黄龙汤 治妊娠伤寒。得之三五日后。有恶寒发热。内有烦渴引饮小便赤涩之症。此邪在半表半里也。此方主
之。
柴胡（二钱） 黄芩（钱半） 人参 甘草（各一钱）
加姜三枣二。如寒热往来。无汗口干。加葛根二钱。去枣。入葱白三茎。头疼不止。加川芎、白芷各一钱。去枣入
葱。发热有汗口渴。加白术、花粉各钱半。脉浮大有力。大热大渴。本方合人参白虎汤。去姜、枣。心烦不卧。加茯苓、
麦冬各一钱。呕哕。加茯苓、半夏各一钱。去枣。胸膈满痛。加炒黑川芎、枳壳、香附各一钱。大便秘。加大黄五分。
利则止。不利加一钱。以利为度。
理中汤 治妊娠霍乱腹痛。四肢逆冷。汗出脉虚弱者。
人参 白术 炮姜 炙草
三黄解毒汤 治妊娠伤寒。五六日后表邪悉去。但烦躁发热大渴。小便赤。大便秘。或利下赤水。六脉沉实。
此为邪在里也。此方主之。
大黄 黄连 黄柏 黄芩 黑山栀
等分。更随五脏脉症加减。如得沉弦有力之肝脉。内症烦满消渴。倍山栀。加当归钱半。甘草五分。得沉数有力之
心脉。内症烦躁心中热。倍黄连。加麦冬一钱。得沉缓有力之脾脉。内症腹胀满谵妄。倍大黄。加枳实、浓朴各一钱。
得沉滑有力之肺脉。内症喘咳胸满多嚏。倍黄连。加桔梗五分。葶苈一钱。得沉石有力之肾脉。内症下重足肿。寒而逆。
倍黄柏。加熟地一钱。炮姜五分。
芫花散 治妊娠非娠。是得鬼胎。形如抱瓮者。
芫花（醋炒） 吴萸 秦艽 白僵蚕 柴胡 川乌 巴戟
共为末。酒下。
补遗方 治小儿在腹中哭。
黄连浓煎汁。母常呷之。即止。
加味逍遥散 治初次产育。产门肿胀。或 痛不闭。
当归 柴胡 白术 白芍 茯苓（各一钱） 炙草（五分） 薄荷（七叶）
此逍遥散也。今加山栀、生地、白茅根。
续断汤 治妊娠下血及尿血。
当归 生地（各一两） 川断（五钱） 赤芍（一钱半）
每末二钱。空心葱白汤下。一方阿胶、熟地等分为末。米汤下二钱。
甘麦大枣汤 治妇人脏躁。悲伤不止。
甘草（三两） 小麦（一升） 大枣（十枚）
水煎。分三服。
长胎白术丸 治宿有风冷。胎痿不长。或失调理伤胎。多致损堕。常服益血养胎。调补冲任。
白术 川芎 阿胶 生地（各六钱） 牡蛎（二钱） 川椒（一钱）
蜜丸。每三十丸。米汤下。
桂心散 有妊娠羸弱。或挟疾病。脏腑虚损。气血枯竭。不能养胎。至胎动而不能坚固。若其势终不能安者。
不如下之。免害妊妇。则以此方主之。然必确审其果不能留。方可议下。切勿造次。慎之慎之。若如此而行私妄用。则
更断断不可。
一方单用牛膝一两。酒一钟。煎七分。作二服。
又方麦芽一升为末。和水煮二升。服之即下。神效。
一方取鸡子一枚。以三指撮盐放鸡子中。服之立出。
千金神造方 治妇人阴阳俱盛。名曰双躯。少阴微紧者血即凝浊。经养不周。胎即偏夭。一生一死。不去其死。
害母失胎。此方主之。
蟹爪（一升） 阿胶（三两） 甘草（二两生）
取东流水一斗。先煎二味。至三升去渣。化胶顿服之。不能分再服。
下胎方 治妊母因疾病胎不得安。可下之。
取七月七日法曲四两。水二大盏。煎取一盏。三分。去渣。分温三服。立下。
芎归胶艾汤：治疗妊娠期间腹痛。胞阻（胎盘位置异常或气血阻滞导致的胎动不安）及胎漏（妊娠期阴道少量出血）。半产后下血不止。以及怀孕八、九个月内胎动不安伴阴道出血。

不拘泥于固定时间煎服。另一版本方剂中没有木香。
加减栀子五物汤：安胎并清热。
葛根、柴胡、香薷、石膏、山栀、前胡、黄芩、葱白、陈皮、甘草、知母。
栀子大青汤：治疗妊娠热病。出现发斑且颜色变黑。
黄芩、升麻、山栀（各一钱）、大青、杏仁（各五分）、葱白（三茎）。
枳壳瘦胎散：孕妇在怀孕八、九个月时，若胎气壅满，服用此方可使胎儿滑利，易于生产，平安顺产。
枳壳（五两）、甘草（一两）、香附（一两半）。
每次取药末二钱，用汤水送服。
束胎丸：能使胎儿收缩，易于生产。
白术、枳壳。
等量混合，用水浸泡后烧蒸制成丸剂。
芦根汤：治疗妊娠呕吐不食。兼有吐痰和水液。
