粘合剂煮糊调和成药丸，大小如黍米。每次服用二钱，在四更天时用冷茶清送服，小儿服用一钱。排出虫体后，用白粥调养身体。
此方用于攻取积滞、驱逐寄生虫。
黑牵牛子（一斤，取其头末十两，生用）、大腹子（一斤，扁形的取其末七两，生用，如果是尖的就是槟榔）、莪术（二钱，煨制）、京三棱（炮制）、雷丸（炮制）、广木香（煨制，以上各五两）。
将上述药材研成细末，混合均匀。取半斤好的紫色皂角，去掉皮和筋络切碎，用两大盏水浸泡一夜，冬季浸泡两夜，捞出粗渣，在铜、瓷容器内熬煮数沸，直到出现白色泡沫为止，放凉后与药粉混合。必须揉捣制成药丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用四钱重，在五更天时用沙糖水送服，温服或冷服均可。到天明时排便三四五次，观察排出了何种虫积，然后用温热的白粥调养身体。忌食生冷、鱼腥及坚硬食物，孕妇禁止服用。
治疗九种寄生虫发作，表现为腹部刺痛、口吐清水、面色黑黄，以及虫邪攻冲导致的心痛。
东向生长的石榴枝（三两）、陈皮（酒浸泡去掉白色内层，焙干）、吴茱萸（汤水泡过，焙干炒制）、木香（以上各一两半）、芍药、大黄（碾碎，以上各二两）、薏苡根（二两半）。
将上述药材切碎如麻豆大小，每次服用半两，加水一盏半，煎煮至八分满，去渣，空腹温热服用。
To treat chronic recurrent parasitic diseases characterized by heart pain, vomiting of clear fluid, and inability to eat.
*Artemisia argyi* (Heshi), *Aconitum kusnezoffii* root (Yelangya), *Aconitum carmichaelii* lateral root prepared (Fuzi, processed, peel and umbilicus removed), *Dryobalanops aromatica* resin prepared (Ganqi, crushed and stir-fried until smoke ceases), *Areca catechu* seed (Binglang), *Atractylodes macrocephala* rhizome (Baizhu), *Citrus reticulata* peel (Jupi, soaked in decoction, white pith removed before use), *Glycyrrhiza uralensis* root prepared (Gancao, honey-fried, each one qian), *Evodia rutaecarpa* fruit (Wuzhuyu, soaked in decoction, slightly stir-fried), *Zingiber officinale* rhizome prepared (Ganjiang, baked, each three fen), *Euphorbia fischeriana* root (Yelangdu, one and a half qian, mixed with vinegar and stir-fried until yellow).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, mix with refined honey, and pound two or three hundred times. Form pills the size of *Morus alba* seeds. Take fifteen pills per dose at any time, swallowed with rice gruel or liquid.
*Areca catechu* seed (Binglang), *Pharbitis nil* seed (Qianniu, each half jin), *Omphalia lapidescens* sclerotium (Leiwuan, one and a half qian), *Toosendan fructus* (Kulianpi, one qian), *Rheum palmatum* root and rhizome (Dahuang, four liang), *Gleditsia sinensis* thorn (Zaojiao, half jin), *Sparganium stoloniferum* rhizome (Sanleng), *Curcuma phaeocaulis* rhizome (Ezhu, each two liang, separately chopped and boiled together with vinegar), *Costus root* (Muxiang, added as desired).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Decoct *Gleditsia sinensis* thorn paste to make a glue for binding the pills, forming them the size of millet grains. Take two qian per dose, administered with cold tea water during the fourth watch of the night. For children, take one qian. After expelling parasites, replenish the body with white rice gruel.
This formula is used to remove accumulation and drive out worms.
Black *Pharbitis nil* seed (Heiqianniu, one jin, take the first sifted portion ten qian, raw use), *Areca catechu* seed (Dafuzi, one jin, take the flat ones' powder seven qian, raw use; if pointed, it is *Areca catechu*), *Curcuma phaeocaulis* rhizome (Ezhu, two qian, baked), *Sparganium stoloniferum* rhizome (Jingsanleng, processed), *Omphalia lapidescens* sclerotium (Leiwuan, processed), *Saussurea costus* root (Guangmuxiang, baked, each five liang).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder and mix evenly. Take half a jin of good quality purple *Gleditsia sinensis* thorn, remove peel and strings, chop finely. Soak in two large bowls of water overnight (two nights in winter). Remove coarse dregs. Boil in copper, porcelain, or ceramic vessels for several boils until white foam appears. Let cool and mix with the medicine. Must knead and pound into pills the size of *Morus alba* seeds. Take four qian weight per dose, administered with sugar water at the fifth watch of the night. Temperature does not matter. By dawn, defecate three to five times. Observe what kind of worm accumulation has been expelled, then replenish with warm white rice gruel. Avoid raw, cold, fishy, and hard foods. Pregnant women should not take this.
To treat the activity of nine types of worms, characterized by stabbing abdominal pain, vomiting of clear fluid, dark yellow complexion, and heart pain caused by worm attack.
Pomegranate branch growing eastward (Dongyin Shiliuzhi, three liang), *Citrus reticulata* peel (Chenpi, soaked in wine, white pith removed, dried), *Evodia rutaecarpa* fruit (Wuzhuyu, soaked in decoction, dried and stir-fried), *Costus root* (Muxiang, each one and a half liang), *Paeonia lactiflora* root (Shaoyao), *Rheum palmatum* root and rhizome (Dahuang, pounded, each two liang), *Coix lacryma-jobi* root (Yiyigen, two and a half liang).
Cut the above herbs into pieces the size of hemp seeds. Take half a liang per dose, add one and a half bowls of water, decoct until eight-tenths remain. Remove dregs and take warm on an empty stomach.