生芦根（七分）、橘红（四分）、生姜（六分）、槟榔（二分）、枇杷叶（三分）。
空腹时热服。
芦根汤：治疗妊娠厌食。心中烦闷躁扰。热闷呕吐。
麦冬、竹茹（各三两）、前胡（二两）、橘红（去白）、芦根（各一两）。
如果身体发热，四肢烦热，加地骨皮一两。用水煎煮，分两次服用。
人参半夏汤：治疗恶阻（妊娠反应）引起的醋心感。胸腹冷痛。呕吐逆气，不能进食。
人参、半夏、干姜（各五钱）。
用地黄汁浸泡蒸饼制成丸剂。
缩砂散：治疗妊娠胃虚气逆。呕吐不食。
每次取砂仁末一钱，用姜汁调匀，米汤送服。
葱白汤：治疗胎气上逼引起的心烦胸闷。也治疗胎动剧烈危重。
煮七对（十四根）葱白的汁液饮用。如果胎儿未死，即可安胎；如果已死，即可排出。若不效，再服用。此方神效。脉象浮滑者适宜使用。本草记载：葱白能通阳气以安胎。
黄龙汤：治疗妊娠伤寒。患病三、五天后，出现恶寒发热。内有烦渴引饮、小便赤涩的症状。这是邪气在半表半里之间。此方主治。
柴胡（二钱）、黄芩（一钱半）、人参、甘草（各一钱）。
加生姜三片、大枣二枚。如果寒热往来，无汗口干，加葛根二钱，去掉大枣，加入葱白三茎。头疼不止，加川芎、白芷各一钱，去掉大枣，加入葱白。发热有汗口渴，加白术、天花粉各一钱半。脉象浮大有力，大热大渴，本方合用人参白虎汤，去掉生姜、大枣。心烦不能卧，加茯苓、麦冬各一钱。呕哕，加茯苓、半夏各一钱，去掉大枣。胸膈满痛，加炒黑的川芎、枳壳、香附各一钱。大便秘结，加大黄五分。如果腹泻则停止使用大黄。如果不通利，加一钱，以大便通畅为度。
理中汤：治疗妊娠霍乱腹痛。四肢逆冷。出汗脉象虚弱者。
人参、白术、炮姜、炙甘草。
三黄解毒汤：治疗妊娠伤寒。五六天后表邪完全去除，但出现烦躁发热、大渴、小便赤、大便秘结。或者泻下赤水。六脉沉实。
这是邪气在体内。此方主治。
大黄、黄连、黄柏、黄芩、黑山栀。
等分。再根据五脏脉症进行加减。如诊得沉弦有力的肝脉，内症见烦满消渴，加倍山栀，加当归一钱半，甘草五分。诊得沉数有力的心脉，内症见烦躁心中热，加倍黄连，加麦冬一钱。诊得沉缓有力的脾脉，内症见腹胀满谵妄，倍加大黄，加枳实、厚朴各一钱。诊得沉滑有力的肺脉，内症见喘咳胸满多嚏，加倍黄连，加桔梗五分，葶苈子一钱。诊得沉石有力的肾脉，内症见下重足肿，寒冷而逆，加倍黄柏，加熟地黄一钱，炮姜五分。
芫花散：治疗妊娠非正常怀孕，而是得了鬼胎（葡萄胎或假孕等异常情况），形状像抱瓮一样。
芫花（醋炒）、吴茱萸、秦艽、白僵蚕、柴胡、川乌、巴戟天。
共研为末。用酒送服。
补遗方：治疗小儿在腹中哭。
黄连浓煎汁。母亲经常饮用，哭声即止。
加味逍遥散：治疗初次生育。产门肿胀。或疼痛不闭合。
当归、柴胡、白术、白芍、茯苓（各一钱）、炙甘草（五分）、薄荷（七叶）。
这是逍遥散。现在加入山栀、生地、白茅根。
续断汤：治疗妊娠下血及尿血。

另一版本方剂单用牛膝一两，酒一钟，煎至七分。分两次服用。
又一方：麦芽一升研为末，和水煮至二升。服用后即下。神效。
另一方：取鸡蛋一枚，用三指撮的盐放入鸡蛋中。服用后立即产出。
千金神造方：治疗妇人阴阳俱盛，名为双躯（双胞胎）。少阴脉微紧则血凝浊。经血滋养不周，胎儿即偏夭折。一生一死。不去除死的胎儿，
会伤害母亲并失去活胎。此方主治。
蟹爪（一升）、阿胶（三两）、甘草（二两，生用）。
取东流水一斗，先煎煮前两味药，至三升去渣。将阿胶烊化顿服。如果不能一次喝完，再服用剩余部分。
下胎方：治疗妊母因疾病导致胎儿不得安宁。可以下胎（流产）。
取七月七日制作的法曲四两，水两大盏，煎取一盏。分三份。去渣。分三次温服。立即落下。
Xiong Gui Jiao Ai Tang (Ligusticum and Angelica Gelatin and Moxa Decoction): Treats abdominal pain during pregnancy. Baozu (placental obstruction or qi-blood stagnation causing fetal restlessness) and Tai lou (vaginal bleeding during pregnancy). Continuous bleeding after a miscarriage in the middle of pregnancy. And fetal restlessness with vaginal bleeding within the eighth or ninth month of pregnancy.
Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gancao) (each 2 liang), Mugwort Leaf (Ai Ye) (stir-fried), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) (each 3 liang), White Peony Root (Baishao) (4 liang), Rehmannia Root (Shengdihuang) (5 liang).
Add 5 sheng of water and 3 sheng of wine. Decoct until 3 sheng remain. Dissolve the gelatin. Divide into two doses. Take three times daily.
Huang Qin Tang (Scutellaria Decoction): Treats fetal restlessness.
Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) (each 2 qian).
Take at any time. Another version includes Amomum Fruit (Sharen).
Xiong Gui Bu Zhong Tang (Ligusticum and Angelica Supplementing Middle Decoction): Treats deficiency of qi and blood, failing to protect and nourish the fetus, leading to fetal bleeding. Miscarriage often occurs in the fourth or fifth month, termed Ban chan (mid-term miscarriage).
Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao), Schisandra Berry (Wuweizi), Processed Ginger Rhizome (Paojiang) (each 1 qian), Astragalus Root (Huangqi), Wine-processed Angelica Sinensis Root (Jiu Danggui), White Peony Root (Baishao), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu) (each 1.5 qian), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Eucommia Bark (Duzhong), Costus Root (Muxiang), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gancao) (each 0.5 qian).
Decoct and take at any time. Another version excludes Costus Root (Muxiang).
Jia Jian Zhi Zi Wu Wu Tang (Modified Gardenia Five-Ingredient Decoction): Calms the fetus and clears heat.
Kudzu Root (Gegen), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu), Elsholtzia Herb (Xiangru), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhi), Peucedanum Root (Qianhu), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Scallion White (Congbai), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Licorice Root (Gancao), Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu).
Zhi Zi Da Qing Tang (Gardenia and Indigo Decoction): Treats febrile diseases during pregnancy. Appearance of macules turning black.
Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma), Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhi) (each 1 qian), Indigo Naturalis (Daqing), Apricot Seed (Xingren) (each 0.5 qian), Scallion White (Congbai) (3 stalks).
Zhi Qiao Shou Tai San (Immature Bitter Orange Fetus-Emaciating Powder): For pregnant women in the eighth or ninth month with excessive fetal qi fullness. Taking this promotes smooth delivery and safe birth.
Immature Bitter Orange Fruit (Zhiqiao) (5 liang), Licorice Root (Gancao) (1 liang), Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu) (1.5 liang).
Take 2 qian of powder each time, washed down with decoction.
Shu Tai Wan (Fetus-Binding Pills): Shrinks the fetus for easier delivery.
Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Immature Bitter Orange Fruit (Zhiqiao).
Equal parts. Soak in water, steam, and form pills.
Lu Gen Tang (Reed Rhizome Decoction): Treats vomiting and loss of appetite during pregnancy. Accompanied by vomiting phlegm and fluids.
Fresh Reed Rhizome (Sheng Lugen) (0.7 fen), Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae (Juhong), Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang) (0.6 fen), Areca Seed (Binglang) (0.2 fen), Loquat Leaf (Pipaye) (0.3 fen).
Take hot on an empty stomach.
Lu Gen Tang (Reed Rhizome Decoction): Treats food aversion during pregnancy. Restlessness and oppression in the heart. Heat oppression and vomiting.
Ophiopogon Tuber (Maidong), Bamboo Shavings (Zhuru) (each 3 liang), Peucedanum Root (Qianhu) (2 liang), Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae (Juhong) (peeled), Reed Rhizome (Lugen) (each 1 liang).
If there is body heat and vexatious heat in the four limbs, add Groundtree Bark (Digupi) 1 liang. Decoct in water, divide into two doses.
Ren Shen Ban Xia Tang (Ginseng and Pinellia Decoction): Treats nausea and acid regurgitation due to morning sickness. Cold pain in the chest and abdomen. Vomiting and inability to eat.
Ginseng Root (Renshen), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang) (each 5 qian).
Soak steamed biscuit balls in Rehmannia Juice (Dihuangzhi).
Suo Sha San (Cardamom Restraining Powder): Treats stomach deficiency and rebellious qi during pregnancy. Vomiting and inability to eat.
Take 1 qian of Cardamom Seed (Sharen) powder each time, mixed with Ginger Juice (Jiangzhi), washed down with Rice Decoction (Mitang).
Cong Bai Tang (Scallion White Decoction): Treats heart vexation and chest oppression caused by fetal qi pressing upward. Also treats severe fetal restlessness.
Boil 14 stalks of Scallion White (Congbai) and drink the juice. If the fetus is alive, it will be calmed; if dead, it will be expelled. If ineffective, take again. This formula is miraculous. Suitable for those with floating and slippery pulses. Materia Medica states: Scallion White unblocks yang qi to calm the fetus.
Huang Long Tang (Yellow Dragon Decoction): Treats cold damage during pregnancy. After three to five days, symptoms include aversion to cold and fever. Internal symptoms include vexation, thirst with desire to drink, and red, scanty, difficult urination. The pathogen is in the half-exterior, half-interior stage. This formula governs.
Bupleurum Root (Chaihu) (2 qian), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin) (1.5 qian), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Licorice Root (Gancao) (each 1 qian).
Add 3 slices of Ginger and 2 Jujubes. If there is alternating chills and fever, no sweat, dry mouth, add Kudzu Root (Gegen) 2 qian, remove Jujubes, add 3 stalks of Scallion White. If headache persists, add Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) and Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) 1 qian each, remove Jujubes, add Scallion White. If fever with sweat and thirst, add Atractylodes Rhizome (Baizhu) and Trichosanthes Root (Huafen) 1.5 qian each. If pulse is floating, large, and forceful, with high fever and extreme thirst, combine this formula with Ren Shen Bai Hu Tang (Ginseng White Tiger Decoction), remove Ginger and Jujubes. If vexation prevents lying down, add Poria (Fuling) and Ophiopogon Tuber (Maidong) 1 qian each. If retching, add Poria (Fuling) and Pinellia Tuber (Banxia) 1 qian each, remove Jujubes. If chest and diaphragm fullness and pain, add stir-fried black Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Immature Bitter Orange Fruit (Zhiqiao), and Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu) 1 qian each. If constipation, add Rhubarb (Dahuang) 0.5 qian. Stop if diarrhea occurs. If not relieved, add 1 qian, stopping when bowel movement is achieved.
Li Zhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction): Treats cholera-like abdominal pain during pregnancy. Cold extremities. Sweating with weak pulse.
Ginseng Root (Renshen), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Processed Ginger Rhizome (Paojiang), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gancao).
San Huang Jie Du Tang (Three Yellows Detoxifying Decoction): Treats cold damage during pregnancy. After five to six days, exterior pathogens are gone, but symptoms include irritability, fever, extreme thirst, red urine, constipation. Or passage of red watery stool. Six pulses are deep and solid.
The pathogen is in the interior. This formula governs.
Rhubarb (Dahuang), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Black Gardenia Fruit (Hei Shanzhi).
Equal parts. Further modify according to the five zang organ pulses and symptoms. If a deep, wiry, and forceful Liver pulse is obtained, with internal symptoms of vexation, fullness, and thirst, double Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhi), add Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) 1.5 qian, Licorice Root (Gancao) 0.5 qian. If a deep, rapid, and forceful Heart pulse is obtained, with internal symptoms of irritability and heat in the heart, double Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), add Ophiopogon Tuber (Maidong) 1 qian. If a deep, slow, and forceful Spleen pulse is obtained, with internal symptoms of abdominal distension, fullness, and delirium, double Rhubarb (Dahuang), add Immature Bitter Orange Fruit (Zhi Shi) and Magnolia Bark (Houpo) 1 qian each. If a deep, slippery, and forceful Lung pulse is obtained, with internal symptoms of wheezing, cough, chest fullness, and frequent sneezing, double Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), add Platycodon Root (Jiegeng) 0.5 qian, Lepidium Seed (Tingli) 1 qian. If a deep, stone-like, and forceful Kidney pulse is obtained, with internal symptoms of heaviness in the lower body, swollen feet, coldness and rebellion, double Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai), add Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudi) 1 qian, Processed Ginger Rhizome (Paojiang) 0.5 qian.
Yuan Hua San (Genkwa Powder): Treats pseudo-pregnancy, known as Ghost Fetus (hydatidiform mole or false pregnancy), shaped like a holding urn.
Genkwa Flower (Yuanhua) (vinegar-fried), Evodia Fruit (Wuyu), Gentian Root (Qinjiao), White Silkworm (Bai Jiangcan), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu), Aconite Lateral Root (Chuanwu), Morinda Root (Baji).
Grind into powder. Wash down with wine.
Supplementary Formula: Treats crying of the infant in the womb.
Concentrated decoction of Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian). The mother drinks it frequently. The crying stops immediately.
Jia Wei Xiao Yao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder): Treats swelling of the birth canal during first childbirth. Or pain with incomplete closure.

Take 1 dou of flowing water from the east. First decoct the first two ingredients until 3 sheng remain. Remove dregs. Dissolve gelatin and take in one dose. If unable to finish, take the remainder.
